I absolutely love this couch! I’m glad I purchased it. Got it in Bone and it’s still white. I’ve spilt stuff on it and it literally comes off with water. Also I’d love to see a warren chair! I would purchase it in a heartbeat.

We ordered the Ludlow sofa in Cider velvet. Our order was delayed, which wasn't a huge surprise given the labor and shipping challenges associated with the pandemic. We have been impressed by the quality of the materials and craftsmanship of our sofa-- which is markedly hight than competitor "design your own sofa brands." We are glad the product is made in America by craftspeople who are fairly compensated for their labor. An overall win!

We ordered the Carmine sofa in performance linen and could not be happier with the style, quality, price, and absolute best customer service! We ordered several fabric samples and based on our lifestyle decided on performance fabric. It looks and feels like a linen, but I love knowing that I don't have to worry about stains. It's amazing that there are eight options for size. Normally once you select a style you may have the choice of a sofa or a loveseat. We measured our space, the chairs opposite and we were able to select the perfect size. Once we placed the order, we received emails throughout the build process updating us and then an email about setting up a delivery date. Even the delivery was seamless. They arrived right on time and were professional and quick. I highly recommend Maiden Home and can't imagine looking anywhere else for a sofa, sectional or chair.

I recently purchased a set of Jane dining chairs in mink mohair with a charcoal wood finish and, oh my, these chairs are absolutely stunning! I catch myself staring over to my dining room from time to time just to look at them. If looks weren't enough to convince, these chairs are exceptionally well-made and the ergonomics are well-considered. Just sitting in them I can feel the quality in craftsmanship; the seat cushion has the littlest bit of sink and the seat back height feels just right at my back so in all I feel very comfortable and supported. Looking forward to many evenings of after-dinner lingering with a glass of wine and heady chats with friends.

I was really nervous about making such a large online purchase for something I had never sat on or even seen in person. After reading all of the wonderful reviews I decided to just go for it and I am sure happy I did. We LOVE our Warren sofa. It was the perfect size, look and color for our family room. The email updates throughout the build process were such a nice touch. I have to say this company tops the charts in my experience for customer service. If you are hesitating wait no longer. You will not regret your Maiden Home purchase!

my primary concern was the cushions would slip around but the bench cushion is very heavy and that really hasnt been an issue at all. been careful to use coasters on the side table part but not always great about that and its held in great at least a few months. overall its a beautiful piece. the delivery team was courteous and it took them a bit to figure out the assembly but i think it was their first time having put one together - other than that was a very fine experience. would certainly recommend and will shop with maidenhome again.

I would have preferred to buy a couch that I could try first, but after visiting numerous showrooms I gave up trying to find something simple that I liked and the right size (most were too high and deep). So I decided to try MaidenHome to invest in a sofa of high quality that would last. I think it was the construction of the cushions that sold me, and also that they are reversal. The hardest choice for me was the fabric but I made a good choice so all is well! The couch is sooooo comfortable yet firm and supportive. Very very happy with the purchase. This is my first big furniture purchase and my last!

From beginning to end this was an experience that exceeded our expectations! The website, the free and quick swatches, the communications with Dana, the progress emails and the white glove delivery! We ordered The Irving in Chestnut Leather and we love it! Great structure, sleek style, amazing comfort. We are also very pleased with the quality of the leather. This piece looks so much more expensive than it is too!!

I took a big risk and ordered this couch unseen but I love my Warren. I initially ordered the two pieces in denim without ordering fabric swatches. I felt like it would be difficult to know how a full sized couch would look based on a small fabric square. The fabric guide online was accurate and the couch looks even better in person. I changed my mind within 24 hours and instead of ordering the denim, I ordered the blue chevron performance fabric. Customer service was very helpful and cancelled the order since I was within the 24 hour window. I recreated the order and was refunded for the previous one. The estimated wait time provided was very close to the delivery date - customer service emailed to let me know it might be one to two weeks late but it was delivered within a few days of the original estimate. The fabric is beautiful and easy to clean. I follow their care instructions and vacuum off the pet fur once/week and rotate the cushions once/month. I love the lower profile and the classic look. My cat clawed it in a few places on the back which pulled some threads loose. I simply draped a blanket over the area and it still looks amazing and she doesn't scratch it any more. Overall, I am very happy with customer service and with my beautiful couch. Do your research and take your time before you order. It's worth it.

This sectional was so much better than was expected. We’ve had mostly used couches and some subpar new couches, so we wanted to invest a bit more for an improved experience. Wow, were we surprised! The Sullivan sectional is beautifully made with sturdy wood and clean, bright lines. That’s not even the best part! It’s so amazingly comfortable and more on the firm side than anything else we’ve bought. It’s a dream to sit and rest on and even after my partner hurt his back, he was able to rest in luxury on the sectional to recover. 10/10 - we’ve already recommended Maiden Home to our friends!

I ordered a set of the Perry chairs in sandstone shearling and they are amazing. It’s scary ordering furniture online but the quality is the best of the any furniture I own. If you’re looking for that insanely popular Sherpa style for a great price and quality.. these are the chairs.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase of the Sullivan. You can tell that this is a sturdy and well-made sofa, and I feel confident that it will hold up over time. The fabric is soft and beautiful, and so far has proved to be pretty stain-resistant (though we did get a dark gray color, which I think helps mask stains regardless). The seat cushion is very comfortable and the right mix of firm, supportive and cozy, and the seat-back cushions are VERY full and plush - so much so that I actually think it would be difficult to use many throw pillows on the sofa, because there isn't a lot of seat area left. And that's my one and only complaint. I was really excited to get a deep couch, thinking I could comfortably curl up to watch TV, but the depth is actually reduced a lot by how fluffy the pillows are. That's not to say I would prefer less fluffy pillows, because I think the density will keep them from settling over time. But I guess I would have liked even more depth to compensate, as I'm sitting farther forward on the edge of the couch than I had hoped. Ultimately, I think I'll have to wind up getting a cushioned ottoman of some sort to prop my feet up so I can achieve the type of comfortable lounge position that I'm seeking.

My husband and I are very careful and intentional with the furniture we purchase. We were nervous to make an investment without being able to actually see and sit on the couch we were wanting to buy, but looking into Maiden Home anyway. We took our time, ordered swatches, exchanged a fair number of emails with their staff asking questions and getting design help and were incredibly impressed with that process. We finally decided on the Warren Sectional with Performance Chevron Cloud because we have a 1 year old and a dog and this is going to be our family couch. The wait during production definitely took awhile, but after delivery and having the couch in our home for a few weeks and using it often, we are so impressed and glad with our decision. The couch is comfortable, the craftsmanship is fantastic, the fabric is already doing amazing with a couple of spills, and you can't tell that it's become our 1 yr old's newest play gym. I have recommended the company to several friends and highly recommend taking the time on the front end to get your questions asked and use their design service to help figure out the best option for your home and life.

Maiden Home left my high and dry - I was not satisfied with the cushions on the sofa I purchase from them for a very high price. They would not do anything about it. Said too bad if you are not happy, but we won't do anything about it. I would not purchase anything from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. They only care about their bottom line.

I was really torn between a few options from Maiden Home, but after speaking with a design advisor and reviewing my space, we settled on the Bond settee for my multi-functional den. I really love the overall size, it can comfortably seat about 3 people, which is ideal since I'm constantly entertaining. The team also suggested the Italian Boucle in White, which really looks absolutely stunning on the oversized arm detail. It really elevated my space and I couldn't be happier!

I bought a sofa and two chair and a halfs and I am LIVING for this furniture . I have to fight my family for the chair and a halfs . They are easily what we sit in the most . The sofa still needs to be broken in a bit. I wish their was a sofa bed to purchase , had to go with another company for that. I had a friend over who instantly needed the name of the chair and a half. They are truly wonderful. I mistakenly ordered a near white.... I have Georgia red clay for a yard and two spoiled dogs. A wet rag easily cleans the dirt and I’ve even spilled a bit of red wine and it cleans easily if rescued quickly! Fantastic purchase. Would get again and again . Wish I had more space for more !!

I was very intimidated by buying a sofa online but after extensive shopping with no success in person I felt like I knew components of what I wanted and just needed to put it all together. I shifted to online and found Maiden Home. I am extremely happy with both the process of our purchasing, the production time and management AND the final product. HUGE bonus to me that they’re a US based business and produced with local labor. I would definitely purchase here again.

Firstly - very glad to have found Maiden Home. The customer service rivals the quality of the piece and that is hard to do. It has been a fantastic experience end-to-end and I'm thankful that, though I don't have much space in my apartment, the Ludlow occupies most of it. It looks great, feels great, and spaghetti sauce wipes right off the Oatmeal Performance Tweed which actually blew my mind. I will be coming back for more!

What a beautiful and comfortable sofa! We didn't know what to fully expect ordering an on-line sofa sight unseen. The entire process exceeded expectations ... from ordering fabric samples to final (on-time!) delivery. The quality of the piece is exceptional. Couldn't be happier and hope to enjoy it for many years.

At first, my husband and I loved our ludlow with right chaise. It’s a beautiful, well-made piece. However, if you want a couch to lounge out and watch a movie, I don’t recommend it. This is a piece for a formal living room, not a heavily used family room. The only comfortable way to sit on the chaise is sitting perfectly upright, and on the rest of the couch is sitting cross-legged and also vertically upright. The arms are pretty, but they don’t serve as useful headrests. Pillows only help with comfort a little bit. Unfortunately, we came to the realization that this couch was hurting our backs after the 30-day window. While I appreciate what maiden home is doing, it’s still a really expensive piece that you’re buying online with limited flexibility if you care to return it. With that said, the customer service has been great - very professional and responsive - but it doesn’t make up for the fact that we now have a couch that we’ll have to sell for significantly less than we paid for it if we want to lounge comfortably in our living room. So proceed with caution. Sit on it frequently within the first 30 days, and if you don’t love it, return it. We wish we had.
