We searched all over for the perfect sofa that would fit our living room, our lifestyle (5 year old and a dog) and the style we were looking for. We received our Bowery table a few months ago but have patiently been waiting for the rest of our living room furniture to be delivered from Crate and Barrel. Everything was finally delivered this week and set up! It truly is a beautiful piece and pairs perfectly with the rest of our new furniture! We ordered the black leather with white oak overlay. The perfect modern look!

I love the Sullivan! The ease of ordering swatches made me more confident in my decision to buy. It is comfortable (i expected a little more relaxed based on the description) but its still cozy. My only complaint is that the cushions look wrinkled after you sit on them and I have to straighten them out all of the time but that might be common with bench seating. Overall I would recommend this couch to anyone. I get so many compliments!

After searching high and low we decided on the warren sectional with chaise in performance linen. So far, so good. Upon delivery I was surprised by the low profile of the entire sofa. I expected a low back but was not thinking about the seat height. The whole piece is very low, which is great for lounging and makes our room feel bigger--that was an unexpected plus. I was also surprised by the seat depth. Future purchasers, check on the different depths. While we are perfectly content with the shortest depth for our space, anyone wanting something super comfy for lounging with an entire family, I recommend springing for the deeper seats. Fabric and cushions have help up nicely. I was worried about the piece being too big for our smaller space but it fits perfectly! I highly recommend this sofa as someone who has been incredibly disappointed by prior sofas. This one was built to last!

We love our new sofa. The lines are beautiful — it mirrors a sofa we purchased for more than twice the price — and is a new favorite spot in our home for napping and tv watching. My only suggestion would be the option to order a throw pillow or two in the same fabric to style with my patterned ones. Thank you!

First, the customer service is courteous and timely both before ordering and after receipt. Second, the product. I purchased two Ludlow sofas. The first was an 85" creme performance linen. It looked lovely, however it had pulled stitching. MH took responsibility right away, and after a few weeks of emailing details back and forth, MH replaced the cushion with the pulled stitching. Within that timeframe, a base leg just snapped! Based on first customer service experience, I was sure MH would handle the issue. The initial response was that the base could be replaced, but I had to pay for it. That night we turned the whole sofa over and quickly saw that there was a bigger problem. The base had clearly been weakened by yet another break that someone made a poor attempt at repairing. We took photos and sent them to MH the next day. They promptly took responsibility to replace the base at no cost. Eventually the base was delivered and installed by the white glove delivery team. At this point, I appreciated the fact that they made good and repaired the sofa. Accidents happen and they took ownership. Confidence mostly restored. I decided to order a 60" Ludlow. The product was again disappointing, but I thought MH would make it right again. The problem was that the tufting on the back of the sofa is at least 5" lower than the tufting of our other sofa. This resulted in a sofa that does not look like the product on the website. It looks squatty, sloppy and sits differently. The MH response was that this sofa meets their Quality Team expectations. They explained that the products are handcrafted and there can be variations. I understand handcrafted products can have variations, but this is more than a variation not what I ordered. One more issue that has arisen after barely a month of gentle use is that the 60" sofa is creaking. It is very disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the unreliability of the products, I would not recommend MH.

We love our Warren sofa and ottoman! I will say it’s a bit tricky to visualize the color and size for ordering online but if you take your time and think thoughtfully, you can make the right choice. This sofa is incredibly comfortable with some added down throw pillows. The performance velvet fabric cleans up easily. overall, well worth the money for the designs an quality you get!

I’ve waited a full year to write this review since so much about what makes or breaks furniture is about how it lives in your home. After a full year of wear and tear, I can say I’m still in love with this sofa. I have the 90 inch in bourbon leather. This sofa is in the main gathering room in our house so it gets lots of use from the full family which includes 3 elementary age kids and a 15lbs dog. It’s held up beautifully with minimal maintenance. I was a bit concerned that the bench seat would show wear patterns or breakdown unevenly over time since one end of the couch gets more use than the other. The more used end is ever so slightly softer but I’ve rotated the interior cushion once and now they are evened out. Overall, the bench seat is just slightly softer than when it arrived and was quite firm. It’s very comfortable and after a year if use, I would still consider it a firm feel. While the bench seat is firm and supportive, the back cushions balance it out with more of a sink-in type feeling. It’s the perfect combination for me. Finally, the leather itself is AMAZING. We have a potter barn sofa and the difference in the quality of leather is very noticeable. Maiden home feels much more natural and has held up better. With three kids and a small dog, superficial scratches are to be expected, but they fade quickly and blend in to add character. If I can add photos to this review, I’ll include a few so you can decide for yourself if it’s a look that works for you. Overall, I highly recommend Maiden Home. The process was seamless from beginning through delivery and the quality can’t be beat.

I'm an interior designer and specified the Essex Bed for clients in the Tuscan leather. Within a day of arriving, the leather developed "pock" marks or indentations in 5 different spots. I contacted support and was told that the leather can sometimes do this when leaned upon and that the clients should use a hairdryer to tighten it back up...but that it would not permanently correct the issue. Who wants to own a $5,000 bed they have to maintain with a hairdryer? And what company makes a headboard that looks terrible after being leaned against? Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service regarding the issue.

I LOVE my Reade Table! We recently moved into a new apartment with a big open format living and dining area, and our previous furniture looked a little small in the space, so we decided it was time for an upgrade and opted for the 84” Reade Table in Pecan, and have been so pleased with the purchase. It is truly a statement table, and looks even better in person than in the photos on the site. The columns are so beautiful and really show off the grain in the ash wood - it almost makes it look like marble, it’s so nice. Love the fact that the tabletop is solid wood, too; the entire piece feels really solid and robust. If you’re looking for a stunning new dining table, Maiden Home is the place to go!

arrived quick, i know its just a sofa but its absolutely gorgeous. we just hired a designer for our home (after we bought this) and shes in love as well and impressed with the quality.

After many failed attempts of finding a comfortable good looking couch we found Maiden Home! We got the Warren in the color Mineral and it not only looks amazing in our family room it is so comfortable! Also, the customer service was amazing. We got updates along the way as the couch was being made and had great communication with our customer service representative Ashley!

We ordered two of these chairs in the Granite Wool with Pecan wood finish. They arrived on time and incredibly well packaged. Zero problems with scheduling/delivery. The chairs are really beautiful and well crafted - sturdy, comfortable and the seams/stitching/piping details upon inspection appear to be of high quality. The fabric is gorgeous and also looks and feels high quality. Very happy with Maiden Home and would order from them again. The only surprise was that the Pecan appears lighter in person than the online photos - in person it looks like the Driftwood does online.

We could not be happier with our new chaise sectional. From start (the ordering of swatches) to finish (delivery/installation in our home), we could not be happier or more satisfied with Maiden Home. We have been furnishing an entire house, and Maiden Home is the ONLY vendor/company who not only updated us regularly on the status of our order, but delivered EARLIER than expected. The sofa is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and the performance fabric WORKS. With just water, we've been able to remove surface stains with no issue. We have yet to remove slipcover for laundering, but seems relatively easy. Everyone who sees the sofa comments on the color and style. WE LOVE IT!

Was so happy when we received this couch. Such a soft feel and comfortable to lounge on. We were just about to order the ottoman. Unfortunately, when we were washing covers. The seating cushion got destroyed by our dog. Wish replacement cushions were available to purchase.

I was admittedly super nervous to make this kind of investment on a company we had no experience with, but I am soooo glad we did. We purchased the L-shaped Warren sectional in performance weave and it’s absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. I wanted something comfy that didn’t look frumpy and so far so good. It’s extremely high quality, and we expect it to last a LONG time. Worth the $$$ and also feels great supporting local businesses here in NC. It even passed the muddy dog paw prints test within a few days of having it.... wiped right off without a trace (our dog is only occasionally allowed up to prevent unnecessary wear, and only on top of a blanket - this was a friends who was visiting). We did have a hiccup with delivery (were told it would be delivered, then that only 1/2 of the sectional was ready, so delivery was delayed, then it actually ended up coming on time. I’m not sure how they made it happen, but we were glad they met the original timeline, it just made our schedules a little wonky in the process. Overall would definitely recommend based on the product we ordered! Thanks Maiden Home.

Originally, I had ordered the Warren, a beautifully made sofa which was super comfortable but too low for me. After speaking with customer service, I exchanged it for the Carmine. The carmine is a beautiful, comfortable, sturdy, perfect sofa for me and my family. Every process with Maiden Home was facilitated by its customer service, delivery team, etc. A truly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful team. I highly recommend Maiden Home. I highly recommend the Carmine for those who are looking for something beautiful and sturdy without diminishing comfort. You will love it!
