Frame
Kiln-dried hardwood is precision-cut for a frame that'll never twist, warp or crack. Joints are glued, double-doweled and corner-blocked for extra stability.
Springs
Eight-way hand-tied springs provide the gold standard for longevity and comfort. Each spring is secured in place by a craftsman specialized in the process.
Cushions
A high-resiliency core is wrapped in a jacket of silky microfiber for a sink-in feel with minimal maintenance.
Upholstery
Fabric seat and back cushions are fully upholstered and reversible. Leather cushion backs are semi-upholstered to provide a luxuriously comfortable seat.
Details
Hidden cushion tie-downs secure the Warren's seat cushions in place and resist pesky "rise" at cushion ends.

Production
Your piece will be made to order by our craftsmen partners. You’ll receive Build Updates along the way, so you’ll be able to follow along as your piece comes to life.
Shipping
Once production of your piece is complete, it will be picked up from our partner’s workroom and transported to a facility in your local area. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery. After you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of when you will receiving your scheduling call based on your zip code. Feel free to reach out to our team prior to placing your order for an estimate of your shipping timeline.
White Glove Delivery
This piece is delivered via white glove service. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled time, bring your furniture into your room of choice, unpack it, and take all packaging with them.
Easy Returns
We are happy to accept returns on your piece within 30 days of delivery. If you aren't in love, we will arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up from your home. You will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10%.
Note cancellations after 24 hours will also be charged a 10% fee to offset the material costs that our partners incur.
What is The Warren’s comfort profile?
When we designed The Warren, we knew a piece as versatile as this should offer inviting, sink-in comfort within a perfectly proportioned, tailored silhouette. This meant a more generous seat depth and soft recline, paired with supportive seat and back cushions. Because of its low-to-the-ground profile and wraparound back, it can sit in the middle of the room or against a wall and look equally beautiful. What do The Warren’s legs look like? Are they removable for delivery?
The Warren is made with 1” tall legs that are finished in a neutral chocolate brown and recessed underneath the frame. Legs are generally not visible as you are enjoying your Warren. The Warren’s legs may be removed if needed for delivery with a standard Phillips head screwdriver or a square head screwdriver.
What are The Warren’s cushions composed of?
The Warren’s cushions were designed to offer an inviting, sink-in feel with excellent underlying support—and minimal maintenance required. This thoughtfully-considered design starts with a core of high-resiliency foam surrounded by soft, silky microfiber that is then encased in a cotton ticking to allow for breathability. This unique blend of comfort and support makes The Warren a highly versatile piece within a tailored silhouette.
Is there a wood finish option for the Warren?
The Warren is made with 1” tall legs that are finished in a neutral chocolate brown and recessed underneath the frame. They are only offered in one finish as they are designed to be hidden.
