Ready for Delivery

“Ready for delivery” indicates when you will receive a phone call to schedule your white glove delivery or when you will receive an email containing UPS tracking information.

Carrier Delivery

This piece is eligible for domestic UPS shipping. Domestic orders containing one or two UPS-eligible pieces will be delivered via UPS. Domestic orders containing three or more UPS-eligible pieces and orders containing other furnishings will be delivered with white glove delivery. Orders shipping to Canada will be delivered with white glove delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your piece, you will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 25% and shipping. You may change or cancel your order free of charge within one business day of placing it. Changes and cancellations made after one business day incur a charge of 10% of the purchase price. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if the piece(s) have already been made or shipped.
