White Glove Delivery

We offer white glove delivery for this piece. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled delivery window, bring your piece into the room of your choice, unpack it, and remove the packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you choose to return your piece, you will be refunded your entire purchase price minus 25% and shipping. You may change or cancel your order free of charge within one business day of placing it. Changes and cancellations made after one business day incur a charge of 10% of the purchase price. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if the piece(s) have already been made or shipped.

Very impressed by the quality, design, and craftmanship

We ordered multiple items from Maiden Home and are very impressed by the quality, design and craftmanship. Various millworkers coming into our home asked about the furniture and commented on how sturdy the materials are. My absolute favorite pieces are the Vestry Coffee Tables and Rivington Nightstands; the curves on the wood are so elegantly created and elevate our space. The Maiden Home Design Team in NYC is in a league of their own; the designers will help create a stunning space in no time and be in constant communication before, during and after delivery. Mohair desk chair of dreams

One day, I hope to own a full set of Maiden Home Dining Chairs. However, for now I own one Mohair Jane chair as a desk chair and I couldn’t be happier to own it. It’s comfy and gorgeous.

Desk chair in shearling

Purchased this in mushroom shearling for a
cute desk chair for our bedroom office writing desk. Elegant and has a beautiful shape from behind. Our construction project was delayed and I had to delay delivery by 3 months which they did for a nominal fee (first month they did for free). Customer care team was very helpful and friendly as we kept having to push back delivery.

Be warned!!!!

The colors are completely inaccurately depicted on the website. If anything shows up differently than expected they will literally do nothing to fix the situation other than offer to charge you more money. They do not care AT ALL about the customer experience and clearly are not worried about people making repeat purchases. Severely disappointed and sick to my stomach that i ever chose to work with them. Save yourself the heartache and order from any of the other fabulous furniture makers out there instead.

We would always advise that wood samples are ordered to review in your space prior to ordering, since the appearance of each finish can vary between screens due to differing screen resolutions and brightness - we're sorry about this. major upgrade - 8 janes in performance velvet olive

these chairs are truly high quality from construction to the fabric. My boys are very rough with them and have used them for a fort construction project or two and they still look amazing. I had purchased dining chairs from safavieh for i think 350 a piece a year ago - total, utter garbage - and we have to pay to have them taken away. absolutely get what you pay for pay and these chairs are excellent.
