It gets a 2 because it looks decent and customer service and delivery were smooth. Beside that, we are giving it away after less than a year. If this is your primary sofa, do not buy it! Not comfortable, very shallow due to cushions, and lots of pokes from feathers. Feels like you are sitting on the frame. Really not sure how it has such great reviews which lead me to purchase. Unfortunately now completely turned off and have purchased a sofa from another well known company and what a difference! Unfortunately 6K gone to waste.

After searching high and low (west elm, arhaus, crate and barrel etc...) I finally found maiden home and pulled the trigger. I wanted a piece that would last. What impressed me was the time, effort, and care they put into crafting their pieces - unlike the big name stores. I ordered the Warren left hand chaise sectional (119”) in Merino Granite, and it took about 8 weeks to arrive. The material is sooooo soft, the cushions are supportive yet have a sink in feel, and the piece is just beautiful. 10/10 would order from Maiden home again.

I own and interior design firm and have now used the Warren in 3 customer project and my own home as well. Maiden home is a great company and provides a thoughtful product. From start to finish, the process has been great. They send samples out right away, they update you every step of the way and the end result is always perfection. The quality of their products is superb and their prices are very reasonable. My clients have young children and ended up purchasing a white sofa after testing out the sample with wine, juice and coffee spills. It cleaned up nicely. They have had their sofa now for over a year and it is wearing well. They are very happy to finally have a white sofa after thinking it was out of the question. I have another Warren on order and Im certain to have more in the future as this is our go to sofa company. Best purchase we have ever made personally as well! One thing to keep in mind about the Warren is it has a somewhat low back and the loose back cushions sit higher than the back. So if you are using a console table behind the sofa, make sure to keep that in mind and select a table that sits low or has a finished back side. We have also used Maiden Home chairs on our projects. Also such a hit with our clients. In fact, our clients recently reached out to us saying their friends are asking about information on where to purchase their awesome chairs!

We’re enjoying our Sullivan sofa and chair-and-a-half here in Montana. They’re comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The delivery went smoothly and the fabrics we chose were true to the swatches and online photos. We’re very happy! The only “concern” is that a few down feathers have poked through the fabric. Maybe this is normal and will abate.

I LOVE my Dune! It is so comfy and fits perfectly inside my small apartment. When I am able to become a homeowner with a larger space I am definitely purchasing another Dune larger sized. It was worth every dollar and no buyer's remorse even not sitting on the couch until it arrived. The customer service from Maiden Home just tops off a great experience buying here. I will be back for more!

incredibly comfortable sofa bed. Not a joke. Can actually sleep ok this. Mechanism very easy to use and doesn’t look like a sofa bed to the naked eye.

We ordered in pebbled leather and it came with vertical seams on all pieces. While the color was beautiful, the quality did not meet our standards and we inevitably returned the sofa. It was super disappointing to wait three months for the piece to have it not to come as it was pictured online (or in store! we went to the flagship and they had a seamless fabric sectional on display). I do have to say that Maiden Home’s support team was very kind and responsive throughout the return process (hence the two stars). They did tell me that they would update the renderings online so others wouldn’t face the same issue - they haven’t which is why i’m leaving the review. That said if you get a fabric sofa it’s likely great but beware if you are concerned about seams on the leather version. I’d attach a photo if I could but there’s no option on this review form.

There aren't enough stars to truly represent the amazing client experience and satisfaction we have with Maiden Home. We were EXTREMELY apprehensive about placing a furniture order online. After a great deal of independent research on furniture construction, numerous email communications with Dana and tens of swatches, my husband+I placed our order. Follow-on emails kept us apprised of our furniture-build process. When the time came, the delivery company was personable and flexible. The gentlemen who delivered our pieces were very careful, respectful, and thorough in explaining our particular pieces (the connection of the chaise to the sofa and how to move it...if we needed to...and why). They also had great personalities. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The Ludlow w/chaise in Merino Heather Gray and the Leroy in Performance Tweed Smoke make a striking combination. We wanted cat-friendly, cruelty-free fabrics (indeed, it's what has dictated all previous furniture purchases)...with impeccable quality+design (that we've never been able to find previously). The entire family, including our cats, enjoy these pieces immensely. So happy to have found Maiden Home (MH)! We will most definitely turn first to MH for future furniture purchases (ummmm, on the look out for a coffee and nesting side table!) ;)

I ordered the Sullivan sectional L shaped in Oyster Performance Linen. I was hesitant at first since it is a big purchase but Maiden Home had the exact design I wanted in a couch. After looking at other stores for so long and not finding anything at the same level, I decided to take the risk! I am so glad I did since my husband and I love the couch so much! It is INCREDIBLY comfortable. I've the best naps of all time on it. Now, given the color we chose, we knew we would have to have it professionally cleaned at least once a year, which is no problem. It is ok to clean yourself if you have any little spills, but with time you start to see the white becoming dirty due to normal wear. So we just had it professionally cleaned and only a little bit of the normal wear got better... It just doesn't look like it did when we first got it. I was really hoping it would since it is a Performance fabric, but I guess not? Also, during the cleaning process they pointed out to us a few light marks (looks like pen marks?) on different spots on the couch that I remembered seeing when we first had the couch delivered. Unfortunately they couldn't get it removed because it would wear off the white color on the couch if they tried too hard. I think these marks happened during the upholstery of the production process? We never have any pens near the couch so I know it didn't come from us. Anyways, if I could go back in time I wouldn't have ordered a white fabric. Lesson learned. I'm hoping I can get it re-upholstered at some point in the next 5-10 years.

This is my seventh order from Maiden Home. I'm a designer and ordered a beautiful carmine settee with performance upholstery that now sits in my client's living room. She's in love and even remarked how she's "never owned a sofa that was so beautiful and high quality". The craftsmanship, customer service and delivery experience that Maiden Home provide is stellar. These are beautiful, affordable and well-made sofas without the high-end price point. I'll continue to order from them for my clients in the future!

My husband and I have been so happy with our Maiden Home experience! I have to admit that we were a little nervous about making such a big purchase without trying the sofa in person first, but after browsing through the helpful details on the website, all of the gorgeous images on Instagram, and glowing customer reviews, we decided to take the plunge. Thankfully we made the right decision! We appreciated the email updates throughout the process, and our sofa was actually completed earlier than promised. We thought it felt a little firm when it first arrived, so we put the main seat cushion on the floor and jumped around on it for 10 minutes. Now it feels like home! I loved my first Essex and bought a second one in Seaform Velvet. Seafoam was an odd choice for me but decided to try a fabric and color that would be out of the nrom for me. I blended it with a great rug and art work and created a beautiful room with this bed! Love the platform (no more box springs!)

I'm very pleased with my sofa! It was a bit of a leap of faith buying one without trying it out first, but it is just as comfortable as I had hoped. I would definitely recommend Maiden Home to anyone in the market for a quality sofa with a reasonable price!

Like most mention, I was very hesitant to buy a sofa online. After receiving two rounds of swatches, I decided to take the leap of faith. We ended up with a beautiful Sullivan sectional for the sitting room off our kitchen. It is a high traffic area so we went with a performance fabric and are not disappointed. It has quickly become the most coveted spot in the house! The sofa quality is exceptional and we have already tested the durability after my daughter spilled a gatorade. I quickly soaked it up with a white towel, a little soap and it is like new! After our experiences, I plan on buying two more Maiden Home sofas for our family room!

I am more than impressed with the new Irving sofa I ordered from Maiden Home. The quality is outstanding, both fabric and craftsmanship. It's stylish, both contemporary and traditional at the same time, and comfortable while still firm. I was a little hesitant at first because I'd be ordering online blind without seeing the final product, but I'm glad I went with my gut instinct that this was a company to trust. I've spent time looking closely over the sofa and it is a superior product compared to the sofas I see in brand name retailers, which are now mostly made overseas and in a hurry and it tells. It also only took about four weeks from initial order to delivery. I have no hesitations recommending Maiden Home to anyone looking for a good quality but not outrageously expensive sofa. Every time I sit or walk past the sofa I'm always surprised I didn't pay a lot more! It does seem to be a rarity in today's retail world: high quality but at reasonable prices.

I, as others have said, was a bit concerned about making a purchase of this sort online. However, I needed two large sofas, wanted only 2 cushions on each and was having trouble finding this combination. In my searches I found Maiden Home. I did a great deal of research on how a really good sofa was made, I read all of the reviews, I ordered fabric samples and after doing so placed the order. I bought 2 100" Warren sofas in leather. It was a great deal of money for me to spend online, sight unseen. The sofas came about 10 days before I expected them, YAY! And, they are so beautiful. The are comfortable, they are elegant with simple, clean lines. The leather in the corners are mitered! I love them , everyone who sees them thinks they are gorgeous and wants to know where I purchased them. . I cannot say enough positives. The customer service while the sofas were being built was wonderful also. Very, very happy with this purchase and would encourage anyone that is leery about an online purchase to feel safe with this company..

I ordered the Dune sectional as soon as it was offered on the website and love it. It's beautiful and comfortable. Great customer service too. I had a problem with delivery and called Maiden Home immediately, they got it all taken care of. promptly.
