We spent a lot of time going through many options from different companies. Based on all the wonderful reviews and Maiden Home's warranty we decided to purchase Sullivan. A few months after we placed the order our couch finally arrived but right away we noticed some wrinkles on the back of the couch which did not improve. I reported the issue shortly after the couch was delivered, back in Feb 2021 but the issue still hasn't been resolved! They are responsive and keep reassuring me that they will address the issue but there hasn't been any meaningful progress. It's quite frustrating and I'm definitely regretting our purchase considering how much we spent on this couch.

We have the Essex bed frame and it was worth every penny. This will be a bed that we will have forever. It’s well made - and we loved that Maiden home kept us in the loop of each stage our bed went through including when material was being sourced, who was making the frame and sewing the headboard. We ordered the Sullivan couch and love seat about a year ago and the couch looks great overall. We are very pleased with the construction and it seems very well made. The only complaint we have is the cushions. After only one year they are flattened out and provide little support. Even after repeated attempts to fluff and rotate the seat cushions they are immediately flattened if someone sits on them. I have noticed that overall they seem thin in general, not sure if making the cushions a couple inches thicker or using another material would be better. We love the couch other than the cushions, but unfortunately that is the most used part of, and the point of, the couch is to sit on it.

As a designer, I was considerably apprehensive about ordering upholstery without sitting in it, touching it, and really looking at the quality. I had a great pre-sale experience with the ease of online quoting, receiving the fabric samples quickly, and I will admit, the beautiful packaging and attention to detail in which everything arrived (both digitally and in the mail). We ended up ordering the Varick in the velvet and it came exactly as we wanted. The process was so organized and quite frankly, refreshing to be able to do business effortlessly. My client loves the sectional - it is beautifully crafted!

Stunning furniture, you will not regret it.

We received our Jones sectional in November and we love it. It looks great, super comfy, and the cushions retain their shape pretty well. A light fluff will have it looking good as new. It’s definitely a well made couch. What we DONT love is the fabric. We bought this in performance chenille in buff and there’s not much about it that’s performance. We are diligent about keeping it clean but after 4 months of wear the fabric is already looking patchy and dull, and the seat looks dingy compared to pillows. Hopefully we find a better couch cleaning product (or maybe a steam cleaner will work?) but until then we drape blankets on it. So yes, I do recommend the sofa but try a different fabric! Also customer service during the ordering and delivery process were super helpful.

After many months of research and viewing hundreds of sofas, an online article led me to highly rated U.S.-made furniture. Maiden Home was a new brand to me. Immediately, I was drawn to the Carmine. Tight back sofas aren't that easy to find, and most have button tufting as a detail, something we didn't want. Maiden Home sent swatches (twice, I think), and we decided on the 95" long slate velvet. After it was ordered in late March there were periodic updates on its progress. Delivery was on time; the sofa was beautifully packed and handled by the moving service. It is a firm seat, with some give to the cushions. The quality is first rate. I was initially afraid to order it in velvet, since we have a cat and a dog. Customer service assured me that the fabric wipes off easily, and it does. It looks beautiful with our eclectic furnishings. It is very comfortable; two people, cat and dog fit nicely. If you are not a fan of loose back pillows and do not want to sink into your sofa, this is a perfect choice. We've had a lot of sofas: antique, bargain, mid-range and used. This is hands-down superior to them all.

We were concerned that all of the 5 star reviews were fake initially because we didn't think that many 5 star reviews was possible. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is so that others won't be as hesitant as we were! Researching: This was our first time investing in a piece of furniture that was top of the line, so we spent a lot of time researching. Quality, design, and functionality were our top priorities. We also learned in our research that MH adds sample fabrics to the bottom of their cushions in the event that you need to reorder materials. That way the dye lots will match. They have truly thought of everything! Ordering: Stellar. Communication with MH was easy. Ordering was simple, as it should be. Delivery: A breeze! Result: Quite possibly perfection! I did not realize how much a tangible object such as a couch could actually improve our quality of life. Not only is it incredibly comfortable, but it is a huge catalyst for facilitating priceless communal experience. We have only had our couch for a little less than a month now, and it has already helped to create incredible memories with our family and friends. I recently had to clean some marks off the couch and they came out so easily. Having a high quality piece of furniture in our home that we do not have to worry about ruining with stains or usage is a dream! This is how furniture should be! Thank you MH!

We couldn't be more pleased with Maiden Home. The scale of this sofa is perfect for our home. The communication from the company was phenomenal. I was nervous about ordering online but with so many 5 Star reviews and a fantastic price point I decided to gamble. So happy I did.

We've had our Carmine couch for about a month now, and are very pleased with it. Looks great and is quite comfortable -- good combination of cushy but supportive. The Merino Granite material is very soft, and seems durable enough to withstand two young children (we hope!). FYI, we got the latte legs, and there are tiny surface holes all over them -- I think it's just the wood, and it doesn't look bad at all, but when I first noticed them, I thought my kid had damaged a leg until I realized that they all look like that. Not particularly noticeable, but figured I'd mention it. Regardless, we do love this couch and would very much recommend it and the company. Was also quite impressed with how fast it was made and delivered!

As a die hard leather lazy-boy lover with two dogs (boxer and a frenchie) that spend most of their time lazing on the sofa and a new baby on the way, I knew that my search to find a beautiful, trendy sofa that was durable enough for our lifestyle was going to be hard. After tons of research, I went with the Irving Lsectional in Silver performance weave Sunbrella fabric. It's been about 2 months that we've had it and I am so happy! The dog hair vacuums right up off of it or I can literally brush it off swiftly with my hands (point is, the short little hairs don't poke their way into the fabric and never come out because it's so tightly woven). I've already cleaned a bunch of stains off the couch too-- mainly dirt from the dog's paws and various food stains. I just take a little dish soap on a clean, wet dish towel, scrub the stain and then go over it with a plain damp towel and the stains have all disappeared. The sofa is super comfortable (and I'm coming off of an electric reclining lazy boy so I know comfy!), and the cushions are the perfect firmness. The details of the nailheads and the wooden legs give this sofa such a classy look, I am so thrilled with how this sofa compliments my house. If you're as nervous as I was to commit to this, especially without seeing one in person, I can't tell you enough how glad I am that I did. My husband already asked me if they make more furniture so we can continue to support Maiden Home, and we surely will! xx

Warren sectional is my third purchase from Maiden Home. I also have the Mercer Chairs and the Hudson Daybed. I am thrilled with our latest purchase. Our Warren is in Performance Basketweave Frost. The fabric and the sofa style go really well together. I really love the streamlined style of Warren. it is comfortable yet sophisticated. Frost is a great color if you want something light. It is a combination of silver, white and speckle of gray and beige. Definitely get the sample, but the fabric looks better when you see it on the furniture. The sample doesn't do it justice in terms of showing how beautiful and sophisticated it looks. Overall, another great purchase. (Now I am eyeing Carmine sofa.)

I am delighted with my new Warren in Graphite Merino! It is the perfect sofa. Looks elegant and tailored but sits so comfortably and casually. Great for TV lounging or entertaining. The deep seat allows for plenty of accent pillows, added bonus! I had initially ordered the Carmine. It arrived with a number of upholstery flaws. The dedicated and professional staff at Maiden Home (Ashley, Hannah) could not have been more accommodating. They facilitated a new order and it is absolute perfection. Not a stitch out of place. I’m amazed at the price of this sofa and the end result of quality, quality, quality. I could not speak more highly of this company, their products or their staff. We love our new Irving sectional couch. The u-shape configuration is a great fit for our family of 4 plus our dog. The ordering and delivery process was seamless and the furniture is beautiful. I’m so glad I chose Maiden Home and will be recommending to my family and friends!

I am delighted with my Minetta chair in Velvet Sky. The craftsmanship is fantastic, as was the Warren sofa and 4Downing chairs that I purchased earlier. I will be a forever Maiden Home customer.

I was looking for something unique and was willing to pay for it. That's when I came to this website and order their 52" Bowery Table. Ordering was easy enough, and got periodic updates from the company about its progress which was fine enough. I was initially told to have a delivery date of 8-10 weeks which ultimately ended up being in the 12 week range. Again, I was fine with it because I was willing to wait to receive a quality product. With this said, when I finally received my order, it was very underwhelming. The cushion was not very "plush" and the paint job on the coffee table was much to be desired. Maybe my expectations were too high on this item but when I look at the simplicity of how it looks compared to how much I paid for it and the wait time to receive it, this purchase wasn't worth it. It looks and feels like something I could have purchased at American Furniture and put $1,200 in my pocket. Unfortunately, I will be initiating a return and will be on the hunt for another ottoman.

My husband and I both escape into books and movies over the weekend, so we’ve been enjoying hanging out on The Hudson near our fireplace as the weather changes. With its iconic silhouette and sophisticated mid-century design, the Hudson offers a refined look without compromising on comfort. I often find myself admiring the craftsmanship on this piece - the hand-wrought steel frame is so sleek and elegant.

Love the Sullivan sectional I bought. It was worth the wait. Customer service kept me informed and team was great to work with and responsive. I read all the reviews inside out before purchasing. It was nerve wracking to buy a couch without sitting on it. But I love it. It’s comfortable. Well made. And looks beautiful. There were some comments from others about the couch cushion sagging, but I think that’s the trade off if you want a full length couch cushion instead of individual sections. I’m so pleased with this couch buying experience. while I don’t need a second couch I would recommend maiden home to friends and family.

Love the look of the sectional, but the mohair fabric is so itchy it is uncomfortable to sit on. Disappointed for how expensive the couch was.
