Do I need to book an appointment to visit the store?
Our store is open for walk-ins. Appointments are optional, yet always encouraged. Book here.
How can I prepare for my design appointment?
In order to make the most of your design appointment, we suggest bringing any of the following: floor plans and/or sizing information for the room/rooms you would like to furnish; images of the space; and any design ideas or inspiration you might have.
Will swatches be available at the Flagship location?
Swatches are available at our New York Flagship. We offer the same program for fabric and wood swatches in store that we offer on our website.
Do you accept returns at the Flagship location?
Physical returns and exchanges are not accepted at our New York Flagship location. However, we are pleased to offer assistance with exchanges in-store. For further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Care team at email@example.com.
Is the entire Maiden Home collection viewable at The New York Flagship?
