Each of our pieces is handmade to order in North Carolina by the same craftsmen making custom one-of-a-kind pieces for trade clients across the country. We take pride in using heritage techniques like eight-way hand-tied springs and mortise and tenon joinery that give your clients the peace of mind that their piece was built to last. We're so confident in the quality of our pieces that all of our frames and springs are covered under an industry-leading lifetime warranty and our cushions are covered under a five-year warranty.

We understand that a project can have dozens of vendors and tracking numbers, so we do everything that we can to take our name off of the “follow up” list. You'll receive quick, personalized service from your dedicated Trade Client Specialist throughout the buying process, and once your client's piece is delivered, we're on hand to resolve any issues that arise quickly and without sitting on hold for hours on end.

Each home and each client are different, from size or configuration needs to the types of material best for a space, so we strive to offer a collection that is versatile enough to fit into any project. Don’t see what you need within our assortment? We also offer Customer’s Own Material (COM) on all of our styles—giving you the flexibility to create exactly what you’ve envisioned. Your Trade Client Specialist can also help you with special customization, from to-the-inch sizing to alterations that will make our pieces perfect for your projects.
