Beautiful Bed and Excellent Service

We just spent the night on our new Wythe bed and are extremely pleased with it. The low profile makes it extremely stable and the fabric and styling is exactly as expected. As good, if not better quality than our previous RH bed and a better value. Shipping was delayed slightly, which is basically the standard right now, but they were good about providing updates without my asking and were spot on for final delivery estimates. There was a bit of confusion over missing support legs upon delivery, but the service team worked quickly to resolve it. I was hesitant to order from this company since I had just seen their IG ads and nothing else, but they are definitely legit.

Whythe Bed, well worth the wait!

While we didn’t realize the patience it would take to wait for our bed to arrive, we’d do it all over again because of how happy we are with the whythe. Major life upgrade to have the comfort of the plush down headboard and looks absolutely gorgeous in our bedroom. Officially adulting hard over here. Would absolutely order from Maiden Home again in the future.

So Beautiful

So happy we decided to purchase our bed frame from Maiden Home, as our bed frame is so elegant yet simple. Delivery team and overall online experience was great and easy to work with.

Chic and unbelievably comfortable

I purchased this bed frame in the fall when moving into a new home. I was hesitant to order from a company I knew little about, but took a chance and could not be happier. The bed frame is well built and incredibly comfortable. Set up was easy and straight forward. The headboard feels like a supportive pillow. It looks expensive and chic - The linen is gorgeous and durable. Well worth the wait! Could not be happier with my purchase.

Unreliable Delivery Service & Defective Manufacturing

I was so excited about buying this bed for my father last year in the Summer. It looked really nice. Unfortunately, it takes forever to make, and they outsource their delivery to a company called Pilot. The first time they delivered, Pilot refused white glove delivery. Because the personnel didn't wear masked in a pandemic in LA, my father quickly excused them and put it together himself. Some hardware was missing too! Since he couldn't wait he bought a replacement piece so he could sleep on a bed. Then the mattress would not fit the bed frame. The mattress is standard from Tuft & Needle. It overhung the edge of the bedframe, clearly their specs were defective. The customer service was nice and worked with us, and eventually we decided to give them an opportunity to make a new bed with longer bed frame. After a few more months, delivery day is here. The delivery service won't take away the old bed, the new bed appears to be exactly the same, no change in manufacturing, so we just wasted everyone's time. Now we are fighting with delivery people to take the old bed back. Very frustrating experience and I simply cannot recommend Maiden Home. My last comment was screened, and if this one is screened again, then I will be reporting Maiden Home. I really wanted to love this company and their products, but my experience was not good. I'll stick with Crate & Barrel for more reliable service, products, and care.
