Construction Details

Frame
Kiln-dried hardwood is precision-cut for a frame that will never twist, warp, or crack. Joints are glued, triple-doweled, and corner-blocked for extra stability.
Springs
Rows of heavy gauge steel sinuous springs offer incredible support in a slim profile. Springs are doubled up at each end, where most of us tend to gravitate.
Cushions
A high-resiliency core is wrapped in a jacket of silky microfiber for a sink-in feel with minimal maintenance. Back cushions are filled with down, feather, and fiber and individually channeled to resist settling over time. For a deeper seat and relaxed feel, back cushions can be removed and layered as throw pillows against the cushioned tight back.
Upholstery
Upholstered frame with back cushions that are fully upholstered and reversible. All leather cushions are semi-upholstered to provide a luxuriously comfortable seat.

Production
Your piece will be made to order by our craftsmen partners. You’ll receive Build Updates along the way, so you’ll be able to follow along as your piece comes to life.
Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren’t in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.

What are The Lenox’s cushions composed of?
The Lenox’s tight seat is constructed using rows of heavy gauge sinuous springs to provide resilient comfort within a seamless silhouette. Each back cushion features a high-resiliency core enclosed in a down, feather, and fiber wrap, and sewn with three inner channels to prevent settling over time—offering added comfort that can be layered or styled to preference.
Is the Lenox available with down alternative?
The Lenox Sofa is available with a down alternative cushion. Down alternative cushions are filled with microdenier fiber, an ultra fine synthetic fiber that mimics the sink-in feel of down and feather. To special order your piece with down alternative, please contact us at hello@maidenhome.com.
