Ordered the Jones Modular in performance textured linen flax. Was a bit nervous about ordering sight unseen but I absolutely love it! So comfy. Going to order some additional pieces of it.

I ordered a Warren sofa last August. It arrived in December and I'm writing this review now to share our experiences after about 6 months of living with it. Our Warren is a 136 x 105 L Sectional. It is upholstered in the Salt Performance Tweed. We also added the Bench seat cushions and matching ottoman. While the manufacturing process did take about 4 months, it was expected and considering that it was during covid I was surprised that the sofa arrived petty much on schedule. Maiden did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on the process. When the sofa arrived, I found it to be inadequately packaged for shipping. The bases were wrapped in a single layer of plastic not much thicker than commercial grade saran wrap and a lot of it was hanging off and dragging behind the sofa as it was delivered. The cushions we not wrapped at all. Consequently the sofa had several black scuff marks which took a couple of hours to remove. I was very apprehensive about ordering what is effectively a white fabric for our every day sofa, but the scuff marks did come completely out. We also had a scare with red wine a couple of weeks later which also came completely out. The fabric seems to handle acute stains very well, but (and this is one of the big regrets), it does not stand up to every day use at all. Within a couple of months, the fabric became very dingy. The arm rests are noticeably darker than the rest of the frame and the bench cushions have taken on a blueish hue on the edges where your legs touch which I'm guessing is the result of repeated contact transfer from jeans. We've followed all of the cleaning instructions from both Maiden and Sunbrella but have not seen much improvement. We've also purchased an upholstery wet vacuum which shows in a modest improvement, but a few weeks later the sofa needs another pass. It's basically an all day affair, between the vacuum and drying time, and I just don't want to have to put that much time into maintaining a couch. The warren is replacing a sofa purchased from RH about 8 years ago which is upholstered in a light belgian linen. Our Warren now looks more used than the RH sofa. A quick search of the fabric, which I wish occurred to me before I purchased, shows many similar experiences from other people who purchased pieces from other manufacturers. We purchased a Dune chair and a half upholstered in Mineral performance Linen to go with the Warren. While it is a little darker, it sees as much use as the sofa and is much cleaner looking. I don't think the Performance Tweed should be marketed or sold as an everyday fabric. I also think as a direct to consumer merchant, Maiden should do a better job of vetting the fabrics they offer. 6 months in, we are already shopping for a replacement. A couple of other impressions: I thought I was being clever by ordering the bench cushions thinking that they would cut down on the accumulation of dirt, change, legos and everything else that finds its way between couch cushions. While this is true, they aren't that comfortable. Sitting in the middle has kind of an air mattress effect, where the ends raise up a bit. Also the edge seams are becoming mis aligned with teh edge of the cushions which just looks bad. Kind of nit picky, but at $5K, I had different expectations. Finally the quality of the ottoman was bad for the start. The top cushion didn't fit correctly into the fabric resulting in a lopsided mushroom shape. Maiden offered to replace it for free, but with the performance of the fabric we opted to return it instead. The return of the ottoman was painless.

I am so impressed by the entire Maiden Home operation. Their customer service was outstanding and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They even followed up after the sofa was delivered to ask how the delivery went and if I noted any issues. The frequent updates on the various stages of manufacturing made the process more transparent and feel less like a black hole. Finally, the sofa is just beautiful and incredibly comfortable. I love it and would 100% order more furniture from Maiden Home!

So comfy.....high quality. Dogs love it too...😋 I was nervous buying online but a friend had previously purchased from Maiden Home and had nothing but good things to say. The order came when expected, and the color was exactly as the swatch that had been previously sent to me. It also looks beautiful - a classic that will always be in style.

We received our Sullivan sectional in sky blue today. It is so beautifully made, extremely comfy and soft, and beautiful.

We were SO thrilled with our TWO Ludlow sofas! Dana can vouch for how many samples we ordered, and how nervous we were to commit! I was nervous until the second I saw them! But wow! what a huge surprise!!! The quality and comfort, the fabric is PERFECT, and we are soooo happy with them. I have to add it was really customer reviews that sold me on moving forward. So I hope you will also trust me when I say how beautiful our sofas turned out. This was a giant leap of faith for me. And, I found Maiden Home on instagram, which is all the more a leap of faith.Thank you!

I fell in love with the clean lines and the flange seam detail of The Jones. Also, our TV room is longer than it is deep, so I needed a piece that could accommodate the long, narrow room and seat as many people as possible. The easy customization of The Jones allowed me to maximize seating despite the room's tricky dimensions, without compromising style and comfort. The deep seat, down-filled cushions, and pillowy arms have made it a favorite in our home.

I've had my Smith bed for a few months right now, and I'm still in awe of how sculptural and beautiful it is. I ordered this bed as a upgrade and could not be happier. It is stunning in the Cider Performance Velvet fabric, and the headboard is surprisingly comfy. Definitely having the best sleep for nights to come!

We have had our Sullivan for about a month and we just love it more and more each day. I literally think about it at work and how I want to snuggle up on it. It is GORGEOUS, the lines of it are modern yet classic. Those curved arms are so freaking pleasing to the eye and perfect for lounging or for snoozing. The depth of it is amazing, my husband and I can stretch out without annoying each other. It is so comfortable, it wraps you up and comforts those weary bones. I was unsure for the first few days because it felt pretty firm, maybe too firm. But after some use and settling, it is really nice and definitely exactly what I was looking for. Back pillows are super nice, takes 10 seconds to fluff them and the fluffing brings me joy. We went with the Frost performance basketweave and it is to die for. I obsessed over the fabric selection and probably ordered almost every swatch (sorry MH). I was worried the white options would just look too flat, I wanted some dimension and depth. The frost basketweave looks kind of brown on the website but it is definitely white and grey with a little bit of flax in person. When it is cloudy and grey, it looks white to silvery and when the sun is out, it has a much warmer appearance. I love that it is so versatile and think it will wear beautifully. We haven't had any major spills but have been able to easily wipe up some minor food related spills. Lastly, the customer service is above and beyond. Dana is perhaps the best customer relations person ever, she was so patient with all of my emails and was just so nice. There was a minor delay in delivery and they were communicative, I never felt like I was out of the loop. Delivery was seamless, maybe took all of 10 minutes, professional, courteous. If you are hesitant to purchase from Maiden Home, don't be. This was a big financial investment for us and I feel 12/10 about the finished product.

After a lot of research, I decided to order the Warren Sectional due to the wonderful reviews about the comfort and quality. Well after months of anticipation, we finally moved into our new home and unwrapped our sofa, that was delivered weeks ahead of schedule! Hands down, the Warren sectional is the most comfortable and most beautiful sofa I have ever purchased. The depth is perfect, the height is perfect for myself (5’7) and my husband (6’0). I love everything about the sofa and I am sure the quality is built to last. Thank you Maiden Home for such a quality product at such a competitive price point!

In looking to replace a sofa and easy chair for my small living room, I was delighted to discover the that the Irving sofa and Leroy chair complemented the space available. These pieces have a smaller footprint, but feel commodious. Maiden Home's online tutorials for selecting features helped me make the right choices for my home. I loved the regular email updates as I waited for delivery. They made the weeks fly by. When the pieces were delivered, the expert crew put them in place quickly and removed all the packaging. The pieces are beautifully made and the entire process was flawless.

Ordered the 90” Warren sofa in caramel leather and two Mercer chairs in COM. Very happy with our new furniture. The Mercer chairs are stunning.

We received our sofa and chair earlier than promised, though customer service claimed they could not further expedite, so that was a pleasant surprise. The product is high quality, well made and the fabric very soft. The upholstering was very well done. The only caveat we have is that it is hard to shop for a custom sofa-fabric combo online, even with swatches on hand and computer graphics showing your selected fabric on the sofa - would be nice if they took more natural-light photos of the different fabric and color combos and posted online.

I ordered one of these ottomans in the Coconut Performance Stonewashed Linen and it fits my space perfectly! I was looking for a small piece to decorate my space with and this has hit the mark. Not only does it decorate my room well, it is surprisingly comfortable to sit on.

IMHO the Sullivan is a classic style that will never look dated, and can work with any decor. The loose back cushions stay in place, I never need to fix and fluff them. We are shorties, so I knew the generous seat depth might leave our feet hanging when sitting upright. Well, a comfortable throw pillow in back solves that beautifully, but here's the thing: this is a family room, we come here to relax and sprawl, and the Sullivan accommodates us perfectly! The bench seat was important to me, it's a cleaner look, and I love that it has clips to hold it in place. BTW, the gently sloping arms really are perfectly proportioned to be used as arm rests, or head rests. I was originally going to go for a sectional and then purchase a coffee table somewhere. I'm glad I re-thought that when Dana let me know MH offered ottomans in different sizes. The ottoman has turned out to be a very versatile piece for us - it is our coffee table (I added a beautiful tray, just large enough to truly hold things, like drinks and snacks), it also provides comfortable extra seating, and best of all, when I push it up to the sofa, and I tuck into the sofa corner and put my feet up, I realize this is a perfect alternative to the sectional, plus I didn't have to buy a coffee table! Clearly Maiden Home places a high value on customer service. My entire experience, from shopping through delivery, was wonderful. I will be back.

Sofa is firm and tailored but has enough seat depth and give to the cushions to make it cozy. We went with the performance linen. Looks beautiful. My daughter got tomato sauce on the cushion and it came right up. Seeing some loose strings and piling from the linen but it comes right off. Would highly recommend!

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from mass market furniture competitors in the last year for a new house. Out of all of my experiences (from purchase to delivery), Maiden Home has (by far) been the worst experience. The delivery date advertised on their website is completely false. When it says "ships in 4-6 weeks" - be prepared to add another 6 weeks for transit. Additionally, once the product changes hands to the logistics company, the experience worsens. After clearing our calendars (taking off work!) to accept a delivery from the company, they called less than one hour from the delivery window and claimed their truck "broke down." We rescheduled while on the phone and fast forward to the new date, we have not heard a word from the company. They do not answer phone calls and their voicemail inbox is "full." Extremely unprofessional. I cannot speak to the product itself, but I am not counting on it being quality given this experience. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. I seriously wish I had read other unfiltered reviews (Google, Houzz), prior to purchasing as it seems this is a common occurrence.
