I purchased the Dune sectional in Creme. This couch has exceeded our expectations as well as the entire process with Maiden Home. I had done a lot of research on slip cover couches and ended up coming across this particular couch, and I am so pleased that I did. Although, at first, the thought of buying a couch sight unseen seemed intimidating, Maiden Home made the whole process so comfortable. From the beginning when I requested the swatches to the final purchase/delivery, there team was there, not to mention the swatches I requested came so fast and the presentation of the swatches was awesome. This couch is everything we wanted and more. The performance linen feels soft yet durable and the couch is so comfortable, you can sink in and relax yet the cushions are structured and don't become misshapen. The attention to detail is there, even down to the way the two pieces of the sectional join together. The white glove delivery was also great, and they were very professional. We weren't in a hurry so the delivery time wasn't an issue for us. Overall, this was the best purchase of 2020 and I am excited to purchase from Maiden Home in the future.

Customer service is amazing with the company and delivery went very smooth as well. So far the couch is beautiful and fits perfectly in my home. My only wish was that I had one more pillow to get the same scatterback look at the picture. I got the 100 dune so it is quite large, one more pillow would have been perfect.

At the price point, I had very high expectations for this couch. After researching for months, we purchased the 123X123 sectional. The size is perfect for our living room. My main issue is with the comfort - I’m 5’8” and find it hard to sit down comfortably and get up from the couch. The back cushions only provide support up to maybe mid-back, so they are pretty low to comfortably lean back on. Also the fabric isn’t very soft or nice to touch. We got the performance weave. Interestingly, the right side of the sectional keeps sliding back every time anyone sits on that side. I would have thought the furniture would be heavy and sturdy however I keep finding myself constantly adjusting the couch. Overall, not happy with the purchase having shelled out so much money on an expensive piece of furniture

This is our first purchase from Maiden Home and won't be the last. We are very happy with The Essex bed. It is covered in Sky performance velvet and is quite lovely. The bed is extremely well made. The delivery crew didn't need any tools to assemble it and they too commented on how well made it is. We very much appreciated the updates Maiden Home sent as the bed was being made. They met the delivery date originally stated and that pleased us very much. Thank you Maiden Home for providing high quality furniture at a fair consumer cost. Looking forward to watching your company grow.

When I first received my Dune sofa I was thrilled With the comfort level of the sofa and the design, however the pillows on the Dune sofa a smaller than the look on the website. I also ordered the chair and a half which came with larger pillows that I feel should have come on the sofa as well. With the smaller pillows the sofa looks sloppy. Moreover, my thrilled feelings continued to fade once little pills start to form on the performance linen which is quite annoying. at this price point I would not have expected the material to gather pills and to look wrinkled after sitting on it. Overall, I can’t say I would recommend this product based on the size of the pillows on the Dune, the pills the fabric gathers or the sloppy look it has after simply sitting on it.

We purchased a Warren sofa and two Dune Chair and a Halfs in March 2019. All three pieces arrived in beautiful condition, exactly as ordered. Ten months, holiday entertaining, friends and family, dogs and general living later they are in the exact same condition. The performance linen and performance tweed look as good as new. I highly recommend Maiden Home for the customization options, quality construction, attentive customer service, and unbeatable prices.

You know that feeling you get when you interact with something that's particularly well made? Like a german car or swiss watch? That's the feeling I get when I sit on my Ludlow sofa. It's something we'll treasure for many years to come. It's incredibly sturdy and well constructed, and yet comfortable and stylish. Ours was custom sized to our room in "Cloud." It's gorgeous, and I can't sing its praises enough. I'm eagerly looking forward to Maiden Home expanding their product line... something tells me this isn't the last piece we'll have from them.

As many will say, buying a sofa online is a giant leap of faith and I, for one, don't regret it! The Warren sectional is so very beautiful and incredibly comfortable - perfect for our space. And, I loved how we were able to customize the size and fabric. The customer service team kept us updated throughout the process, notifying us by e-mail when the sofa moved to the its next stage and describing in great detail what was being done. They even went so far as to introduce us to craftsman who may have been the one doing the work right here in the United States. Did I mention that the white glove delivery was included? It truly was a great experience from beginning to end and I recommend Maidenhome highly!

I’ve never owned a “chair and a half” before so the concept was quite foreign to me, but I knew I wanted a large chair that could be for anything - naps, reading, working (from home), but it turns out this chair is the biggest point of contention in the apartment because EVERYONE wants to be the one to sit on it. As someone who also owns the Crosby, I keep returning to Maiden Home because it’s the *just right* point where form meets function. At the end of the day, the balance of Maiden Home’s beauty and comfort within their furniture selection is unmatched. The Sullivan Chair and a Half is exactly that and I’m sure I’ll be back for more. BONUS POINTS: delivery is a breeze and I never had to lift a finger.

Sofas are great and super comfy! The custom lengths were key for our space. We have 3 children under 4 testing the Crypton fabric and so far so good! :)

After having my Warren sectional for 3 years, I can report that it doesn’t hold up to family life at all. We ordered the Performance Linen - and the “performance” classification is a total misrepresentation. It doesn’t hold up to any stains, the fabric absorbs dirt and stains and doesn’t respond to the recommended cleaning instructions. My daughter marked the fabric with a dry erase marker and we quickly attempted to get it out with the instructions provided by MH. Cleaning with water made the stain worse and we had to flip the bench cushion over. We hired a professional cleaner and he refused to clean the piece with water or solvent given the materials. The bench cushion and pillows have sagged and warped and the fabric easily loosens and looks sloppy over time. The cushions are not well filled. The overall lines and design of the piece are beautiful and look great in a catalog. But that’s where the dream ends. For the significant price, I would not recommend. Very disappointed.

I love this couch and so do my dogs. Had the best experience (in a pandemic none the less!). Super comfortable. Could not be happier.

This is easily the coolest and most beautiful piece of furniture we have ever owned. I will note it’s incredibly heavy - like super duper heavy - all solid wood, not mdf so have the delivery folks place it where you want it. The angles and the wood are so beautiful. Almost to a man when someone comes over we have a conversation about the sofa and where we got it … kinda don’t want to leave a review about this sofa because I don’t want it to become too popular and for everyone to find out about it!!!

A flawless sofa! We cannot say enough good things about our new sofa. The bench cushion is fantastic for lounging the day away while the style and details of the piece give it an elevated and sophisticated appearance in our space. The overall design creates the simple, modern aesthetic we were hoping to create in our space. Can't wait to add more pieces to our home!

Great dresser and matching nightstands, drawers all soft close. Very solid (and heavy). Leather inlay makes for a great touch and softens the noise of dropping coins, keys on it. Very happy with it
