I rarely write reviews but the customer service experience with Maiden Home has been amazing. I originally ordered the Sullivan sectional. When it arrived it was well made and the fabric was beautiful but it was not the right look for our space. I contacted customer service and returned the sectional and replaced with 2 Sullivan sofas. They were incredibly easily to work with and prompt at arranging the return. The new sofas arrived this week and they are perfect. The are incredibly comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend this company!

I am the person who rarely writes reviews but this is my exception. I purchased the Sullivan sectional approximately 2 years ago and can only say that the sofa is exceptionally amazing. The quality of the fabric and construction has lived up to daily usage! It is our only comfortable seating area. After receiving many color and texture samples I decided on the performance fabric in a very light linen color and it has lived up to its name. It cleans up so easily. Wine, chocolate, daily living all cleans up with water and blotting. Truly unbelievable!! The sofa sectional still looks clean and new. It has endured dogs, adults.and children sleeping and snacking daily on it. I highly recommend Maiden Home the quality of its materials and workmanship cannot be beat! Customer service is exceptional as well and I would not hesitate to purchase additional furniture based on my experience with them. Also, it is made In the United States.

Beautiful and extremely comfortable sectional. We tried another similarly priced brand which was a disaster in quality and comfort. Customer service was also phenomenal throughout the ordering/delivery process.

I bought this sofa 3 years ago right before the pandemic. My family and I are moving out of the city to the suburbs after repeated construction delays and I would say 90% of the furniture we've owned in our apartment is getting tossed despite much higher prices - its just not lasting or holding up . Our few year old items from RH and Design withinReach look so shabby now - I shudder to think what we paid for them. This Sullivan Sofa is still aces and will be making the trip the new home. We can't keep our massive dog off it and so we do get it cleaned professionally once a year but this thing is so comfortable, well made and looks great. I'm only writing this review now because I'm so upset with the amount of stuff we are having Junkluggers take away and wanted to share a good review for a product/company that deserves it.

I must confess I"m a person who only writes reviews that are negative - mainly when I feel wronged and want to get the companys attention (lets be honest we all do this) but hey its almost 2023 we can all be nicer and tip the cap when we see a job well done -- in this case I tip my cap to you maiden home - great quality product thats holding up.

We will be shopping with you again as we furnish our new place - gulp.

We've had our s\Sulllivan for 8 months now and its been a pleasure. the bench cushion is comfortable, gives it a relaxed look and has kept a nice shape. it also makes for a very comfortable bed in a pinch! The construction/quality seem excellent to me and very happy with al l details on the arms/seams. I ordered thinking I'd get a luxury piece and feel like I got what I paid for. I saw someone write an essay about back cushions or wrinkles - i'm not a fussy person - but per my take the cushions have held in great and are very comfortable for us. We're a family of 4 -- avg to slightly tall and average weights.

delivery team showed up a bit early which was annoying as I was coming back from work and hadnt arrived yet but they did wait for me.
