It's hard to say how happy we are with our L shaped with chaise Sullivan couch. Firm, but soft at the same time, you can really feel all the quality discussed on the website. We're in the midst of a home renovation and sometimes you can find yourself spending a not insignificant amount of money on items that just leave you disappointed. Our couch experience couldn't be farther from that. It is absolutely wonderful. If you're looking at places like Restoration Hardware, Room & Board, etc, I would highly recommend you consider going with Maiden Home. I firmly believe we got a superior product at a much lower price point. When we buy another couch for other parts of our house, it'll absolutely be from Maiden Home.

I waited to write a review until I had my Warren sofa for a year. It is the best sofa I have ever had. The ordering process was great. The quality is excellent. The sofa is so comfortable - just the right amount of softness. The performance fabric works well. I recommend it to anyone who asks.

I just received my second Sullivan sofa; after much measuring, I thought a 65” Sullivan was the right size for my living room. I was wrong, too small-it was more of a love seat than sofa. After emailing with Ashley at Maiden Home, she offered that I could exchange it for a 75” just paying the difference. I was able to keep the one I had, which was picked up when the new one was brought in. I love the new one-it’s perfect! I was also able to purchase fabric by the yard to reupholster two chairs and an ottoman in the same room! I highly recommend Maiden Home.

We bought the L shape olive velvet Warren sectional for our family room where we spend the most time. We have a large dog and two cats and two weeks in the dust and hair vacuum right off to make the cushions look pristine again. It’s also amazingly comfortable for hours of TV or naps and the olive color is incredibly rich and sophisticated.

I searched for many weeks for the perfect sofa. A friend recommended Maiden Home and they had exactly what I had envisioned for my living room. I ordered the Sullivan sectional and everything from ordering to receiving it to now having it was like a dream come true! Maiden Home has such an easy website, quick shipping for samples, excellent communication from their designers, email updates as they’re creating your sofa, and the white glove delivery was wonderful. My 5 children and I love our Sullivan. It’s totally luxurious. It’s firm enough so you don’t sink but supportive and soft enough that you feel like you’re being cradled. It’s so beautiful and perfect for us! I’m just beside myself! I’ll always order from Maiden Home, in the future! Absolutely exceptional service and quality throughout the whole process!!!

While the overall construction and quality is excellent as promised, they seem to have lied about the quality of the slats. It states above on the website that "Each bed is made with a foundation of solid hardwood slats to ensure even distribution of weight and longevity of your mattress over time." However our bed was fitted with incredibly soft wood slats that provide little to no support. They bend with little pressure and are light enough to balance on one finger. I reached out to MH to ask about the support issues, but did not receive a reply. I had to ask our contractor what the material was. He says they are balsa wood, better suited to building a kite than supporting a mattress. He is replacing them with fir which we will have to pay additional for. I'm just disappointed that MH would do this when it is overall excellent. Unfortunately the slat quality, although not seen, is certainly felt and noticed. Please bring the same quality through every element. It's just annoying to have to deal with this for such a costly bed.

I've had this couch for over 2 years. Every morning I have to fluff the pillows to create a presentable look. When you sit down for a few minutes the pillows collapse and you are met with the hard back of the couch frame. I got the classic back configuration. The overall fabric and construction of the couch is good. I am thinking of adding some foam to the cushions so they might hold some sort of shape. I just am irritated after thinking about how much time I spend 'making the couch' once or twice a day. Also the bottom cushion always slides forward and I push it back everyday as well. So maybe some sort of anchor or ties are needed to improve this couch. I bought it because it is a fully washable slipcovered couch which is very important to me.

We ordered The Leroy chair in Merino heather grey with washed oak and we love it. I was wavering between 2 chairs and used the live chat to ask questions which was so helpful. The Leroy was the right choice. Love the modern look but also appreciate the generous size and comfort.

Hi, I purchased the Perry in Pebble Performance Basketweave (which is one of my favorite fabrics!) for my bedroom. It is a perfect size - not too big - not too small. I have purcahsed wuite a few pieces from Maiden Home but this is my first Perry. It looks beautiful near an Ash Leather Essex Bed. Thank you!

Obsessed with my Sullivan sectional. Even my husband loves it. We can't stop talking about how much we love it every time we sit on it. We got the largest l-shaped sectional in Denim for our vacation home, and it's perfect. Plenty of room to splay out - hubs, dog and I are all happy. Doesn't look too big or bulky though - design is comfort meets chic. Was concerned down cushions would look messy but they have great support and sofa looks put together all the time - a million times better than my West Elm sofa. Will never go back. Also arrived several weeks early!!

As a designer who has worked in the field for 12 yrs (a few of them in a family owned re-upholstery shop), I have seen many sofas. Many of the custom ones cost 5K+ and are incredibly comfortable (as well as durable) and have lead times of 8-12weeks. The less expensive options (3K and below) usually are super stylish and come quickly but over time the cushions turn to pancakes, the fabric pulls and doesn't hold up, and you usually end up wanting to give it away within 5 years because it "looks bad". I hadn't heard of anyone else using Maiden Home, but after reading how the pieces are made (from sources that don't cut corners) and offer Crypton fabric (typically a trade only material), I was sold. The samples came quickly and were impressive. The customer service was AMAZING and were helpful (especially when you need a kid+cat+dog proof fabric). The best part was the delivery. First, the delivery company they use is very professional and careful (giving me lots of updates about when they would be there). Then once I sat down, I was convinced I just got a 6K sofa! The comfort and quality is really that high! And typically with custom pieces, I have to call to check up on the production process to update my client. But with Maiden Homes, they keep you in the loop (not the other way around). I plan on using Maiden Homes for many future clients because I know that years from now, they will still love the pieces they bought.

We have the Warren sectional for our living room and like it so much we bought a second for our family room. We like that this style doesn't use down feathers and the deep seats are great for lounging. Plenty of pillows for more formal occasions. Very comfortable and great quality. Very quick turnarounds. It will not be our last purchase from Maiden Home!!

I am so happy at work, sitting at my charcoal desk. It is a wonderful shape and size! Just perfect! It is sturdy, too.

I purchased the Lenox sofa in the most beautiful velvet color “lagoon” I absolutely love it. The lines of the sofa are so elegant and the cushion reminds of a high end mattress. It is so comfortable and supportive. I also purchased the morro coffee table in the pecan color. I could not be happier with my furniture!

After spending well over a year searching for and researching sofas, I knew I wanted slipcovers in natural fibers, a deep bench seat, a sofa made in the US, and in my search, I kept coming back to The Dune. I was hesitant to order a sofa without seeing/trying it first and I’m so glad I listened to my instincts and purchased The Dune. When my sofa finally arrived, late due to Covid, (oh well), it was better than expected...the bench seat, the seat height, the depth, the color are all exactly what I wanted. What I love most is the fabric I chose, the performance textured linen in flax. I’d ordered nearly every swatch and when the performance textured linen option was introduced, I knew it would be perfect for me. I prefer natural fibers and also appreciate the fact that it’s been treated and is a performance fabric and repels stains. The color flax is the perfect neutral, not too light, not too dark, and works well with my large collection of throw pillows. I highly recommend the textured linen. (I only wish it came in a navy or indigo color...hopefully MH will add one down the road!) I opted for the 2 cushion back and am so glad I did. I love the clean, classic look of the two cushion back. I do fluff the back cushions and rotate them so they’ll wear well and not become misshapen. When my sofa arrived, it was amazingly well packed. There were a few minor issues, I contacted MH and they were happy to resolve them. MH has provided excellent customer service beginning with my initial inquiries and many questions through my post delivery issues. MH listened and took care of the minor issues and truly made me feel that they place customer satisfaction high on their list of priorities and stand by their products. My only regret is that I didn’t order my sofa earlier, it’s my new favorite spot! One major consideration I thought about prior to purchase is how I use my sofa...I tend to curl up to watch a movie or read, and an occasional nap isn’t out of the question....The Dune is perfect for my lifestyle. If I sat upright with my feet on the floor the majority of the time, I would’ve made a different selection. Also, while MH lists The Dune as relaxed, that doesn’t mean it’s not supportive, it is! I would order from MH again and likely will as I’m currently on the hunt for accent chairs. Thank you Maiden Home!

I bought a Sullivan sectional after years of searching for a new sofa and being convinced by the great reviews here. I was apprehensive to buy from a digital-only brand, but took the risk anyway. After a year with the sofa, I’m disappointed and looking to replace my $5k mistake, The Sullivan looks beautiful with its curved arms and seamless stitching, but my biggest pain point is the wooden frame behind & to the sides. It is very exposed with only a thin layer of fabric covering it. I have 2 toddlers and this sofa is in a high traffic room. My kids have each had a serious injury (one almost to the eye) from lightly bumping into the frame. When I contacted customer care, they just mentioned the exposed wooden frame without any concern. We managed to put the sofa against a wall so the back is not exposed, but the placement looks terrible. Two other cons are that the feathers leak all the time. There are feathers everywhere in our family room. The seat cushions are also very firm. It’s not the plush, comfortable sectional that your whole family can cuddle up and watch a movie on. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable family couch, this is not it, and I’d suggest look elsewhere.

We absolutely love our Carmine sofa. I had ordered from another online only retailer 2 years ago, but was unimpressed with the quality pretty much from the start, so I decided to go with what I should've done the first time, which was order from Maiden Home. We wanted a more traditional look, and the Carmine is just what we wanted. We got it in the Cider velvet, which is just lovely, and a breeze from which to remove dog hair! It is firm but very comfortable and the quality is amazing. The delivery was seamless and the now we have a sofa I believe will last for years and years. Thank you!

We’ve had our couches for 6 months now and we love them! They are so soft and comfortable. My daughter spilled some juice on them and it came out with just water. And we get so many compliments when people come over. But even better than the couches is the customer service. When our delivery first arrived I noticed a tear in the underside fabric. They sent a repair person out and it was like new in a couple of days. And then a few months after purchase, one of the buttons on the back popped out. Again, a repair person was sent and in minutes it looked brand new again. For that reason alone I will buy more furniture from Maiden Home in the future.
