This is such a wonderful innovative company. I ordered the Carmine sofa and when it arrived, I realized it was a bit too formal for my lifestyle. With no hesitation, Dana with Customer Service, processed a return of the Carmine in exchange for the Dune. I love my Dune. The entire process was easy and exactly as detailed from ordering to shipping to exchange to total enjoyment.

I have worked for a number of high-end furniture retailers over the last 33 years and when I started in the industry the majority of the pieces came handmade from High Point. Since then most pieces available through retailers are mass produced or come from China and the quality has been greatly sacrificed. I’m also a merchandiser and because of that occupational hazard I find myself flipping furniture in my own home rather frequently.... well that and because I have 3 pups. My point is I’ve been through well over a dozen sofas in my lifetime and the Dune is a supremely welcomed addition to my home that I know will be staying put. Finding Maiden Home was like returning to my roots. I am so beyond thrilled at how well crafted the sofa is and the fact that I will likely pass it on to my kid as a result. And the slip covers are the greatest thing ever! Like I said I’ve owned a number of sofas both slipcovered and upholstered, and I’ve been through probably just as many generically fitted slipcovers in an effort to keep things clean and interesting. Not a single slipcover in my lifetime has been as easy to remove and replace as the one for the Dune! It’s a dream and it launders beautifully!! Maiden Home, thank you for crossing my path and for making beautiful heirloom quality furniture of which I will surely be investing in additional pieces!

Absolutely love this sofa. We got the largest sectional they make in the Dune. Did the pillow back and it’s stunning. We did the chenille fabric in bone and it’s creamy bliss. I’ve washed a few of the pillow covers and they washed perfectly. I spilled a little coffee on it and it wiped right off. The whole buying experience was seamless. They kept us informed of the build process each step of the way, which I loved. Came on time and arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier!

The Dune couch is just as comfortable as you imagine it to be. It's pretty deep and I love the one pillow seat as I tend to stick my feet in between the cushions of other couches. I ordered the two pillow back option and love how sleek and stylish it looks in my home. I've already had a couple instances where I needed to remove the fabric from the cushion and clean up some spots and it was so nice to be able to treat the cushion and fabric separately. I was also impressed with the drying time for both- really pretty quick! It's relatively easy to get the fabric off and on the cushion- we have a 95" couch so that's a long cushion! Really, really pleased with my purchase. I was nervous because of the price and not being able to try it out but reviews like this one solidified my decision. It really is what you see in the pictures and their chart on support/depth/etc is very accurate. The customer service from Maiden Home was great- all of my questions were answered promptly and I appreciated the emails with updates on how the construction of my couches were moving along. My only complaint is the delivery service- we ordered one couch at a time for two total couches and the first delivery was very professional, courteous and polite. The second delivery was not. The delivery folks left trash in our yard, wore their shoes in our house and were less than professional in their communication. This is obviously not Maiden Home's fault, but Ryder Delivery Services who delivered our items. It played into the whole experience though, so I thought I'd share.

We love our Maiden Home couch! We have the Dune in Nickel and scatter back. This couch is longer and wider than what we currently had, which is hard to find those size options with other name brands. My husband and I can actually both sprawl out on it and be comfortable. I've never had a scattered back couch before and am not going back, you can make any part of the couch comfortable with all of the pillows. The whole process with Maiden Home is so great and I love their customer service team if you have any questions! I really love the Dune design, has a very comfortable laid back feel!

I purchased 2 of the Dune sofas in the Harbor fabric. They are gorgeous and are truly the most comfortable sofas I have ever owned. I chose the scatter back pillow option. They are very well made and do not lose their shape, so if you like this look - go for it! The entire customer experience was flawless. A guest spilled some red wine on one of the sofas and it came right off - amazing! I have referred Maiden Home to friends and family and will be a customer for life. Don't hesitate - add to cart, and enjoy the luxury and comfort!

I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect sectional and I am so happy I chose the dune. It’s beautiful, while still being casual enough for my modest home. I have two kids, a dog and a cat and I really think that this sofa can stand up to the torture we will put it through. It spot cleans really well and I’ve just had to wash one cushion cover and it was easy. Lead time was long, but worth the wait, delivery was seamless. Highly recommend!

I love, love, this sofa! We were worried about ordering on line but I took a chance against my husbands wishes. I was prepared to lie and say I loved it even if I didn’t. No need…the bench seat is firm enough for my bad back and I love the design!Its still new enough that I cover with a sheet at night because my dog also finds it comfortable Customer service very helpful and nice. Very happy with my purchase!

This is my families favorite sofa. I love the design (so beautiful) with the.bench cushion that is both incredibly comfortable and well made. I wanted a light color ( I choice oyster) but since we are a pet friendly house, I needed a washable slipcover. I am so pleased I found Maiden Home. The Dune has surpassed my expectation.

I purchased a Dune couch and two swivel chairs. I am immensely pleased! I was very nervous ordering and buying sight unseen, but did a ton of research for months before purchase. Incredible comfort and quality!

I just received my Dune sofa from Maiden Home and I could not be anymore thrilled! It took me over a year to finally decide to take the plunge on purchasing. My hesitancy stemmed from the fact that I couldn’t see the sofa in person at a store. I checked out slipcovered sofas from Pottery Barn, Crate&Barrel, and Living Spaces. None of them had all the qualities I was looking for (comfort, durable fabric, and overall aesthetic). Maiden Home hit all check marks for me. I ordered many fabric swatches and decided on the Flax Performance Textured Linen. It is a really pretty off white/warm-gray color. It is also spill resistant. I tested the swatch with red wine and coffee. Grace from Maiden Home was very patient and answered all my questions through the whole decision process. I ordered the sofa on 7/16 and it was delivered on 8/16! The delivery time was much faster than Maiden Home anticipated. The estimated delivery window was around mid September. The sofa itself is super comfy. It is soft, but still has the right amount of support. I am so glad I took a chance on Maiden Home!

I am 100 percent in love with my new Maiden Home Dune couch and Mercer chair!!! I was worried because I hadn’t been able to sit in them when I saw them online and they are pricey.. but I went to Hudson Yards while they were being showcased there and was able to look at them in person and sit on them. Feel the fabric. I sprung for it and even went with WHITE (I have 2 kids and 2 cats). The kids have already gotten chocolate and Taki cheese on the Dune - easily spot cleaned!! Didn’t even have to wash it. But I LOVE that I can wash it if I need to. Oh, and did I mention that they are so dang comfortable?! I just want to hang out on them all day. I sleep better on that couch than on my own mattress. Worth every penny!

We were starting from scratch in our living room and I stumbled across Maiden Home. The Dune collection grabbed my attention right away. The purchasing process was so easy because we had Dana guiding us, asking questions and making recommendations. Delivery took longer than expected but the communication about the delay was proactive. The young men who delivered our pieces were professional, respectful and very quick! The sofa, chair and a half and ottoman that we chose are beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I snuggle in the chair and a half watching tv. The cushions are softening up as use them so I think this furniture is only going to get better with time. I can’t say enough about the service and value for the money. Buying furniture online sight unseen was a bit worrisome, but I have no regrets and only good things to say. If you’re thinking about it, do it!!

Having purchased down sofas from RH and pottery barn, I anticipated plumping and fluffing would be a necessary task with my 80 in Dune sofa (two pillow back, in oyster). Definitely not the case, firm yet lofty, soft and luxurious, it is the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever owned. Less expensive, made in the US, and incredible service too! I will be ordering another!!! ❤️

I purchased the 90” Dune sofa in Creme. I adore it. It’s gorgeous, comfortable and well-made. I love having just one long cushion for seating and two in the back. It took a while to arrive due to COVID, but delivery was easy and fine. I live on a small island and it was a problem. Exceeds my expectations. Wish more of my friends could see it now!

Love the photos of this piece- the chaise Dune was exactly what I wanted for an informal tv area off our kitchen. Disappointed in the pillows- why do mine look like cheap replacements? Very comfortable once the pillows are removed but that’s a silly way to have to use a couch… The arrival and delivery was so badly jumbled and couldn’t get anyone to care about what a terrible headache it was. Yes, supply chain issues. Those shouldn’t impact the leave of service received…

Was so happy when we received this couch. Such a soft feel and comfortable to lounge on. We were just about to order the ottoman. Unfortunately, when we were washing covers. The seating cushion got destroyed by our dog. Wish replacement cushions were available to purchase.

We ordered the Dune 95" with the classic back in Oyster. We are very pleased. It is more dense than you might think, but that is why it is comfortable. The classic back pillows hold their shape. They do take a little bit of the depth away, but still great for one person to lay comfortably. We have three dogs and the couch cleans up very easily with Folex and water. We will be ordering the matching ottoman soon and an extra set of slip covers to maybe change the color up when we want. The customer service is great too.

I was introduced to Maiden Home three years ago and immediately ordered two Dune loveseats in white linen which I totally adored but I have a little poodle named Paris that also loves the sofas so I recently ordered new slip covers in natural linen along with an ottoman. The new slipcovers fit like a glove and as always the Maiden Home design team was so very helpful. It took awhile to receive my sofas because that is our life now -- things do not travel fast. The team kept me informed throughout the process but to be quite frank I was kind of disappointed when I received my slip covers and ottoman as in this time of isolation I enjoyed their always friendly emails and occasional phone call...I felt like I not only received well built and extraordinary furniture but also had friends that reached out during the alone time. Over the years of living in NYC I’ve moved apartments every couple years and have run the gamut of cheap sofas … west elm, ikea, interior define, article, cb2 … each were eventually given away to the tenant moving in or sold on Craigslist - and I always felt good riddance. Finally grew up and wanted to buy some proper furniture and a designer suggested the dune at MH - this all a long way of saying you get what you pay for this - this sofa is real quality and I wish I did this years ago. Super comfy and well made.

It is comfortable and lovely! The most generously stuffed cushions. Seems very well made and of the highest quality, and it is lightweight and easy to move around. We are thrilled with our purchase and would certainly order from Maiden Home again. Also, it feels great to know that our furniture was made in the U.S.A. and it didn't take long to arrived (loved the step by step updates on the manufacturing process, by the way). Again, thrilled!

have a chambray dune - have already had to wash slip cover once thanks to our dog but followed the instructions and was very easy to clean and put back on. comfortable, cloud like feeling. very happy and thank you. i got a 90inch piece but wish i would have gotten 100 inches as i realize our space could have easily taken that.

This sofa is beautiful! We purchased the 100" Dune in Bone for our country home, I thought my husband was going to kill me with three kids and a dog. The fabric is incredible, you would never know how much abuse it takes on a daily basis. Cannot say enough good things!

I was a bit nervous purchasing a sectional online, but the Dune has exceeded all expectations! Super comfortable and attractive. We did have an issue getting the larger half of the sectional into the house on delivery day so remember to measure your ceiling height!

We have had our Dune for almost a month now and we love it! We opted for the high performance textured linen in the lightest gray color option for the practicality and durability of the material, but bare in mind that ‘soft to touch’ is the trade off for having these qualities but this is not an issue for us at all. The sofa is very well filled and is very comfortable to sit and lie on. The frames are solid and you don’t worry about breaking the arms if you sit on them (you’re probably not supposed to though!). We recently received a handwritten appreciation card from the owner of Maiden Home which is pretty much unheard of when purchasing furniture which I think says a lot for the company itself! Very pleased with our sofa and would recommend to anybody sitting on the fence.

I bought the double chaise Dune couch in the performance Chenille Desert color. It is gorgeous! It is so cozy and comfortable. I have already fallen asleep on it more than I’d like to admit. It’s really special and feels like it is completely unique due to the personalization aspect. Additionally, there was some confusion with delivery and the customer service team was quick to help me out both through calls and emails. I would recommend their products to anyone looking for a high quality couch and I believe it will last me a long time.

We’ve had this sofa for a year and honestly couldn’t be happier. I was worried about buying a sofa without ever seeing/sitting on it but it’s exactly what I wanted. The cushions were a little stiff and noisy at first but that quickly went away. The fabric is so easy to keep clean, and I have a 130 pound dog who thinks it’s funny to jump on the couch when his paws are muddy. It still looks brand new. The depth is not designed for those who like to sit straight up with their feet on the floor, so keep that in mind.

These sofas are fantastic, especially for the price, level of customization, and speed of delivery. I have the chair and a half and everyone tells me they've never seen a better one and immediately want to order one of their own. The ability to wash the slipcover is so helpful! Also - the stiffness and crinkling of the sofa when you first receive it goes away pretty quickly and over one year in, I am so happy with how my pieces have kept their shape. They look like new! Maiden Home is definitely at the top of my list for when I need more furniture.

I bought two of the Dune's in Flax Performance Textured Linen to face each other in our family room that faces our open concept kitchen. It's the perfect place for my toddler to play between, creating forts and reading corners. Overall, the sofas are beautiful. They give the perfect balance between both classic and forward, high end and cozy, luxurious and durable. The bench style seating makes lying down on the sofa for my 6'1" husband not only doable, but he's fallen asleep many times unintentionally. The only issue I had was that I originally ordered the classic back pillows because I thought it looked cleaner and easier to keep tidy. However, the classic back pillows are so overstuffed and stiff that sitting upright on the sofa was uncomfortable for 5'4" me that my husband could never sit back on the sofa. I thought maybe with time it would break in a bit, but we couldn't break it in because no one would sit in it. My husband would remove the pillows to lay down in it. I reached out to Maiden Home and asked if I could exchange my classic back pillows for the scatter back seeing as how you could arrange the pillows behind you more easily to add more depth to the seat. They asked me to send the swatch that is stitched under the seating to color match the batch exactly and sent the scatter back pillows several weeks later. Upon first impression, the scatter back pillows felt a bit small, but I was comparing them to the very overstuffed classic back pillows. However, after a couple of days, the ease of use made them worth having to rearrange at the end of the day everyday. Anyone can sit comfortably, more upright or sunk in by rearranging the pillows behind them. The only other thing worth mentioning that I wish I knew from reviews earlier is that you can really feel the wooden frame on the arms and back. The look of the style, I think, prevents there to be a bunch of stuffing or wrapping on the edges. I thought I would mind more, but it never bothered me functionally. It was just something that caught me off guard when I initially received the sofas. Otherwise, I'd still highly recommend to anyone looking for a sofa. I would just call those things out specifically to better inform them of their purchase.

4 kids, 2 Australian shepherds and a husband that doesn’t care if the couch is white when he’s lounging. We bought these 5 years ago and I can not begin to explain how brand new they look after a wash in our regular washer and dryer (if not better because they get more comfortable by the day) I’m a harsh critic and don’t leave reviews often unless I feel like the world HAS to know. These couches are worth every dang penny! I’m going to need a new set of slipcovers at some point in this decade but that is a win for me! Sturdy as heck with boys jumping and using them for their games, loving them so much, best furniture purchase I’ve made. ❤️

Totally took a chance on this company based on the excellent reviews. Really happy I did. We received our Dune sectional (in performance linen) last week and the whole family loves it. Super comfy, very high quality, and the slipcovers are machine washable (which means we can all just relax and not worry about little spills or muddy paw prints). Customer service was top notch...and so was the delivery. Keep up the good work, Maiden Home! PS We've owned RH and PB sectionals in the past, and they don't even come CLOSE to the Dune in style, quality, & comfort...and they were more expensive.

I ordered the Dune sectional as soon as it was offered on the website and love it. It's beautiful and comfortable. Great customer service too. I had a problem with delivery and called Maiden Home immediately, they got it all taken care of. promptly.

After spending well over a year searching for and researching sofas, I knew I wanted slipcovers in natural fibers, a deep bench seat, a sofa made in the US, and in my search, I kept coming back to The Dune. I was hesitant to order a sofa without seeing/trying it first and I’m so glad I listened to my instincts and purchased The Dune. When my sofa finally arrived, late due to Covid, (oh well), it was better than expected...the bench seat, the seat height, the depth, the color are all exactly what I wanted. What I love most is the fabric I chose, the performance textured linen in flax. I’d ordered nearly every swatch and when the performance textured linen option was introduced, I knew it would be perfect for me. I prefer natural fibers and also appreciate the fact that it’s been treated and is a performance fabric and repels stains. The color flax is the perfect neutral, not too light, not too dark, and works well with my large collection of throw pillows. I highly recommend the textured linen. (I only wish it came in a navy or indigo color...hopefully MH will add one down the road!) I opted for the 2 cushion back and am so glad I did. I love the clean, classic look of the two cushion back. I do fluff the back cushions and rotate them so they’ll wear well and not become misshapen. When my sofa arrived, it was amazingly well packed. There were a few minor issues, I contacted MH and they were happy to resolve them. MH has provided excellent customer service beginning with my initial inquiries and many questions through my post delivery issues. MH listened and took care of the minor issues and truly made me feel that they place customer satisfaction high on their list of priorities and stand by their products. My only regret is that I didn’t order my sofa earlier, it’s my new favorite spot! One major consideration I thought about prior to purchase is how I use my sofa...I tend to curl up to watch a movie or read, and an occasional nap isn’t out of the question....The Dune is perfect for my lifestyle. If I sat upright with my feet on the floor the majority of the time, I would’ve made a different selection. Also, while MH lists The Dune as relaxed, that doesn’t mean it’s not supportive, it is! I would order from MH again and likely will as I’m currently on the hunt for accent chairs. Thank you Maiden Home!
