I just received my Sullivan Chaise Sectional that I ordered for my husbands home office. I got it in the merino fabric and its fabulous. The cushions are super comfy and the construction is perfect. I also have a Sullivan sofa in the Performance Linen in the Oyster color. I've had it for a little under a year by now and it's amazing. Again, super comfortable. I have had many clients orders seating from Maiden Home and they are all 100% satisfied with the quality, comfort and they feel like they got a very fair price.

I wanted the 90" Sullivan Sectional for my small library/TV room for more than two years. Finally bit the bullet after ordering multiple fabric samples and emailing lots of questions. Due to unforseen issues with the delivery partner, our sofa was delayed by a few weeks (we had ordered for guaranteed delivery by Christmas) and Ashley at Maiden Home was so helpful and understanding. She went above and beyond to make the situation right, and I could not have asked for better customer service. When we received our beautiful Sullivan in the Buff Chenille, it fit perfectly in our space and has a smart, tailored look with exceptional comfort. Our family loves it! Not only is it pretty and comfortable, but the fabric has already held up to a couple spills and is easy to blot clean. This sofa was truly worth the wait.

We ordered the Sullivan sofa in Oyster Linen (95") online at the recommendation of our designer. I was extremely skeptical about buying such a large piece online sight unseen. We received emails every step of the process introducing us to the craftsman and outlining the process (that was very fun). Our sofa arrived and the beautiful lines and craftsmanship are stunning in our Loft Apartment. Very happy with our purchase.

I debated long and hard before hitting the purchase button. I wondered if the price was worth it. So far, I can definitely say that it has been worth the price. We've had our Sullivan (90" with granite merino fabric) for a little over a year and it's seen heavy use. We have four teenagers at home who use it every day. One has essentially taken it over as their bed. This is not a sofa to plop down and sink into. We have one of those, and love it, too. But rather, it's a firm, comfy sitting couch for reading, or for sleeping. If you like a sink-in kind of feel, this isn't it. It feels solid, yet soft, and I like that. The bottom and back cushions have held up great, and the soft fabric shows no signs of wear. Whether the structure will stand the test of time remains to be seen, but everything so far has held up great, with no signs of wear. I'm very happy with it.

I love our new couch! It is incredibly comfortable, spacious, and so far has endured spills from my twin toddlers with easy clean up and no lingering stains or scents! I am so impressed. My last couch was an online purchase from a different company and was totally different experience so I was really nervous to order sight unseen again. However, I am so glad I decided to take a chance and order from Maiden Home. Maiden Home is going to be my go to furniture company from now on. Delivery was faster than anticipated also!

Our whole family loves the Sullivan sectional and fabric. I would absolutely buy from them again. Delivery left much to be desired. Didn’t arrive during the time frame they said, nor call 30 minutes ahead like they said they do. What bothered me most though was one of the delivery men literally wore his whole mask on purpose, below his chin leaving him huffing and puffing throughout our home during a pandemic. The second had it on properly. Everything from Maiden Home was great, but I was very annoyed that it fell apart in the end of the transaction with outsourcing the delivery and a lack of concern for the customers time and health of my family. I still give the furniture 5 stars though. Thank you!

We love our Perry chair with white shearling. It is so cozy and fluffy and soft. The quality is wonderful—it is an incredibly solid piece, which you can tell whenever you sit down. My husband even noticed how solid it was immediately and he does not notice that type of thing. I was worried that it would be too petite, but it actually fits our living room perfectly. With that said, we don’t have a huge sprawling and open living room. It is a cozy and fairly compact living room. So while the chair is petite it is not tiny but also not a giant arm chair that would be the cornerstone of a huge room. Definitely measure and understand how the size works for you.

We’ve had this sofa for a year and honestly couldn’t be happier. I was worried about buying a sofa without ever seeing/sitting on it but it’s exactly what I wanted. The cushions were a little stiff and noisy at first but that quickly went away. The fabric is so easy to keep clean, and I have a 130 pound dog who thinks it’s funny to jump on the couch when his paws are muddy. It still looks brand new. The depth is not designed for those who like to sit straight up with their feet on the floor, so keep that in mind.

We got our Jons sectional and just love it. We ended up building our own with one single corner and 3 pieces "no-arms" plus a backless ottoman. We love that we can configure any way we want, especially if we decide to move, sectional can easy accommodate a different lay out. For a fabric we went with dusk merino and very happy with our choice. We also are planning to order two Perrychairs with a different matching fabric later on. Delivery was great, we had a slight defect on the back corner and MH has exchanged it without any problem.

The team at Maiden Home have been incredibly helpful and always on hand to assist with any questions. We ordered The Warren sectional and could not be happier with the quality! It is so comfortable, looks amazing and the build is outstanding. We were a little wary about ordering online without trying out first but are so happy that we decided to!

We needed to replace our "tired" sectional we bought years ago at Crate and Barrel. We stumbled upon MaidenHome on Facebook and wound up deciding for the quality / value it seemed like the right move and ordered our L-shaped Sullivan sectional with the sunbrella fabric. The sofa came slightly ahead of schedule and the "white glove" delivery service was professional and on-time. We're 1 month into our ownership of the Sullivan and we're 100% satisfied to date. Water beads and rolls off this fabric and the cushions are supportive yet comfortable. Glad we took the leap of faith that this sofa would be worth buying without sitting on first!

I was impressed with Maiden Home's customer service and ordering experience, including the email updates they sent apprising us of developments in the manufacturing and delivery process. The couch itself is sturdy, comfortable, and has a unique and pleasing design. The only downside is the fabric, which has shown wear more quickly than we expected (we are about 30 days in). We went with the indigo performance chevron, and the fabric seems relatively durable, but isn't as elegant as we'd hoped due to its growing fuzziness/nubbiness.

We love our Warren, so comfortable, love the fabric and the color, only one problem. The back panel was not constructed tight enough. There was a slight bend in it when we received it a little over a year ago, but nothing that would warrant the hassle of sending it back. Now however there are dents and wrinkles everywhere (and no we don't have little kids climbing on the couch and no one has been standing there putting pressure on the back, as customer service suggested when I reached out). Unfortunately this is the first thing you see when you walk in the room as our sectional floats and is not against a wall. After reaching out to customer service the only option I was given was to purchase a new back panel (plus shipping) as well as pay for a professional to come in and replace it. That much money for a couch that didn't even hold up for a year! There's only so far a comfy couch can take you Maiden Home if your customer service isn't good and you don't stand behind your product!

After being disappointed by the quality and comfort of our previous couches, we were looking for a beautiful and comfortable piece for our family to relax on in the living room. We did lots of research and finally settled on the Sullivan in Sapphire Velvet. When I saw it come off the delivery truck, it took my breath away - this couch is stunning! The bench cushion makes it super comfortable to cuddle up and lay down on, and the back cushions are so well constructed that they don't slouch and look sloppy like every other loose cushion couch I've ever seen. It looks and feels far more expensive than it was and every guest we've had since purchasing has commented on how much they love it. The customer service was impressive every step of the way - Dana answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly and all communication was excellent. Production was faster than I would expect for a custom piece of this quality. Highly recommend this company, we will be loyal lifelong customers!

Honestly I wish the process was more seamless. We received our Jones couch in August 2023 and it had black fingerprints and marks all over it. I brought it to the company's attention and after A LOT of back and forth they first insisted that they have someone professional come and clean it. This did not work. Then they INSISTED they only replace the pieces with marks on them (not the entire piece) which I told them I thought was not sufficient but they were pretty firm. Then our "pieces" got like lost or something. So 6 months later they finally decided to replace the entire piece. It was just a lot of hassle total pain. Couch is beautiful but when you are spending 9K+ on a couch it shouldn't be such a drama.

This is our second order (of many to come!) from Maiden Home. We started with our living room - two sofas and a pair of chairs. After loving the result in that space, we came back to Maiden Home when they launched their bedding collection! Our bedroom gets a ton of morning light, which we love, so our goal has always been to keep it light, airy, neutral, and minimal. The moment we laid our eyes on this bed we knew it would completely change our space. We love the straight lines, giving us that minimal, farmhouse feel we crave, but decided to go with the Creme Performance Linen Fabric to give us that soft, Parisian touch. The Essex is a bit more modern too, with it's straight legs, and we went with the Washed Oak for a natural, causal finish. We couldn't be happier with the result and can't wait to continue furnishing our home with Maiden Home!

We love our Warren sectional! We ordered it in performance tweed (oatmeal). It is very comfortable and high quality. I love the low profile of the sectional. It does not overwhelm the space even though it is such a large furniture piece. The fabric is holding up very well with our dog. I have easily spot cleaned a few areas already and all marks came out. I have not had to machine wash any cushion covers yet! Customer service for Maiden Home has been wonderful. Easy to order and received multiple status updates and shipping notifications. Any questions to the customer service team have been quickly answered! Highly recommend.
