The Montauk Daybed is handcrafted from domestically sourced, solid white oak.
Cushions
Bench cushion is crafted with layers of high-density foam. Side cushions are a soft blend of down and fiber.

Completed in a handwaxed finish to highlight the natural grain and character of the solid oak frame.
Shipping & Return

Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee.
What is the frame made out of and what finish options are available?
The Montauk's frame is handcrafted in solid white oak with a handwaxed finish. Master artisans hand wax solid oak wood layer by layer, resulting in a matte finish highlighting the inherent texture and tone. Sourced from sustainable forests in the eastern United States, oak wood offers timeless character, with subtle variations in tone and grain. Due to the natural materials used, each piece will possess a unique, one-of-a-kind character and may slightly vary.
Natural wood will age over time, with evidence of life and wear contributing to its patina. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and never use harsh solvents.
Can I order wood finish samples?
Wood finish samples for The Montauk are available for order here. Please note, variation in grain and texture is to be expected between your wood sample and final piece, given the natural materials used. We’ll be happy to refund your swatch purchase less 10% for handling if returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
What are The Montauk’s cushions composed of?
The Montauk’s seat is cushioned with layers of high-density foam for crisp structure and luxe comfort. The side cushions are constructed from a blend of down and fiber.
