Ready for Delivery

“Ready for delivery” indicates when you will receive a phone call to schedule your delivery.

White Glove Delivery

We offer white glove delivery for this piece. A three-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled delivery window, bring your piece into the room of your choice, unpack it, and remove the packaging.

As this product's weight, size, or design requires attentive handling, the white glove delivery fee for this product is $150 higher than the standard rate.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your piece, you will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 25% and shipping. You may change or cancel your order free of charge within one business day of placing it. Changes and cancellations made after one business day incur a charge of 10% of the purchase price. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if the piece(s) have already been made or shipped.

Order-by dates vary by piece and are based on your approximate location.

Orders that include pieces with different lead times ship together once the final piece is ready.
