Chaise & Bench Cushions
Bench cushions on chaise sectionals and sofas are particularly long, so the fill inside may distribute unevenly over time and cause wrinkles. To even out cushion fill, unzip the cushion cover and use your hands to adjust and fluff the filling. Note that regulating cushions will not remove creases and wrinkles that develop over time, but it will keep fill evenly distributed.
Seat & Back Cushions
To ensure even wear of cushions, fluff them regularly, and flip and rotate them if possible. To even out cushion fill, unzip the cushion cover and use your hands to adjust and fluff the filling. Note that regulating cushions will not remove creases and wrinkles that develop over time, but it will keep fill evenly distributed.
Cushion Covers
To care for cushion covers, reference the instructions for your fabric or leather in the Material Care section above. Do not machine wash cushion covers—doing so may cause shrinkage and zipper damage.

Sectional Installation
Our sectionals and select modular sofas are equipped with metal alligator clips and brackets to connect the components.

One component will have an alligator clip affixed to its base, while the other will have a bracket. Locate both, then slide the alligator clip and the bracket together.

Should you wish to move your sectional, disassemble it with the help of another person. With one person holding the bracketed component of the sectional down, another person must lift the component containing the alligator clip to release its grip from the bracket and allow the components to pull apart. Move the components as desired after completing this process.

Note that during the disconnection and moving process, the hinged "jaws" of the alligator clips may rotate underneath your piece—simply adjust them to face outward to reassemble your sectional.
Sofa Tie-Down Installation
Many of our sofas come with tie-downs to keep cushions in place. To use the tie-downs, locate the metal clips beneath the seat cushion, then attach them to the fabric loops on the sides of your cushions.
