By the time I purchased our Maiden Home sofa, I had spent a lot of time shopping the market and ultimately found that the Irving sofa was the perfect combination for us: It is formal looking yet cozy, nearly white yet durable, and has pretty legs that weren’t covered by a slipcover. After a year of spending most nights curled up on the sofa, it still looks so beautiful. The cushions still maintain their original shape. I really love the construction of the sofa as well—the upholstery work is beautifully done and the L-shaped part of the sofa has a smart way of locking into the main body.

We were so nervous to order furniture online...especially a sofa that you need to sit on to feel! But after months of research, we came to maiden home to design the perfect size sectional with a performance fabric for our new family! We settled on the Warren, in performance silver...we couldn’t be happier!! It is so comfortable, perfect for lounging and watching movies but also not so deep you can’t sit up and have a conversation. Dana was so helpful in fabric selections and providing imagery for us to make our decision. Overall we’re now maiden home believers!

We have a Dune sectional and its got a very heavy/sturdy feel with comfortable cushions. After spotting an issue with one of the cushions starting to sink, I called Support and spoke with Brenda who was really pleasant and helpful. She asked me to email pics and from there I was corresponding with Gianna who's equally as great. After some investigation they resolved everything beyond our expectations and were communicative and professional throughout the whole process. If the comfort and quality of the couch isn't enough to make someone a fan, the service will push it over the top.

I got the Minetta in velvet sea foam for my bedroom and love it. It’s beautifully constructed and very comfortable. The process of ordering was so easy - I loved getting swatches nailed home so I could check against my other furnishings and the light I get in my apt. Once I placed the order, I loved getting email updates on the status of my chair as it was being made. It was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery service was great. Overall, a great experience! I would order from MH again.

I ordered the Sullivan sectional in Merino Heather for my new home. One thing I absolutely loved is that they sent a confirmation e-mail for me to confirm the exact dimensions via a sketch of the couch. In receiving my confirmation e-mail, I realized that I had ordered it incorrectly and would have been out a lot of $$ had I/they not caught that. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful and they quickly updated the order to be the appropriate dimensions. I couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort of the couch and it has helped to turn my house into a home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We really love our new Warren sofa. It's comfortable, durable, non-toxic and sleek, while also being cozy. It's also great for napping! We got great customer service from Maidenhome, and even a hand-written thank you note from the Founder, which we were really impressed by. Our only issues are that the back cushions are really thick, so we have to kind of break them in in order to not be pushed forward too much on the couch. The tweed fabric also picks up a lot of dust and fuzz, but is super easy to clean. Overall, we are very happy!

I have successfully sold three different Maiden Home sofas to my clients so far and each time has been a pleasure. The samples are easy to order, the site is very user friendly for custom options, the customer service is very attentive and the shipping has been a blessing during the indutries long lead times. All of my clients opted for the performance fabrics as they are growing families and are almost excited for messes to occur because of how easy it is to wipe away!

What a beautiful and comfortable sofa! We didn't know what to fully expect ordering an on-line sofa sight unseen. The entire process exceeded expectations ... from ordering fabric samples to final (on-time!) delivery. The quality of the piece is exceptional. Couldn't be happier and hope to enjoy it for many years.

The couch is beautiful and comfortable. The service great, I would try again. But the white oyster linen did not hold up to the dog and cat. Muddy paws and regurgitated food, plus a splash of wine.... destroyed.

I’m very happy with our new Sullivan sofa! Ordering was a breeze, the company kept in contact about production and delivery and the sofa was perfect! Loved the performance velvet fabric!

We recently purchased two Sullivan sofas. We did a lot of research into what makes a quality sofa and many big box type of stores say they offer the things you want to hear (joint systems, spring systems, performance fabric, etc). When you really dig into it, those stores are usually missing key aspects that make a sofa great. We also ordered what seemed to be hundreds of performance fabric samples from all over. We would test water, soy sauce, wine, etc. on all of them and Maiden was by far the most resistant. With two kids, this was one of the most important choices we had to make when finalizing our decision. The Sullivan sofas are comfortable. In an ideal world they would be about two inches deeper but that is a personal thing. The one cushion is nice and seems to keep its shape thus far. The fabric has not pilled at all after using for about 3 months or so. The sofas are heavy and you can tell they are quality built. Overall we are very pleased with the ordering process, delivery time and final product. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this or other Maiden home products a shot if you are on the fence.

Loves: 1) Performance tweed snow fabric is amazing. Truly beautiful. 2) Bench cushion and style, the design and construction is substantial. Lots of compliments! 3) Comfy and my favorite seat in the home Notes: 1) The bench cushion fabric will wrinkle no matter what, but the pillows fare much better. Be sure to turn the pillows and bench cushion so things are sat on evenly. 2) I would have gone longer 80" or 80" instead of 75" which is really a comfortable sit for just 2. 3 is tight. 3) Bench cushion is soft, not as firm as I'd prefer

Great deal - we are using these as little stools under our tv. Beautiful and decorative. The shearling is delightfully cozy. Arrived very quickly and packaging was appropriate but not excessive.

We purchased this sofa a few months ago to match our aesthetic, and while it looks beautiful and is very comfortable to lay on, it is starting to sag a bit. We weren't expecting that to happen so quickly, but when we called customer service we were told this is normal. Additionally, the sofa sits very very low on the ground, which is hard on guests to sit on.

these chairs are truly high quality from construction to the fabric. My boys are very rough with them and have used them for a fort construction project or two and they still look amazing. I had purchased dining chairs from safavieh for i think 350 a piece a year ago - total, utter garbage - and we have to pay to have them taken away. absolutely get what you pay for pay and these chairs are excellent.

After months of research and lots of help from Maiden Home's design advisors, I chose the Warren Sofa in Performance Tweed Char for my apartment, and couldn't be happier with it! When I host my family and friends, they always comment on how comfortable it is to sit in, and how sleek it looks in our space. The cushions are soft but supportive, and I think it's got just the right seat depth and recline. I love that since it's a Performance fabric, I don't need to worry about the occasional spill, and Char is such a great color for hiding everyday wear. We watch a lot of movies with big bowls of popcorn - and crumbs brush right off :) Couldn't be happier with my choice or the whole Maiden Home experience!

I’ve had the ludlow sectional in lagoon for about two months now, and it is simply perfect. I was looking for a comfortable sectional for our living room that would also look beautiful enough to stand up to the beautiful Victorian history & character we’re lucky to have in our living room. The back is pitched back to make this super loungeable. My husband (6’2”) can comfortably lay on the chaise without his feet dangling off, and I (5’3”) love to sit cross legged in the deep seats. The cushions stay in place, and the back is a nice mix between firm (so it always looks very neat) but just cushy enough to be very comfortable. The velvet is soft, and thus far our two cats haven’t been too interested in clawing it.

I purchased a Dune couch and two swivel chairs. I am immensely pleased! I was very nervous ordering and buying sight unseen, but did a ton of research for months before purchase. Incredible comfort and quality!

I bought these chairs a year and a half ago in the cider performance velvet and they are both stunning and comfortable. BUT they arrived with a distinct smell of dust/smoke...that still has not fully gone away after lots of vacuuming and deodorizing. All in all, I'm still glad I bought them, but if I had more spare time I would have tried to return them for less stinky replacements.
