Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your piece, you will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10% and shipping. Please note that orders canceled after one business day of purchase will be subject to a 10% fee to offset the material costs that our partners incur.

I'm not sure how it works at your house, but we often find ourselves sitting in our "assigned seats" at the dinner table, in the car, etc. I ordered two matching Downing chairs and when they arrived, the kids immediately claimed them as their spots! The chairs have a classic, tailored look, but are comfortable enough to sit in and read a book for a while. The delivery timeframe was very close to what was promised, which was appreciated as furniture items from other vendors have been delayed for months and months. Everything went well from the ordering process to delivery. Highly recommend!

Perfect for my NYC apartment

I purchased the Downing chair in camel leather and I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly in my NYC apartment and brings the perfect amount of rustic coziness to the room. The craftmanship is top notch. Maiden Home was so easy to worth with and I highly recommend ordering the fabric swatches before you settle on a color. It was nice to be able to see the fabrics in the room for a few weeks and then make a decision.

Beyond thrilled!!!

We recently received our Sullivan sectional in Ecru Performance Weave, and 2 Downing chairs one with ottoman, in Midnight Velvet and we could not be more thrilled!!! The furniture is so beautiful, and perfect for our family room. It definitely gets daily use but always looks great! The sectional and chairs are super comfortable. There is good support but not “hard”. There’s enough give to make it super comfy and cozy. The dogs are loving it and even dirty paw prints clean right up. The quality of this furniture for the price is amazing! We have spent way more money in the past and haven’t gotten furniture this well made and stylish. I will be buying from Maiden Home again and I can’t say enough about how great the entire buying process, from swatches through delivery, has been. Excellent excellent service and product. Well done Maiden Home.👍🏻
