We received our Sullivan sectional in January and have been completely happy with it. Like most every other review we have never bought furniture we haven’t been able to see in person, however the design team helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The entire process was awesome, except the third party delivery team that was difficult to get ahold of. However, after letting Maiden Home know, they helped us get ahold of them for our delivery. The only minor inconvenience with the Sullivan is having to fluff the back cushions frequently, but I was made aware of this before purchasing. Once fluffed they look brand new again, which I love. I would buy through Maiden Home again and have recommended them to friends.

We needed to replace our "tired" sectional we bought years ago at Crate and Barrel. We stumbled upon MaidenHome on Facebook and wound up deciding for the quality / value it seemed like the right move and ordered our L-shaped Sullivan sectional with the sunbrella fabric. The sofa came slightly ahead of schedule and the "white glove" delivery service was professional and on-time. We're 1 month into our ownership of the Sullivan and we're 100% satisfied to date. Water beads and rolls off this fabric and the cushions are supportive yet comfortable. Glad we took the leap of faith that this sofa would be worth buying without sitting on first!

We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa. The whole experience was great — the Maiden Home team answered all of my questions and sent me pictures of different fabric types before we ordered, then kept us informed the whole way. When it arrived it was better than expected — really solid, very comfortable, and great looking. Everyone loves it and it really makes our room. So far the fabric seems nice and durable, which is a must with two kids and a dog. We highly recommend.

Our couch came a little sooner than expected, and it was worth the wait! Even though I had measured my space and had fabric samples I was still nervous about the quality. It exceeded my expectations. Its very roomy for our family of 4 and comfortable. The seating area is deep, so perfect for taking naps. Love the performance fabric I chose. The pillows require a little fluffing after sitting for a while, but that doesn't bother me. It pops right back in place. I've purchased high end couches from big name stores, and they were stiff. Once pillows were smashed in they didn't come back. The down used on the Sullivan pillows make it easy to fluff back in shape. Also the sectional is locked in, so you don't have to worry about it pushing out if someone bumps it. Those little details make this couch worth the price. My family is so happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this brand. From start to finish, Maiden home sent me updates on the process.

I had my eye on The Sullivan Sectional (115" x 115") for quite some time. I was nervous to initially place the order because it was a big purchase without being able to see the product in person. Dana was amazing and incredibly reassuring for my concerns. My biggest concern was my cats' claws and the fabric; they previously made our former sofa their personal scratching post. The Oatmeal Performance Tweed fabric has been nothing short of amazing. Our cats do not scratch the fabric and the fabric wipes clean when our puppy runs into the house and leaps on the sofa before getting her paws wiped. The updates for each piece of the manufacturing was extremely insightful. I'm not sure if this is due to the sofa cushions being new but the edge of each bench juts out a tiny bit towards the middle sectional piece and I haven't quite figured out how to get it in line. I'm eager to purchase another piece by Maiden Home in the very near future.

I recently got my Sullivan sectional - it is awesome. All aspects of this process - swatches, ordering, delivery were beyond my expectations. I haven’t used this type of service before - but maiden home is my go to for my home, and my advice to friends and family. Just a great experience.

I searched for many weeks for the perfect sofa. A friend recommended Maiden Home and they had exactly what I had envisioned for my living room. I ordered the Sullivan sectional and everything from ordering to receiving it to now having it was like a dream come true! Maiden Home has such an easy website, quick shipping for samples, excellent communication from their designers, email updates as they’re creating your sofa, and the white glove delivery was wonderful. My 5 children and I love our Sullivan. It’s totally luxurious. It’s firm enough so you don’t sink but supportive and soft enough that you feel like you’re being cradled. It’s so beautiful and perfect for us! I’m just beside myself! I’ll always order from Maiden Home, in the future! Absolutely exceptional service and quality throughout the whole process!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Sullivan Sectional! I work in the interior design business and have been on the hunt for the perfect sofa for my own home, as well as something that I could whole heartedly recommend to my clients. I design for the average family, where the furniture needs to not only be beautiful, but also durable enough to handle the daily wear of kids and pets. Usually, the cost of this combination is more than double of what Maiden Home costs. I love that MH has cut out the middle man, and caters specifically to the client. Obsessed with my Sullivan sectional. Even my husband loves it. We can't stop talking about how much we love it every time we sit on it. We got the largest l-shaped sectional in Denim for our vacation home, and it's perfect. Plenty of room to splay out - hubs, dog and I are all happy. Doesn't look too big or bulky though - design is comfort meets chic. Was concerned down cushions would look messy but they have great support and sofa looks put together all the time - a million times better than my West Elm sofa. Will never go back. Also arrived several weeks early!!

We researched every online furniture option available. We had just moved and we’re hoping for a sofa that we didn’t have to wait a long time to received. We almost didn’t go with Maiden Home after hearing it was a 10-12 week delivery time. However, after receiving the watches and emailing with Dana a few times, we were sold. We selected a Sullivan sectional and absolutely love it. It arrived today and our entire family loves it. Thanks to Dana for the excellent service and assistance with sizing and materials. We received our sectional sooner than expected. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and we would highly recommend Maiden Home!

It took us almost a year to decide on which Maiden Home sectional, with what fabric, and stain for the wood feet. Of course, we are beyond happy. The Sullivan is so comfortable - movie watching and nap worthy! The quality is just superb. The delivery and set-up was so professional - the guys were great.

After lots of research on sofa brands, we took the chance with Maidenhome and ordered the Sullivan sectional. Our fabric is the performance chenille in Oatmeal. I was so excited to find a quality piece of furniture made in America. This piece is so well made and SO comfortable. We have only had it about a month so I will update if we encounter any issues. We have grandkids and dogs(trying to keep them off though)so it is going to be a well used piece. The ordering process was seemless and I was kept up to date on the process the whole way. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a quality piece of furniture made in USA and not China or Mexico like so many companies do.

IMHO the Sullivan is a classic style that will never look dated, and can work with any decor. The loose back cushions stay in place, I never need to fix and fluff them. We are shorties, so I knew the generous seat depth might leave our feet hanging when sitting upright. Well, a comfortable throw pillow in back solves that beautifully, but here's the thing: this is a family room, we come here to relax and sprawl, and the Sullivan accommodates us perfectly! The bench seat was important to me, it's a cleaner look, and I love that it has clips to hold it in place. BTW, the gently sloping arms really are perfectly proportioned to be used as arm rests, or head rests. I was originally going to go for a sectional and then purchase a coffee table somewhere. I'm glad I re-thought that when Dana let me know MH offered ottomans in different sizes. The ottoman has turned out to be a very versatile piece for us - it is our coffee table (I added a beautiful tray, just large enough to truly hold things, like drinks and snacks), it also provides comfortable extra seating, and best of all, when I push it up to the sofa, and I tuck into the sofa corner and put my feet up, I realize this is a perfect alternative to the sectional, plus I didn't have to buy a coffee table! Clearly Maiden Home places a high value on customer service. My entire experience, from shopping through delivery, was wonderful. I will be back.

We purchased the Sullivan right chaise sectional in shadow. The fabric is perfect for our life with pets and game day parties. The sophisticated lines go perfectly with the Restoration Hardware furniture around the couch. I purchased because MH offers the original quality of US made furniture that has disappeared over the last few decades and at a very fair price. Very happy with our purchase.

Love the couch, impressive quality and beautiful. The delays in delivery made me knock off a star. We ordered in mid-November, with our delivery window being January 11-25. The initial delay was only about 10 days, COVID-related, and understandable. The second delay was unacceptable: the MH team inexplicably (truly, an explanation was never provided) shipped our couch to Washington state despite the fact that our shipping destination was Maryland... this resulted in our not receiving the couch for an additional *five weeks.* I was baffled by the lack of urgency in correcting the mistake as well as by the weirdness of the mistake itself. We were given a 10% refund in light of the delay which we appreciated but felt was insufficient; we would have much rather they used that $400 to expedite fixing the problem and getting us our couch so we could stop sharing a crappy loveseat during winter in the midst of a pandemic in which there is endless time stuck at home. We got the 119” Sullivan chaise sectional in the seafoam performance velvet. It’s beautiful, cleans up easily, and is wonderfully comfortable. I’m having a hard time getting off of it, to be honest. Bottom line: terrific furniture but don’t expect firm or reliable delivery estimates.

We love our Sullivan sectional sofa. I chose the oatmeal fabric and pecan legs and it is absolutely stunning. We searched high and low for a sectional that was stylish, comfortable, and well-constructed with multiple fabric options. It was a bit of a risk to go with one that we hadn't been able to sit on, but after reading reviews I felt convinced enough to give Maiden Home a shot and I'm SO glad I did. The sofa has very high quality construction. I love that all of the cushions are reversible. We have a dog and a cat and looked for a LONG time for fabric options that would stand up to claws and this seems to be IT! Easy to vacuum up pet hair with a dust buster as well. The cushions are a bit firm at first but have gotten "worn in" after a month or so. It holds its shape well. I was slightly worried about the bench seat holding up but it seems to be doing great so far. Overall, 10/10 and I would definitely recommend and purchase again!

I ordered the Sullivan sectional L shaped in Oyster Performance Linen. I was hesitant at first since it is a big purchase but Maiden Home had the exact design I wanted in a couch. After looking at other stores for so long and not finding anything at the same level, I decided to take the risk! I am so glad I did since my husband and I love the couch so much! It is INCREDIBLY comfortable. I've the best naps of all time on it. Now, given the color we chose, we knew we would have to have it professionally cleaned at least once a year, which is no problem. It is ok to clean yourself if you have any little spills, but with time you start to see the white becoming dirty due to normal wear. So we just had it professionally cleaned and only a little bit of the normal wear got better... It just doesn't look like it did when we first got it. I was really hoping it would since it is a Performance fabric, but I guess not? Also, during the cleaning process they pointed out to us a few light marks (looks like pen marks?) on different spots on the couch that I remembered seeing when we first had the couch delivered. Unfortunately they couldn't get it removed because it would wear off the white color on the couch if they tried too hard. I think these marks happened during the upholstery of the production process? We never have any pens near the couch so I know it didn't come from us. Anyways, if I could go back in time I wouldn't have ordered a white fabric. Lesson learned. I'm hoping I can get it re-upholstered at some point in the next 5-10 years.
