Production
Your piece will be made to order by our craftsmen partners. You’ll receive Build Updates along the way, so you’ll be able to follow along as your piece comes to life.
Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee.
How is The Bank Table constructed?
The Bank is expertly handcrafted from white oak wood. Master artisans meticulously sand, stain, and seal white oak by hand in a seven-layer process to preserve and celebrate its inherent character. Sourced from sustainable forests in the eastern United States, oak wood offers timeless character, with subtle variations in tone and grain. Due to the natural materials used, each piece will possess a unique, one-of-a-kind character and may slightly vary.
Natural wood will age over time, with evidence of life and wear contributing to its patina. Preserve your piece by using a coaster or protective layer against any heat or moisture. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and never use harsh solvents.
Can I order wood finish samples?
Wood finish samples for The Bank are available for order here. Please note, variation in grain and texture is to be expected between your wood sample and final piece, given the natural materials used. We’ll be happy to refund your swatch purchase if returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
How many chairs does each size of The Dean accommodate?
For a comfortable fit, our design team recommends 6-8 chairs for a 72” dining table, 8-10 chairs for a 84"-96” dining table, 10-12 chairs for a 108" dining table, and 12 chairs for the 120" dining table.
