Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your piece, you will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10% and shipping. Stunning chair

I recently received a white cerused Hyde Chair for seating in a bedroom, and I LOVE it. The frame is beautiful, and the chair is very comfortable. The leather feels super luxe and soft. It feels like a piece of art in our home.

5-6 weeks delivery for Hyde Chair is a fantasy! Hyde Chair ordered September 2nd, 2023. Still waiting; today is 12-18-23 for delivery. And customer service rep just told me now it will be delivered in January. 4 months big difference vs 5-6 weeks. Very disappointed. Zero communication. If I did not call I wouldn't know status.
