Frame
Kiln-dried hardwood is precision-cut for a frame that'll never twist, warp or crack. Joints are glued, double-doweled and corner-blocked for extra stability.
Seat
Interwoven strips of rubber webbing form The Leroy's seating foundation. This technique offers maximum comfort and durability in a thin profile.
Cushions
A high-resiliency core is wrapped in a jacket of silky microfiber for a luxurious feel with minimal maintenance.
Upholstery
Fabric cushions are fully upholstered and reversible. Leather cushion backs are semi-upholstered to provide sink-in comfort.
Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee.
What is The Leroy’s cushion and foundation composed of?
The Leroy’s cushion features a high-resiliency Ultracel core with a microfiber wrap, which offers a structured and supportive seat. Interwoven strips of rubber webbing form the seating foundation.
What are the legs made out of and what finish options are available?
Our artisan partners hand select each material for its beauty and unique character. The Leroy’s legs are expertly handcrafted using solid maple, a robust Appalachian hardwood. Our maple wood is domestically sourced from forests in the eastern United States and has been certified and verified sustainable by the US Forest Association.
The Leroy’s legs are completed with your choice of four lacquered hues specially finished to highlight the natural grain and character of the wood. Due to the natural materials used, each piece will possess a unique, one-of-a-kind character and may slightly vary.
Can I order wood finish samples?
Wood finish samples for The Leroy are available for order here. Please note, variation in grain and texture is to be expected between your wood sample and final piece, given the natural materials used. We’ll be happy to refund your swatch purchase less 10% for handling if returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
