Maybe everyone already knows about maiden home but how have I just found out about them! Saw their catalogue in my mail and I’m in love. Read about their mission, made in usa and their female founder and I’m more in love. Now I’m sitting on this Jones in bone linen, it’s the showstopper in our living room and I’m officially Stan. Semi serious question - Are you taking investors?! Will be back for more - we have a whole house to furnish!

I received my couch from Maiden Home about a month ago and it's been wonderful. It's a beautiful piece that is so comfortable to sit on. I am definitely going to look at Maiden Home for future pieces based on the quality of this couch.

I'm so happy with my new sofa! It arrived in perfect condition and looked just like I expected. It has a streamlined, formal look but is SO comfortable to sit on. The cushions are easy to fluff and the linen fabric I chose is beautiful. I was so impressed with the whole process - the design team answered questions for me before I ordered, I got updates during production, and I had the piece quickly compared to other furniture vendors right now. The care and quality Maiden Home takes in their products is evident. I only wish I had gotten the sectional! This certainly won't be my last order.

Not sure if it's because I ordered an "in stock" ready to ship Dune sofa, but it arrived with multiple very noticeable pulls in the linen fabric. I just flipped the cushions for the first time and noticed even more pulls on the other side! I'm so disappointed that a brand new sofa would arrive with the slipcovers in this condition. It's also really annoying that the seat cushion slides out a couple inches every time you sit on it. The back cushions make a horrible "crunchy" noise - from my research it seems that this is caused by when down proof ticking is made with a stiffer, lesser quality coated material that holds the feathers in.

We are delighted with our Sullivan sectional. Beautiful furniture, extremely comfortable. And the Maiden Home experience--really fantastic. We have been furnishing an entire house, dealing with various vendors and retailers, and Maiden Home was the only one that delivered a smooth, stress-free experience. Great customer support during selection and ordering, communication during the build of the sectional, and a totally painless delivery scheduling process. We had exactly what we wanted--a high quality, stylish piece of furniture, made in America--all in 6 weeks. We would recommend Maiden Home to anyone.

First off, the customer support at Maiden Home is unbeatable. From the swatches to post purchase care. We have had our couch for 6 months now and it is beautiful. At first it’s firm but that’s good so it doesn’t sink. We live the deep seats and how roomy it is.

As an interior designer, I am used to sourcing custom furniture made to exacting standards. I did a ton of research and shopping before deciding on Maiden Home for my own sofa. As a mom of two young children, I wanted a sofa that fit my high end design standards but was affordable and durable - enter the Sullivan sofa from Maiden Home. I liked that I could customize the size and the fabric options were great. We chose Denim, a performance fabric with a denim look. The fabric is soft and the cushions are comfy but hold their shape (even after a wrestling match between my kids and dog). The experience dealing with Maiden Home was easy and the sofa even arrived before it was due. We love it! Thanks!

The workmanship and quality of this piece is undeniable. The fabric quality is also excellent (we got sapphire velvet, really beautiful). However, this couch is NOT comfortable. It's not a "drop in it and binge watch your favorite show" kind of piece and I very much regret the purchase and wish we'd returned it within the 30 days. Since getting this piece, I refuse to spend any time in this room because there is no enjoyment in being on this couch. So disappointed. Surprised more reviews don't reflect this opinion. Great company and quality but I'd say that functionally...this isn't your couch if you want cozy comfort.

My aunt gifted us 4 of these for our wedding to use in our new apartment - incredible design and finish. Extremely impressed and delivery team was very courteous despite our building making it so very difficult for them.

Everything about this process went well. I asked for design help and was given several options and had the opportunity for plenty of discussion. The ordering process went smoothly. I particularly enjoyed the email updates with pictures of the staff who manage the furniture construction, and supporting US business is something I try to do if possible. The people who handled the delivery were extremely conscientious, contacting me several times to confirm the date and time. The delivery people were polite and efficient. My furniture was everything I had hoped for in style, color and quality. A big surprise came when I went to vacuum it today for the first time and tried to flip the cushions as I always do. I couldn't get them out. They are actually buckled in! No wonder the cushions are so secure and never shift when we sit or lay down on the couch. They always look beautiful! I had somehow missed that detail when considering my purchase. I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. At first I was put off by the lack of sale pricing, since I always try to shop sales. However, I feel like I definitely got my money's worth. I will highly recommend this company to anyone. I think they have hit the sweet spot for the consumer....the best price for the best value.

Absolutely love this sofa. We got the largest sectional they make in the Dune. Did the pillow back and it’s stunning. We did the chenille fabric in bone and it’s creamy bliss. I’ve washed a few of the pillow covers and they washed perfectly. I spilled a little coffee on it and it wiped right off. The whole buying experience was seamless. They kept us informed of the build process each step of the way, which I loved. Came on time and arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier!

I had the pleasure of working with Maiden Home on a recent project in Mattituck. Our two sofas just arrived and are even more beautiful in person!! The whole process was easy and delivery was on time. Between the range of elegant styles and availability of Crypton/highly durable fabrics you really can't beat Maiden Home!

We have recently ordered and received a Warren - Merino Heather Grey U Chaise Sectional. It is absolutely beautiful and so perfect for our family. We have had a few oops (dirt, etc.) and following the care instructions, things have come right out. I cannot say enough about the customer experience side of Maiden Home. I loved everything from the personal email to confirm the dimensions to the prompt follow up to any inquiry I had to the delivery guys who were wonderful and helpful. This is what buying furniture should be like. Absolutely thrilled!

We ordered The Warren sofa and two Leroy lounge chairs for our living room. We spent a fair amount of time researching alternatives online and shopping in various retail stores over several weeks at the beginning of the year. Maiden Home offered style in The Warren and Leroy that we loved (and didn’t find elsewhere); customer reviews here were all very positive and the North Carolina construction (and those construction details) sold us on Maiden Home. We ordered swatches, made our fabric decisions and submitted (just as C19 was becoming an issue). Maiden Home kept us up to date on our order progress (and also worked with us on a change order for the sofa a few days after we sub the original order). Even with a short shipping delay due to C19 restrictions we received our furniture within the estimated timeframe. Love the pieces - very comfortable, quality fabric, cushions (which on the sofa have anchor straps to keep them in place) and construction. We still have work to do finalizing decorating but here are the pieces in our home. Very highly recommend Maiden Home!!

My husband and I recently purchased two of these nightstands, and they have truly elevated our bedroom. The generous storage space is a game-changer. It's the perfect fit for a lamp, and there's ample space on top for my current nighttime read. We both appreciate its functionality and sleek design. It's safe to say, we made the right choice!

My initial review disappeared. The Sullivan sofa is the most uncomfortable sofa I ever sat on, let alone purchased. I could elaborate, but to what avail? I’ll never again buy a sofa sight-unseen or “un-sat” upon. Miserable experience. The Customer Service Team should be renamed the Company Service Team as their bottom line and sole interest lies with the almighty dollar. Do not be fooled by the brilliance of their marketing strategy. Save yourself (and your money!). I’ll survive: lesson learned.

We chose the Sullivan sectional because it provided the most amount of seating for our space. Living on the lake we do a lot of entertaining in the summer, so having enough seating for all of our friends and family is key. The deep seat and down filled cushions make it a comfortable spot to curl up with a book or watch the game on tv and the bench cushion gives it the clean modern feel we love. This sofa feels so special because of the extra details like the wood feet and curved arm, plus we finally have the white linen sofa I've always wanted but in a kid and pet-friendly fabric! I'm so glad I don't need to constantly worry about every spill. Really every detail is beautiful, and you can see (and feel) the difference in the quality. We also got two Leroy chairs in Denim Performance Tweed. They have a beautiful shape and the wood details add such warmth and character to the chair. These chairs are floating in the middle of our living space and they are the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. I love that they are unique and visually interesting from every angle they are viewed at. They really add so much to our space!

We love our new Ludlow sofa - gorgeous and comfortable - it’s become the favorite seat in the house for adults and kids alike! Even better was the amazing customer service we received!

OK, So I waited about 9 months before ordering this sectional because I was nervous about buying at this price point from on an online retailer. Here is what my experience was like. When I finally made up in my mind that I'd order from Maiden Home, I called them first. My concern was that the sectional I wanted (I think the 123') wouldn't fit through my doorway. I even read the PDF on how to size for the sofa and was still confused, so I called. The woman on the phone was sweet and patient with my questions. To be honest I called them and asked the same questions just worded differently. Lmbo!! She told me that if the sofa didn't fit that it would be a "No fit" (or something of that sort) and that I wouldn't be able to send it back. After hearing that I did all this research about how to size furniture. I watched every YouTube video you can think of. I worked myself up. So, I went smaller. I ordered the 101' chaise lounge. Although, this was not the original size I wanted, I was grateful for her transparency. So that I could make an educated decision. When the sofa arrived I was disappointed in myself for ordering smaller. Although the couch was beautiful. A very modern and simplistic style. I was in my feelings about the size I chose. I was so wrapped up in bigger. I immediately thought, I want to send this back. But, I kept staring at the sectional. It was so beautiful. Perfect, actually. After really looking, I realized... I hadn't sat on it. So I sat on it and the comfort was undeniable. It was soft, yet firm. You know what I mean? You don't sink instead you melt into the cushions. My husband is so sweet, but never shows he's impressed and even he sat down and said "This is my spot, I'm sitting here from now on" I kept looking for a reason to send it back because of my mistake. But the more I examined the piece. I literally could not let it go. The cushions are perfectly snug. Like my phone won't easily fall between the cushions. The pillows for the back of the couch are firm yet soft. They don't push you to forward and you can easily adjust them for how you want to sit on the couch. My 3 and 4 year old have already touched the fabric with greasy hands and the performance fabric took that grease like a beast. Just a little soapy water and you couldn't even tell there was grease there. Oh and did I mention it didn't disturb the fabric one bit. It didn't have the "rubbed" look. The sofa makes my home look like Pinterest. My husband keeps napping on the couch where before he'd only nap in the bed. Our family of 4 have been able to fit on the sectional! So the idea that it was too small was all in my head the 101' with the left chase allows both of us to fully lay down on it. Listen, I tried every way I could not to buy this sofa. I tried to even send it back when I felt I ordered the wrong size. The sofa is so captivating and comfortable. I am now saving to buy the chairs and I don't even need chairs. I LOVE this sectional and so glad that I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Only to find out that, I wasn't taking a chance at all. Maiden Home killed it! They delivered on every level. This review doesn't even scratch the surface. If you're reading this... stop what you're doing. Just buy it. Save yourself the time from trying to talk yourself out of getting it. I wish I would have clicked the Purchase button a lot sooner!

I know nubuck is not the most practical fabric but I really fell in love with the swatch and the full scale version on our 2 perry chairs does not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful occasional chairs and exactly what we were looking for in our den. I'm being careful to not let my kids or dog around them but we get so many compliments on these chairs and the nubuck in particular. I wish there was an ottoman for these chairs as I'd use them more for reading if I could put my feet up!
