Hello, I'm a real person. When I was shopping around for a sofa, I found it very challenging to find objective information because there are so many fake reviews, surreptitiously-compensated social media influencers, and terrible products marketed as "luxury". I took the chance on Maiden Home after reading some reviews on Reddit, and I am VERY HAPPY with the product. The order took a bit longer to arrive than initially estimated, but that is probably due to covid. (the delay was well-communicated by MH) I ordered the Stone Leather sectional, and it's a very strong high-quality leather. There are many design features that I love- the Velcro backed pillows, zippers for easy pillow replacement, and large contiguous seat cushions. Delivery in NYC was, _interesting_ because the delivery team did not know the legs were removable. After I removed the legs, the sofa was simple to fit through my doors and hallway. I will order from MH again.

Purchased the Essex bed in performance linen, oyster: it is stunning. Excellent experience with the company, timely, and even the customer service reps were so easy to interact with. They even offered suggestions on appropriate sizes for nightstands based on the height of the bed we ordered. Great experience all around and highly recommend!! Thank you!

Having purchased down sofas from RH and pottery barn, I anticipated plumping and fluffing would be a necessary task with my 80 in Dune sofa (two pillow back, in oyster). Definitely not the case, firm yet lofty, soft and luxurious, it is the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever owned. Less expensive, made in the US, and incredible service too! I will be ordering another!!! ❤️

I was hesitant to buy a couch that we didn't sit on but I couldn't ignore the glowing reviews from Maiden Home. There's so many good reviews it's easy to think these products are too good to be true, but it's the truth! The swatches came quickly, customer service is fantastic and we love our Warren - so comfortable and beautiful! We ordered one of the performance fabrics to stand up to our dog's paws and it's perfection. We'll definitely order from them again.

Love the photos of this piece- the chaise Dune was exactly what I wanted for an informal tv area off our kitchen. Disappointed in the pillows- why do mine look like cheap replacements? Very comfortable once the pillows are removed but that’s a silly way to have to use a couch… The arrival and delivery was so badly jumbled and couldn’t get anyone to care about what a terrible headache it was. Yes, supply chain issues. Those shouldn’t impact the leave of service received…

I LOVE this chair. It’s stylish, comfortable, well built and pure bliss to sit in. I bought this for a reading corner and it is exactly what I’ve always wanted (needed?).. it’s perfection!

We chose the Sullivan sectional because it provided the most amount of seating for our space. Living on the lake we do a lot of entertaining in the summer, so having enough seating for all of our friends and family is key. The deep seat and down filled cushions make it a comfortable spot to curl up with a book or watch the game on tv and the bench cushion gives it the clean modern feel we love. This sofa feels so special because of the extra details like the wood feet and curved arm, plus we finally have the white linen sofa I've always wanted but in a kid and pet-friendly fabric! I'm so glad I don't need to constantly worry about every spill. Really every detail is beautiful, and you can see (and feel) the difference in the quality. We also got two Leroy chairs in Denim Performance Tweed. They have a beautiful shape and the wood details add such warmth and character to the chair. These chairs are floating in the middle of our living space and they are the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. I love that they are unique and visually interesting from every angle they are viewed at. They really add so much to our space!

Unfortunately, while the sofa is great at first glance and lead times are good, after having the sofa for two months we are having major quality issues. First of all, on delivery, two feet had exposed nails on the bottom and the delivery team deeply damaged our new wood floors. Maiden home did send new feet, but I am STILL playing phone tag with the delivery company about getting my floors fixed and maiden home is making me deal directly with the as opposed to handling themselves even though it is their delivery company. Furthermore, the back cushions constantly sag. I fluff them and within an hour they look like they have been smashed down. The seat cushion doesn’t seem to be sewn correctly and is puckering like crazy. And we are constantly picking up feathers that are poking through the cushions. Like at least 50 feathers poke through daily. I am a trade member (a designer myself) and fortunately I ordered my first sofa for my own home as opposed to a client because if my client’s home was damaged and not fixed after 2+ months, and the sofa was having these issues, I would not be rehired and would have spent hours of unpaid time trying to remedy this issue. I never write reviews and want to love this sofa and company so much, so hoping these quality issues can be fixed.

We recently bought a home and hence were extremely overwhelmed about the choices we had to make to fill this huge space. I came across Maiden Home through Allison Williams (I am a huge fan). From ordering swatches to getting the delivery, it was a very transparent process. I got design advice on what colors I should get based on our living room space. I also got regular updates about my order, which was delivered free of charge in less than 4 weeks. The range, quality and choice of fabrics is exceptional. For us, the performance line is a life saver with a toddler in the house. And the best part of it all, you get a personal handwritten note from the CEO, after your delivery. We would highly recommend Maiden Home for their seamlessness, quality, pricing and customer service. I am looking to buy more pieces soon. Thank You for an amazing experience!

We’ve had our Sullivan 75 inch sofa for about 6 months now and we love it! It’s very comfortable to sit, lounge, and even nap on! I love the look of the bench cushion, and we love how comfy and deep it is while being just right in terms of support. The sloping arms make it perfect to lean on the sides and stretch out our legs on this sofa. I think they also look v ~fancy~ We got the sofa in ecru performance weave, which is soft and a beautiful light beige. I’ve had zero issues cleaning up spills and stains, which is very convenient for those of us who like to sneak food and drinks to the living room. The cushions are also very nice and comfortable. So comfortable that they are often stolen off the sofa and used elsewhere around the house! We love that they are made in NC by local furniture makers. Delivery was on time and worth the lead time. We love our Sullivan and will keep Maiden Home in mind for other furniture needs- I’ve had my eye on that Dune chair for a while now ;) Thank you!

I paid nearly $3000 for the Sullivan couch, specifically because it was supposed to be a 'relaxed' cushion. Don't get me wrong - to look at it, it's a beautiful piece. But I wanted a cushy sofa, and I thought this would be it. It isn't. It's hard as a rock. I thought after a bit of time, it would be improve, but after five months, it's still very firm. In addition, the back isn't high enough to support the back of head or neck, so I end up with a cramped neck. I'm extremely disappointed and feel sick about it because I paid so much money thinking I'd get a great sofa. Now I'm stuck with it. :( :(

I purchased the Carmine sofa and two Downing chairs for my new condominium. They are beautiful. Although the target consumer for this furniture are millennials, I am in my 60s and downsized to a condominium. After purchasing a lot of very expensive custom made furniture over the years, I decided to try this brand. I am happy I did! The time frame was right on target, and customer service is great!

I purchased the 90” Dune sofa in Creme. I adore it. It’s gorgeous, comfortable and well-made. I love having just one long cushion for seating and two in the back. It took a while to arrive due to COVID, but delivery was easy and fine. I live on a small island and it was a problem. Exceeds my expectations. Wish more of my friends could see it now!

I ordered 3 Dune sofas. They are well-made and I appreciate that I am supporting a North Carolina business. I ordered the Dune sofa because I specifically wanted sofas that had slipcovers since I have 3 Goldens. All 3 are extremely comfortable and I am mostly pleased with my purchase. The only downsides: 1. Washing these slipcovers in a residential sized washing machine is almost impossible. 2. The zippers on the slipcovers and pillows are regular zippers like what you would use in clothing. The zippers should be heavy duty. There's a lot of tugging and pulling when you put the slipcovers back on. I'm concerned that the zippers will not hold up.

After months of research, I settled upon the 85" Warren sofa in powder white, a pair of Leroy chairs in indigo/coffee and the Bowery coffee table in stone/pecan. Couldn't be happier with the quality! Every piece is incredibly comfy and easy to maintain. I love how the furniture is both bold and understated without coming off as a bit on-the-nose. As a single dude, I don't have the best eye when it comes to home decor, but a free consultation with Maiden Home left me confident with the direction I was taking my living room - from layout to fabric choices. 10/10 - will make additional purchases over time.

I would like to say that Graphite in Performance Linen is more a warm, muddy BROWN. There is nothing 'graphite' about it. It was so troublesome that I bought a new overpriced slipcover for the Dune. :(

We purchased a Warren sofa and two Dune Chair and a Halfs in March 2019. All three pieces arrived in beautiful condition, exactly as ordered. Ten months, holiday entertaining, friends and family, dogs and general living later they are in the exact same condition. The performance linen and performance tweed look as good as new. I highly recommend Maiden Home for the customization options, quality construction, attentive customer service, and unbeatable prices.

I purchased the Dune sectional in Creme. This couch has exceeded our expectations as well as the entire process with Maiden Home. I had done a lot of research on slip cover couches and ended up coming across this particular couch, and I am so pleased that I did. Although, at first, the thought of buying a couch sight unseen seemed intimidating, Maiden Home made the whole process so comfortable. From the beginning when I requested the swatches to the final purchase/delivery, there team was there, not to mention the swatches I requested came so fast and the presentation of the swatches was awesome. This couch is everything we wanted and more. The performance linen feels soft yet durable and the couch is so comfortable, you can sink in and relax yet the cushions are structured and don't become misshapen. The attention to detail is there, even down to the way the two pieces of the sectional join together. The white glove delivery was also great, and they were very professional. We weren't in a hurry so the delivery time wasn't an issue for us. Overall, this was the best purchase of 2020 and I am excited to purchase from Maiden Home in the future.

I love my new Sullivan sofa! It is both stylish and comfortable, and the wide range of available sizes meant that I was able to find the perfect fit for my condo. One note of caution: definitely take Maiden Home up on the opportunity to get fabric swatches. I ordered my sofa in the Oyster fabric. While it is lovely and well-treated for stain resistance, it is much more of an off-white/cream color than it appeared online (where particularly in the "our favorite looks" pictures it looks like a truer/less warm-toned white). Because of COVID-related delays, I decided to skip the "swatch testing" step, so the fault rests with me and not Maiden Home, but just be aware that the fabric you are considering may be quite different in-person than online. That said, it is still a very beautiful fabric and a wonderful couch!

Last year I was looking for a new sofa for myself. I went to all the typical places I go for my clients within my price point, but I I just wasn’t finding the special sofa I was looking for. Then, I read about Maiden Home in a trade publication and fell in love with the Ludlow sofa. I was nervous about making a purchase for such a serious piece of furniture online. However, I decided to roll the dice and told myself it would be the perfect opportunity to trial Maiden Home before introducing their products to my clients. I am pleased to say it was a gamble worth taking and that the whole experience couldn’t have been more enjoyable. My questions were promptly answered, the updates on production provided peace of mind, the delivery was on time and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Today, after having the sofa in my home for nearly 6 months, it still feels special and I’m still in love with it. I think it looks fantastic and it’s very comfortable - my guests even agree since they always comment on the look and the comfort. I look forward to working with Maiden Home again for my own home, as well as my clients’ homes.
