We received our sofa and chair earlier than promised, though customer service claimed they could not further expedite, so that was a pleasant surprise. The product is high quality, well made and the fabric very soft. The upholstering was very well done. The only caveat we have is that it is hard to shop for a custom sofa-fabric combo online, even with swatches on hand and computer graphics showing your selected fabric on the sofa - would be nice if they took more natural-light photos of the different fabric and color combos and posted online.

The overall dimensions are also perfect- it's spacious enough to curl up with a book or watch a few of my favorite shows. I found the cushions to be really comfortable - not overly soft, providing the right amount of support to make it extra cozy.

At the end of the day, the balance of Maiden Home's beauty and comfort within their furniture selection is unmatched. The Sullivan Chair and a Half is exactly that and I'm sure I'll be back for more.
