We ordered a sectional that was delayed due to back order of our fabric and I must say it was worth the wait. We had originally been looking at a cloud sectional, but refused to pay that price. After spending hours researching online we stumbled across maiden and are so happy we chose them. The sofa looks great in our family room and it’s sooooo comfortable! I would recommend them 1k percent. Their customer service and communication throughout the process was stellar. Thank you Maiden Home for completing our home!

We ordered the Jones Modular sofa in July and it arrived in October even with all of the supply chain issues. The sectional is as beautiful as it is comfortable. We replaced a couch that I was afraid to let people sit on out of fear that the sofa would not hold it's shape; not this one! This sofa will be admired and used...daily. We are very happy and will order again (and again) from Maiden Home.

I write this review lounging from our new Jones chaise sectional. We selected the Jones because we have one living space for entertaining and relaxing, and therefore we wanted something both chic and extremely comfortable, which was a tall order. The Jones is perfect for our needs. It is both gorgeous and tailored yet unbelievably comfortable. I heed and hawed about this purchase for months, and now I wish I pulled the trigger sooner! Lastly, I was also very impressed with the selection of fabrics. We selected the flax textured linen, which is performance yet a natural, high-end fabric (as opposed to some of the really cheesy fabrics available at most big box stores). Thanks Maiden Home, I am so glad you exist!

We got the Jones in September and absolutely love it. It was a long wait (4-5 months), but well worth it! The sofa is buttery soft and perfect for entertaining, we got it in the performance velvet olive and the color is gorgeous. Very earthy, pairs well with browns/beiges. We have a little one, so we wanted something that wouldn't show wear and tear easily. We ended up building our own in a modular L shape about 148"x106" with a backless ottoman on the longer/back facing side, so people could hop in and out of the sofa area. It makes the sofa look modern, but is also super practical and welcoming. We also ordered a sofa from Sixpenny, which was also nice, if you want a more "lived in"/boho look, but the Jones takes the cake in my opinion! Super comfy and elegant. Highly recommend!

For more than a year, I was shopping for the living room sofa everywhere - in the store and online, and I always went back to this Jones sofa. I liked the look, the choice of materials, made in the US, and my preference was for a modular modern-looking sofa.It was risky to buy online but before placing my order, I was desperately searching and reading other customers reviews. Finally I decided to place an order. I chose oyster linens fabric. Yes, every dust is visible on it, but I knew what I was aiming for. While the sofa is still new, it looks good, modern, stylish and good quality, and also very comfortable. Pillows don’t loose there shapes as RH cloud sofa does. It was shipped faster than I expected. Usually I don’t leave feedback, but they really care about this business because they don’t have a showroom and deserve good review from me.

Recently moved to Miami and was eyeing this for sometime for our new condo and it finally arrived. Love it - only criticism is I do wish there were some built in side table options for this modular but the shape and comfort are perfect. We were going to buy a Minotti sectional for 3x the cost but so glad we got this instead!

We have had our Jones for over two years now and are very happy with the sofa. I have 8 sections of this sofa set up in a sectional that our designer helped us to order, and I am so glad I listened to her. We ordered a navy velvet because I wanted to make a statement in our family room and the details like the seams up the arms pick up so nicely in the light. It is very durable (pets) and easy to keep clean. I get a ton of compliments when we have people over, both on style and comfort. All in all I would call this sofa a lounging sofa. I will note that it took a week or two to break in, but having a down sofa in the past I knew that right on delivery the comfort will be a bit stiffer. I can comfortably curl up my legs on the seat to lounge (I am 5' 8") because the seat is a really nice depth. The seat is soft with the feeling of support and easy to stand up out of (a concern I had before ordering since my older parents visit often). The back cushions are soft and cozy- one of my favorite parts of this sofa. I rotate the seat cushions once a month, but other than that I don't have to do much with them. I fluff the back cushions a couple times a week- it still looks really great two years later. I recommend this sofa to all my friends!

Ordered a 9 piece Jones - a massive bone beauty for our great room. Use it for tv watching, entertaining, love making and move the ottomans around as needed. The design, style and profile of this piece is phenomenal. My designer was trying to put me into a 30k sectional from Minotti and she is eating crow after seeing this beauty (funny how designers work on a % of what I buy and just happen to push the most expensive stuff). Anyway I’m awfully pleased with this purchase, appreciate you folks delivering a quality product on time.

I fell in love with the clean lines and the flange seam detail of The Jones. Also, our TV room is longer than it is deep, so I needed a piece that could accommodate the long, narrow room and seat as many people as possible. The easy customization of The Jones allowed me to maximize seating despite the room's tricky dimensions, without compromising style and comfort. The deep seat, down-filled cushions, and pillowy arms have made it a favorite in our home.

This is an extremely comfortable and versatile sofa. I love that I was able to configure it to meet the needs of my family and space limitations. We are absolutely in love with our new Jones modular sofa. We ordered the Bone textured linen and even though we had to wait a bit longer for the fabric that was back ordered it was definitely worth the wait. The couch is comfortable, sturdy and looks amazing in our family room. The design team at Maiden was fantastic to work with. They kept us up to date on the progress from initial contact, through the design selection and all the way to delivery. I won’t buy another sofa from anyone else.

Bottom line: We purchased the Jones in the tan leather and we love it. We would definitely purchase from Maiden Home again. I was a little hesitant to buy from Maiden Home because I didn’t know much about the brand and didn’t know anyone personally who had purchased from them but I am very glad we did. The style and feel was just what we wanted and was well represented and explained on the website. The upholstery is well done and very well matched across the sofa (another competitor I was looking at explicitly said to expect variability in their leather sofas. I understand why that is a possibility but it wasn’t a very appealing one to me). The cushions are held in place by Velcro backing which I actually didn’t realize when we bought it but it keeps our casual looking back cushions from sliding all over the place, which is very useful with our rambunctious toddler. The customer service was stellar; one team member talked me through the pros and cons of the two leather options and ways to remove/buff scratches from the softer leather we ended up choosing. Another team member preemptively reached out to me when there was concern the delivery window wouldn’t be met. The delivery ended up being on time and was painless. I was also concerned about the separate sofa pieces moving since it is a sectional but the pieces are held together by sturdy looking metal clips and we haven’t noticed any motion or gapping between the pieces. Side note, we are happy with the ottoman configuration rather than a fixed chaise because it gives us more flexibility. The ottoman is not attached to the rest of the sofa but ours is on a rug so it doesn’t move. The price was right for us- it was not the cheapest leather sofa we could find but for the quality and style, I think it is very well priced.

I cannot recommend the Jones enough! Mine is in the Emerald Velvet, which I fell in love with after seeing the photos on Maiden Home's Instagram. I adopted two kittens during the pandemic and they treat the Jones like a rock climbing wall. The Performance Velvet exceeded all of my expectations! After a quick lint roll you can't even tell I have cats. It's very comfortable- perfect for movie nights and entertaining. I've also had guests camp out on it for days while visiting with no complaints. I'm looking forward to loving this piece for years to come!

We recently received our Jones Modular sofa and LOVE IT!! Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it is dreamy to sit in. It is made incredibly well, just the right firmness, and it's like art to look at. We have 8 people in our family and we bought a U shaped modular with enough room for 12. It is roomy, firm, but slouchy enough, and the fabric is super high quality and soft to the touch. Delivery was seamless and the couch arrived earlier than expected-we couldn't be happier. This is easily the best thing I have every purchased for my home. I got an embarrassingly large sectional and ottoman in the light leather color. The leather is butter soft, the cushions are heaven and the pillows are the perfect amount of soft to firm ratio. I was anxious at spending this much on a couch (and I have 2 toddlers) but now that it’s here I’m SO glad I did. It can easily fit my entire family, even as my boys get bigger than me. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

We have had our Jones now for almost 5 months. I just received a marketing email featuring the Jones in a beautiful color and finally felt compelled to write a review. I have been in the design build industry for 40 years so I’ve been around the block on furnishings. I was attracted to Maiden Home for it’s business mission statement and the design appeal. I’ve had loads of high end furniture and wanted something fresh. I ordered my furniture in March of 2021, a completely mad time to order any type of furniture. I thought how bad could it be? If anything could go wrong….it did….and I won’t go into all that because Maiden Home over the 6 months continued to follow through to make sure I received exactly the products they promised. I’ll admit it was a bit of a slog but the end result is exactly what I wanted. The Jones is modern enough but will also fit into a more traditional take. I ordered the boucle fabric and it is textural and soft and visually interesting. The construction was very important to me. The seat cushion is built like a hybrid mattress with a spring support inside. It is the perfect combination of support and comfort. The cushions are all reversible and completely finished so you can rotate for wear. The cushion height is low enough to be modern but hits at the perfect height for comfort on the back. The depth is perfect…….even for us 70 year olds! The flexibility of modular is so brilliant. Whether you just like to re-arrange furnishings or you move frequently it creates options. The Jones completely hits all the marks in my opinion. Even after all the travails we had in getting it…….I would order it again. It is a beautiful and functional piece. Quality seems to be a rare thing these days, but I believe our Jones can wear that description.

Ordered a 6 piece jones sectional for our main seating sofa. Very happy - the sofa is a modernish style, it’s super comfortable but still very structured and stays neat/doesn’t require any fluffing. The arms are just so well done and crafted and is what really makes this piece stand out. The cushion are very comfortable but I will note it’s lower seat going with a more modern vibe - that is perfect for us but was a slight adjustment as our old sofa was a 10 year old baker piece that was quite a traditional look and sat very very high. Delivery was easy /sofa arrived early so no complaints there. I do wish I could clip ottomans on the inside edge of the chaise piece.

Excellent experience from order to delivery. I needed to delay my delivery multiple times and customer service was genuinely professional and understanding. So great to a call a company and someone genuine picks up the phone - instead of getting some big company robot system run around. Like the experience / the sofa is total luxury - gorgeous construction, beautiful modern low profile. Really a gorgeous design and the Moore and Giles leather is top top notch. We love BOTH of the couches we got. It takes a lot of faith in customer reviews to make a purchase this big online, but I am so pleased with the outcome. I will say the delivery company was beyond rough with the couches and not careful bringing it in my house, but thankfully the furniture was incredibly well wrapped there was no damage. Only damage to my front door sadly though.

I'm so glad we made our first MH purchase with the Jones! We were on the hunt for a piece that was design-forward, comfortable, and modular, so the piece could grow and change as our space changed in the future. We currently live in an NYC apartment and wanted to invest in a product that was high quality, but we didn't want to purchase something that potentially wouldn't easily transition to a new apartment layout. I'm so relieved we came across the Jones! It definitely has the stunning design aesthetic we were looking for in our new sofa that would also give us the flexibility to add pieces in the future. We also loved the samples and sorting through the fabrics, it was great to have the piece offered in a wide range of colors and materials. It made the process actually fun instead of overwhelming. Also, Maiden Home's team kept us constantly up to date on the construction and shipping of our piece which was a great touchpoint and only made us more excited to finally see our piece. Now to the Jones itself.... it is SO comfortable! We can't believe it! It is the ultimate lounging sofa and it does not look sloppy. The cushions hold their shape nicely while still having this super sink in feel overall. We haven't needed to fluff our cushions which surprised me for a piece with down cushions (our old sofa had down and the cushions were totally pancaked flat) Everything just always looks and feels great! We chose Harbor Chenille and I love the performance feature of the fabric, I've already spilled on the piece multiple times and it has always been so easy to clean up! I really cannot say enough good things about this piece and how easy MH made this process, I cannot wait to buy more furniture from them!!

I got my 117 inch chaise sectional in Pearl in August and couldn't be happier with it. It has totally changed the dynamic of my living room because it is so spacious and there are multiple "best spots" to sit. We have also gotten dozens of compliments, and really enjoyed hosting friends with the extra space. I was slightly nervous about getting a white couch, but I couldn't be happier with the performance material - a friend spilled a full glass of red wine on it last week (much to his horror), but it came out ENTIRELY. It is also so comfortable. My husband and I can both have our legs on the ottoman at the same time, which was a HUGE improvement comfort wise over our last couch. It is a low profile but in the best way -- you sink into it and want to sit for hours. I genuinely couldn't recommend more!

It’s like sitting in butter in the best way. The leather has gotten nicer over time, the sofa has a sleek profile that makes it flex between cocktails and convo and Netflix and chill with ease. The leather is gorgeous. You can tell this is a very well built sofa. I also have to shout out the customer service which dealt with all my delivery reschedules and tight timeframes with true class and friendliness. They just seemed to really care and be genuinely excited for us to receive the sofa, lol. I’m 6’2’’ and my wife is 5’6” for reference.

We received our Jones a couple of months ago and have been so pleased with our purchase. Our whole family agrees it’s the perfect place for naps. The Jones 117” sofa feels enormous and luxurious in our space, and I love the silhouette and the seaming details in particular - they’re beautifully sewn with care. The cushions feel great, and are comfortable but still supportive and feel like they’ll stand up over time. I also look forward to being able to move and potentially grow our Jones someday into a sectional as we move into different spaces - love that it is modular. I highly recommend to anyone considering a purchase!

We got our Jons sectional and just love it. We ended up building our own with one single corner and 3 pieces "no-arms" plus a backless ottoman. We love that we can configure any way we want, especially if we decide to move, sectional can easy accommodate a different lay out. For a fabric we went with dusk merino and very happy with our choice. We also are planning to order two Perrychairs with a different matching fabric later on. Delivery was great, we had a slight defect on the back corner and MH has exchanged it without any problem.

I love it the jones modular. The bone and the get the look. It is nice truly is even in the brown. 5stars. I can just see it in a beautiful clean environment with positive vibes. I love the stools. And of course you can't take home unless you people set up just like you have it displayed. Not only are you good at furniture but at staging it. Awesome designer. Interior design is truly your gift. We'll put together.

We've had our Jones for 6 months now, and I'm in love! The modular pieces makes it so easy to rearrange and the comfort is perfect - deep enough to curl my feet under and short enough to sit normally when working. The back cushions require some maintenance but after investing in a piece like this - I'd definitely expect that to be the case! Our friends love coming over and lounging - definitely a highlight of our living room!

Purchased for a ski residence in big sky, our client is very happy and is the one who introduced us to MaidenHome. The leather quality is par excellence and it’s the primary seating sectional for our clients young family. Wish we could share pics but it’s truly a beautiful piece. This sofa sat with a receiver for 6 months as we waited for the home construction to finish. thankfully install went well (which almost never happens for furniture in Montana!)

We received our Jones sectional in November and we love it. It looks great, super comfy, and the cushions retain their shape pretty well. A light fluff will have it looking good as new. It’s definitely a well made couch. What we DONT love is the fabric. We bought this in performance chenille in buff and there’s not much about it that’s performance. We are diligent about keeping it clean but after 4 months of wear the fabric is already looking patchy and dull, and the seat looks dingy compared to pillows. Hopefully we find a better couch cleaning product (or maybe a steam cleaner will work?) but until then we drape blankets on it. So yes, I do recommend the sofa but try a different fabric! Also customer service during the ordering and delivery process were super helpful.

Honestly I wish the process was more seamless. We received our Jones couch in August 2023 and it had black fingerprints and marks all over it. I brought it to the company's attention and after A LOT of back and forth they first insisted that they have someone professional come and clean it. This did not work. Then they INSISTED they only replace the pieces with marks on them (not the entire piece) which I told them I thought was not sufficient but they were pretty firm. Then our "pieces" got like lost or something. So 6 months later they finally decided to replace the entire piece. It was just a lot of hassle total pain. Couch is beautiful but when you are spending 9K+ on a couch it shouldn't be such a drama.

We purchased this sofa a few months ago to match our aesthetic, and while it looks beautiful and is very comfortable to lay on, it is starting to sag a bit. We weren't expecting that to happen so quickly, but when we called customer service we were told this is normal. Additionally, the sofa sits very very low on the ground, which is hard on guests to sit on.

We got our Jones in Jan 2021. We love how modular this Jones is. We've configured it in many different ways in our living space and it's relatively easy to move. It's comfortable and we're always sitting on it. My biggest disappointment is the fabric - Performance Tweed Salt. Believe me - I got and tested every fabric sample for MONTHS! Buying a Maiden Home was an investment for me and I wanted to make sure I got it right. So after A LOT of deliberation we chose the performance tweed salt...but over one year later, I can say that it's definitely NOT performance. It's difficult to clean and does not stand up over time. We have to get this fabric professionally 2-3 months in order for it to not look dingy and gray. I understand the maintenance for white couches, but that's why I got the performance fabric...Idk maybe my expectations were to high but if you're gonna get a white couch you have to make sure that it is easy to clean and this fabric is just not it. I'm pretty sure in a year our couch will be grey. The one thing it does have going for it is that it's cat nail resistant (we foster cats occasionally). Anyways just don't get it. It's not worth it.

I love the look of this sofa and it's very comfy to sit on, however I've had it for 6 months and have already experienced issues that will probably worsen with time. There's another review here that mentions how the cushions crease and move around a lot, making it look sloppy. Well that's accurate because mine does that too and they sent me the same generic message. Maiden home doesn't really care. What bothers me more than the wonky cushion covers is that the performance boucle is looking terribly worn and it has only been 6 months! Isn't performance fabric supposed to be durable? Well theirs is not. It's fine if you never sit on it, but that defeats the purpose of a performance fabric. Certain areas looks like a wool sweater that is pilling badly smd fraying. Anyway, not worth the price. I have a Kardiel sofa and a Crate & Barrel sofa, both of which sturdier and look much better with use. They were both half the price of this one. I'd be willing to let this slide more if they had better customer service, but they give pat answers so you'll go away. Anyway, the sofa is ok at best, but buyer beware.
