Inside each Maiden Home piece, you'll find premium materials and cut-no-corners construction. We are proud to back up our quality with an industry-leading warranty.
Frame
Kiln-dried hardwood is precision-cut for a frame that'll never twist, warp, or crack. Joints are glued, double-doweled, and corner-blocked for extra stability.
Springs
Rows of heavy gauge steel sinuous springs offer incredible support in a slim profile. Springs are doubled up at each end, where most of us tend to gravitate.
Cushions
A high-resiliency core is wrapped in a jacket of silky microfiber for a luxurious feel with minimal maintenance. Back cushions are individually channeled to resist settling over time.
Upholstery
Fabric seat and back cushions are fully upholstered and reversible. Leather cushion backs are semi-upholstered to provide a sink-in comfortable seat.
Details
Hidden cushion tie-downs secure the Crosby's seat cushions in place and resist pesky "rise" at cushion ends.

Production
Your piece will be made to order by our craftsmen partners. You’ll receive Build Updates along the way, so you’ll be able to follow along as your piece comes to life.
Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee to offset the material costs that our partners incur.

The Crosby's tailored frame offers a sleek, minimal design designed to be kick-back comfortable with incredibly low maintenance. The seat and arms are cozy yet upright enough to provide incredible support, while the classic shape and lean profile makes it ideal for spaces large and small. What are The Crosby’s cushions composed of?
The Crosby’s cushions were designed to offer an inviting, sink-in feel with excellent underlying support—and minimal maintenance required. This thoughtfully-considered design starts with a core of high resiliency foam surrounded by soft, silky microfiber that is then encased in a cotton ticking to allow for breathability, giving the perfect balance of sink-in comfort and lasting support.
Does The Crosby Sofa have center support legs at all sizes?
Center support legs are not necessary on smaller widths, so we have eliminated them for a more streamlined look. Center support legs are found on The Crosby at sizes 90” and above.
What are the legs made out of and what finish options are available?
Our artisan partners hand select each material for its beauty and unique character. The Crosby’s legs are expertly handcrafted using solid maple, a robust Appalachian hardwood. Our maple wood is domestically sourced from forests in the eastern United States and has been certified and verified sustainable by the US forest Association.
The Crosby’s legs are completed with your choice of four lacquered hues specially finished to highlight the natural grain and character of the wood. Due to the natural materials used, each piece will possess a unique, one-of-a-kind character and may slightly vary.
Can I order wood finish samples?
Wood finish samples for The Crosby are available for order here. Please note, variation in grain and texture is to be expected between your wood sample and final piece, given the natural materials used. We’ll be happy to refund your swatch purchase less 10% for handling if returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
Are The Crosby’s legs removable for delivery?
The Crosby’s legs are removable for delivery. With the legs removed, the frame is reduced to 21” tall.
How can I view an image of the sofa size, sectional configuration, or fabric I am interested in?
