I love this chair. Its just so charming and unique and cozy to sit in.

There is no question that this bed is well-made and that the design is timeless. However I was disappointed in the major variations in wood color. Of course wood grain and shades will vary, but given that each bed is made-to-order and *not* inexpensive, I assumed the builders would attempt to make the bed frame wood colors match or at least *symmetrically* inconsistent. I have a photo showing the four headboard wood panels, and how they alternate from very light wood to very dark wood. It’s the first thing I notice when I look at the bed, and for this reason it didn’t meet my expectation.

2 right under our TV in our main living room in nubuck leather. look great and easy to pick up/pull up when we are having larger groups and want more of a conversation setup. wood seems solid quality. came very quick and was easy. thanks.

We bought two Sullivan sofas to flank our fireplace. They make the room look polished. Sofas are luxurious looking and super comfortable to sit on. I was impressed because the cushions hold their shape nicely and don’t have to constantly be fluffed up like another sofa I own that is mostly filled with feathers.

We ordered the Varick in Alabaster Chenille and love it. At our first party someone spilled red wine on it, which wiped right off. We have a large picture window in our living room that also happens to be the best wall for a couch. The Varick is perfect because it's so low, but also has a lovely depth for comfort. I love the filling. The back pillows need to be fluffed, but we accept this since other foams tend to be stiff. I also could not believe that it came in such a timely fashion. We couldn't be happier!

After a very long search we finally found the perfect bed for our California Casual master bedroom retreat! The Wythe Bed checked so many of our boxes; timeless beauty, clean lines, designer quality fabric options to customize the bed of your dreams, and amazing craftsmanship! Not only is the bed all of these things but seeing it in person and in our space has far exceeded my expectations!I chose the the performance washed linen in Natural and it is the perfect neutral tone! The 50" headboard adds the perfect amount of height while still feeling relaxed and not too formal. So, so happy with our choice!

I loved the look of my Maiden Home Varick sofa in performance velvet, but one year later I’m a bit disappointed in how it’s aged. There is significant ripping of the fabric on the cushions and even some on the couch itself. I take excellent care to fluff the cushions and rotate them appropriately. I’m just one person, so the sofa is not getting heavy use. I expected more for the price. I will say the stain resistance of the fabric is great, and it spot cleans easily, sometimes just with a little water. It felt high quality, so I’m surprised and a little frustrated.

I was thrilled when I saw that this ottoman came out because I knew I needed to have it for my Perry Chair. It is the cutest footstool and adds such a perfect lounge to my chair! Not to mention, it even looks adorable by itself in my little living room. It's a great addition to any of my armchairs and provides me with an extra seat when I need it. This ottoman is a must-have.

We were very enthusiastic about our Warren piece when we ordered it, the swatch matched our home perfectly and the reviews seemed overwhelmingly positive. We got a notification about delivery about 8 weeks after our order, which we felt was super reasonable given global supply chain issues. The delivery company called the night before our delivery and told us mechanical troubles would prevent them from delivering the piece and that it'd be delayed a few days. Fine, it happens. Then the night before the new delivery date we got another call telling us it would be 3 more weeks. At this point I reached out to Maiden Home to complain and after several more days I got a new delivery date and the piece was finally delivered. Unfortunately, when the piece got here, the sectional clamps were not installed correctly so the sectional couldn't be connected. I decided to keep the piece because we had already moved the old sofa out. Maiden Home shipped the new sectional clamp to me, but they scheduled the "furniture specialist" to be at my home before the part was even delivered, which caused another 2 week delay. I'm still waiting for the "furniture specialist" to come out to fix my $4,000 sofa at this point. My general impression with Maiden Home is that they are struggling with quality control, logistics, and coordination with their various partners which is evidence of a company struggling to scale. The sofa itself isn't anything different than you'd find at a larger retailer, unfortunately, so I can't necessarily recommend paying the premium to work with them. At least with the larger retailers, you have the opportunity to see, touch, feel the pieces in person. This will likely be the first and only time we purchase from them given our experience.

I had been eyeing the warren sectional for a few months, but was afraid to not actually sit on the couch before such a big purchase. After comparing sectionals from Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn, we took the risk on Maiden Home and could not be happier. The couch is well made - the cushions have support, nice depth in the seats, and the height is just low enough for our open layout, but not too low for comfort. The cushions also stay put which was big pet peeve with my old couch (my phone hasn’t slipped between cushions yet!). The couch is also held together by a hidden device so the two pieces cannot separate. We were updated throughout the entire process via emails and the couch was ready sooner than expected. The delivery was smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Counter stools with back support are always extremely difficult to source - at least ones that look good in an open kitchen concept. These are truly well executed and the construction of the bolster far exceeded our expectations in person. Truly an incredibly well executed piece of furniture.

I was nervous to order a couch online without seeing it and being able to sit on it, but the risk paid off. I love the Dune Sectional. We needed more seating space, so I got a pretty large sectional 123x98 and used the website instructions to measure and plan and it all fits perfectly. It was delivered a week earlier than expected which was a nice surprise - and the warehouse and delivery team provided good communication about everything. I am impressed by the quality of the slipcover - I selected the Performance Textured Linen in Flax after ordering the free samples. I really like that the couch has the large seat cushions rather than individual cushions - less cracks for dirt and debris to collect. At the date of this review I have only had the couch for about a month and a half and it is holding up well. I do flip the bottom cushions and back cushions around every other week to keep them looking nice since we tend to sit in the same spots repeatedly. LOVE that this couch was made in NC <3

We ordered our Warren L sectional late-October 2021, mentally preparing ourselves for a long lead time to delivery due to all of the supply chain delays during the pandemic. However, we were pleasantly surprised when Maiden Home actually beat their estimated delivery date: we were originally told late Dec - early Jan, but our sofa actually arrived mid-December 2021! The quality is much better than we expected. The cushions are perfectly soft while still structured, and the performance fabric is great (especially considering we ordered a white fabric). We're very pleased with the quality and would consider this a very high value product (especially since some big box retailers charge a similar price for this size of a sectional, but worse quality/comfort). Can't wait to continue loving this sofa for years to come!

Customer service outstanding as we changed our order two days after it was placed. Very responsive staff. Fabric beautiful, quality of piece excellent. Not happy with the look of the sofa, which appeared to be long and sleek in pictures but in fact appears stubby “in the flesh”. Did not carefully study dimensions before ordering, which we should have. The picture was misleading.

We love our Carmine sectional in Flannel velvet! I was a little worried it would be more purple-hued based on the website but it is a lovely true and warm grey. It is clearly well made and very comfortable. We can fit the whole family on it and everyone has a spot to get comfortable. Stylish and clean lines. It’s classic shape reminds me of my mother’s beautiful couch from her apartment in Switzerland that has stood the test of time in my parent’s home. IMG_2510.jpeg

We have had our Jones now for almost 5 months. I just received a marketing email featuring the Jones in a beautiful color and finally felt compelled to write a review. I have been in the design build industry for 40 years so I’ve been around the block on furnishings. I was attracted to Maiden Home for it’s business mission statement and the design appeal. I’ve had loads of high end furniture and wanted something fresh. I ordered my furniture in March of 2021, a completely mad time to order any type of furniture. I thought how bad could it be? If anything could go wrong….it did….and I won’t go into all that because Maiden Home over the 6 months continued to follow through to make sure I received exactly the products they promised. I’ll admit it was a bit of a slog but the end result is exactly what I wanted. The Jones is modern enough but will also fit into a more traditional take. I ordered the boucle fabric and it is textural and soft and visually interesting. The construction was very important to me. The seat cushion is built like a hybrid mattress with a spring support inside. It is the perfect combination of support and comfort. The cushions are all reversible and completely finished so you can rotate for wear. The cushion height is low enough to be modern but hits at the perfect height for comfort on the back. The depth is perfect…….even for us 70 year olds! The flexibility of modular is so brilliant. Whether you just like to re-arrange furnishings or you move frequently it creates options. The Jones completely hits all the marks in my opinion. Even after all the travails we had in getting it…….I would order it again. It is a beautiful and functional piece. Quality seems to be a rare thing these days, but I believe our Jones can wear that description.

In the past we have only made large furniture purchases in-person; however, with COVID in the spring I decided to research internet options for our new sectional. I kept coming back to Maidenhome. I really appreciated their business model and they had exactly what we wanted, a custom, well-built piece of furniture that was affordable and met our family’s needs. The website was very well done and it was very easy to order and get swatches for the fabrics we were considering. Once we ordered the piece we received emails that kept us apprised of the progress so we knew what was happening at each stage. We have been enjoying it for about a month and we absolutely love it. We got the sectional in dusk - it is gorgeous and so comfortable. We have pets and kids - already I have easily wiped away some messes and the fabric seems very resilient. We look forward to many years with this sectional and will look to purchase other pieces in the future too.... Thank you!!!

Originally purchased a 75 inch one for our bedroom seating area but enjoyed it so much that we ordered another one for our casual family room. Comfortable but looks put together and elegant. Second piece was in stock and arrived within a couple weeks. Cleaning the slip cover has been easy and it’s held up great too - this a genuine quality product. Wonderful experience both times!
