White Glove Delivery

We offer white glove delivery for this piece. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled delivery window, bring your piece into the room of your choice, unpack it, and remove the packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your piece, you will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 25% and shipping. You may change or cancel your order free of charge within one business day of placing it. Changes and cancellations made after one business day incur a charge of 10% of the purchase price. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if the piece(s) have already been made or shipped.

Nice sofa

Purchased 100in Lennox in slate velvet. Beautiful sofa. Delivery showed up 15 mins before window but waited as we weren’t home yet. Brought into house and unpacked / very good process all on phone where they took pics and I had to sign. Friendly guys as well.

Beautiful sofa

90inch in the Merlot velvet. Beautiful sofa for our second floor seating and really compliments the vintage leather chairs we sourced. Allows plenty of room for decorative throw pillows. Extremely pleased!

What I wish I'd known...

Let me start by saying the Lenox sofa in Merlot is one of the most strikingly beautiful sofas I've ever seen. It's stunning. Definitely a conversation piece. Unfortunately, the performance velvet is quite disappointing. It collects every speck of lint and hair that comes near it, and this is not a sofa that has any contact with a pet. It also does not feel as soft as I would expect for the price. I've purchased a huge pack of sofa lint brushes because it needs to be cleaned so often. If you don't mind that, then highly recommend. Or perhaps choose a different fabric and make sure to get samples to test.

We also had an issue at delivery when we discovered that the freight company had stapled the plastic cover to the arm of the sofa, leaving puncture holes in the velvet on the top of the sofa arm. After discussing with customer service, we opted to accept a partial credit rather than shipping the whole thing back. Frustrating but we are satisfied.
