Inside each Maiden Home piece, you'll find premium materials and cut-no-corners construction. We are proud to back up our quality with an industry-leading warranty.
Frame
Kiln-dried hardwood is precision-cut for a frame that'll never twist, warp or crack. Joints are glued, double-doweled and corner-blocked for extra stability.
Seat
Interwoven strips of rubber webbing form the seating foundation for maximum comfort and durability in a thin profile. The cushion is individually channelled to maintain its shape over time.
Cushions
A high-resiliency core is wrapped in a jacket of silky microfiber for a luxurious feel with minimal maintenance.
Upholstery
Fabric seat cushion is fully upholstered and reversible.

Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee.
What finish options are available?
The Chrystie's legs are made from solid ash wood, domestically sourced from sustainable forests in the eastern United States, and kiln-dried to prevent warping and splitting over time. The legs are completed with your choice of finish for a bespoke piece tailored to your space. Due to the natural materials used, each piece will possess a unique, one-of-a-kind character and may slightly vary.
Can I order wood finish samples?
Wood finish samples for The Chrystie are available for order here. Please note, variation in grain and texture is to be expected between your wood sample and final piece, given the natural materials used. We’ll be happy to refund your swatch purchase less 10% for handling if returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
Are legs removable for delivery on The Chrystie Chair?
The Chrystie Chair's legs are integral to the handcrafted frame and are not removable for delivery.
