Ready for Delivery

“Ready for delivery” indicates when you will receive a phone call to schedule your white glove delivery or when you will receive an email containing UPS tracking information.

UPS Delivery

The small 19" and medium 32" Galerie plinths are eligible for UPS shipping. Orders containing one or two UPS-eligible pieces will be delivered via UPS. Orders containing a large 40" Galerie plinth, three or more UPS-eligible pieces, and orders containing other furnishings will be delivered with white glove delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your piece, you will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 10% and shipping. Please note that orders canceled after one business day of purchase will be subject to a 10% fee to offset the material costs that our partners incur.
