Frame
The Beekman is shaped from domestically-sourced, solid oak wood. The shapely legs are hand-carved to support the organic solid tabletop for an heirloom piece that will last generations.
Details
The Beekman features playful curvature in both the tabletop and legs, handcarved by American artisans. A meticulously beveled edge adds artful contrast to its organic tabletop shape.
Finish
Master artisans meticulously sand, stain, and seal solid oak by hand using a seven-layer process, completed in your choice of hue.

Production
Your piece will be made to order by our craftsmen partners. You’ll receive Build Updates along the way, so you’ll be able to follow along as your piece comes to life.
Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee.

The Beekman is expertly handcrafted from solid oak wood—domestically sourced from sustainable forests in the eastern United States—and kiln-dried to prevent warping and splitting over time. From raw materials to your choice of custom finish, The Beekman is crafted to bring out the inherent character and natural grain pattern of solid oak, aging beautifully with time.
How is The Beekman Desk finished?
The Beekman is completed with your choice of hue specially finished to highlight the natural grain and character of the wood.
Natural wood will age over time, with evidence of life and wear contributing to its patina. Preserve your piece by using a coaster or protective layer against any heat or moisture. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and never use harsh solvents.
Can I order wood finish samples?
Ash wood finish samples for The Beekman Desk are available for order here. Please note, variation in grain and texture is to be expected between your wood sample and final piece, given the natural materials used.
