We are so enjoying our new Warren sofa. When choosing a sofa, being made in the US of quality materials was important to us, but so was maintaining a reasonable budget. We looked at several brands, one of which we currently owned, but choose Maiden Home based on customer reviews, lead time and quality. I will say I was hesitant about purchasing a sofa without sitting on it prior to ordering. However, the Warren and Maiden Home has exceeded all of our expectations!

We received our Warren sofa a month ago, and I wanted to wait just this long to see how it did in that time. And WOW. It is comfortable and supportive and just feels luxurious. In part, this is the fabric--we went with the merino in dusk and it is crazy soft, has not worn at all in this brief time, is a gorgeous soft taupe and does not even show our (black) dog's shedding hair. The cushions do not need to be fluffed, the seat does not show sit marks. We have 2 boys under 10 and believe me, they are hard on things. But it looks as good today as it did the day we got it. One thing I particularly like is that the back cushions are not totally a square shape (not sure I'm explaining this correctly) but they look rounded, which makes the entire couch look a little more informal than I'd feared it would. After owning it a month, I can't yet speak to the longevity of the couch and the fact is, we've forbidden the kids to eat anywhere near it, so we have not (yet) had to clean up any messes. But so far, it really is pretty amazing.

I cannot give this sofa enough stars. I've ordered from multiple online-only companies as we set up our house in the pandemic, and this is far and away the best experience we've had. This sofa is SO comfortable, both for me (5 ft 7in) and my husband (6 ft 2 in) and that's really hard to do. The back pillows are just the right softness and volume, and the depth and seat cushion are also exactly right to satisfy both the folks who like sitting (feet on the ground) on a sofa and those who lounge feet up. It looks incredible and the workmanship shows, it LOOKS and FEELS expensive. Also, we got the Oyster performance fabric, a bold choice since we have a large dog who likes to get dirty, and so far everything just brushes right off. It looks good as new despite our pooch's best efforts. I also spilled a mug of black tea on it a week ago, and it all came out. Just pilled right up on top of the fabric and you would never know I spilled. I will happily be ordering from Maiden Home again, even when I can go back to shopping in person. This company is incredible, THANK YOU for making such wonderful products! Worth ALL the hype and more.

Overall I was very pleased with the process of ordering from Maiden Home. I had never ordered a couch online before so I was a little leary. They stayed in touch with me whole time about the order status and the delivery went very smooth as well. I got the Warren sectional & we are very happy with the quality and comfort.

Love it. I got the 95 in long. Can stretch out luxuriously! I got both sets of cushions for the back and enjoy being able to switch out. The scatter cushions seem to give a little more depth.

I wanted this chair for years and finally found a spot for it in my new apartment. It is super beautiful. I would say that the seat is not quite as cushy as I might have envisioned but the stand-out feature is that it is a chair with a small footprint, so it can fit in a little corner, while also giving you enough room to curl up a bit. The seat is deep and wide for a chair of this size, and I have tea and like to call friends / family while curled up. I would definitely buy again, and if Maiden Home ever decides to tweak the design, I'd love to see just a bit more padding in the seat.

We already had the Dune which we like a lot. This time we bought the Jones sectional. I had emailed quite a bit about the sofa before pulling the trigger and was told it was as plush and comfortable as the Dune, if not more so. This was not accurate at all, in fact, it is very much on the firm end of things, not what we were going for or what we had been told. Other than kind of feeling a bit tricked, and having spent many thousands on something that wasn't what we intended, it is well crafted.

Purchased a sectional, which is large and spacious and impossible to not feel comfortable on. It’s white, so I’m hoping it holds up against stains. So far, so good.

We bought The Warren and The Sullivan U Sofa Chaise Sectional and absolutely love both. The Warren was perfect for our more formal living room - with a lower back it's less intrusive in the smaller space. We put The Sullivan sofa in our Entertainment room and are so glad we went with it. The deep seats and high back make it the perfect couch to cozy up on to watch movies. We did both in the Performance Washed Linen for ease of cleaning... and I can say that we've already put it to the test! Our dog jumped onto one of the new sofas and brought dirty little paws along with her. I was panicking but then found and followed the directions on Maiden Home's website for cleaning it and there is not a hint of a stain anymore! I could not praise these sofas enough - the price, the quality and the delivery were all exceptional experiences.

I was on this site looking at dining chairs and I’m sitting on my Warren which we originally purchased 4 years ago but I never reviewed. This sofa has survived 2 toddlers and a cross country move and we still love it. This North Carolina craftsmen thing isn’t some marketing bs - this is a legit quality sofa you will want to take care of and keep. I must be bored because I never write reviews but remember the co was new when we bought and I wished there were more reviews at the time. Good luck all!

From start to finish I was extremely pleased and impressed with the service and communication from Maiden Home. We absolutely love our new Dune sectional in Creme. It is beautifully crafted, comfortable and elegant. We have received nothing but compliments. The entire process was well executed and delivered on time as promised. Thank you Maiden Home, now would you PLEASE PLEASE add more furniture to your inventory?!?!? I am anxious to buy more...our next purchase will be the Bond Chair. I'd love to see dining tables and chairs, consoles, side tables and more! I am a happy customer that would not hesitate to buy more in the future. Thanks so much

My comments reflect that of another recent reviewer. I ordered the 100" Sullivan Chaise Sectional in a performance linen for my cozy T.V. /family room. I was looking forward to having a place to relax for tv watching! However, the back cushions and slope of the back of the sofa do not permit as much seat depth as I was looking for. The Back cushions are very springy / very filled which perhaps is great for a durable and long lasting shape; however leaves less room for sitting! The stated dimensions are 25" for seat depth - trust me it is more like 22-23". I feel like the stated measurement is misleading and that Maiden home should update the product page with a revised seat depth of 23" (max). If I had known this, I would not have purchased this sectional (would have opted for a different design). Would be great if Maiden-home could offer other seat cushion inserts that are less spongy and springy.

I've had my Dune for about 3 weeks now and am completely in love. In a small Manhattan apartment, my 80" sofa offers such generous seating for guests without taking up a ton of space. I chose the scatter back and I'm really happy with it! I like that I can move the cushions to support my head or back depending on where or how I sit, which feels really unique to this design compared to other options I looked at. I also love that the seat cushion doesn't flatten after sitting in it with friends and roommates - it literally looks great all the time which I would never expect with such a comfortable and "cloud" like seat cushion. I get compliments on it every time someone new comes over, even before they sit down. Would absolutely recommend this piece!

Our (90") Sullivan arrived within the expected delivery window, and it's very nice. It's not a plop-down and sink in couch, but it's not advertised as such. My older mom loves it because she can easily stand up from the somewhat firm bench cushion. It's also not as deep as I expected based on some descriptions, but that's fine with me. I'm 5'6' and my knees fit perfectly over the edge, while my feet rest comfortably on the floor. The back cushions can be removed, and if someone were to spend the night, they could have a very roomy, wide bed. We went with the Granite Merino. It's soft and comfy- reminds me of the feel of flannel. The overall color of the sofa seems lighter than the swatch, but it is the same fabric. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I need to see how it wears and holds up with time. So glad for this terrific company! It feels great to buy a beautiful, high quality American made product without all the middle-people!

Purchased 3 counter stools for kitchen island. The boucle bolster is not only incredibly comfortable but looks phenomenal. Quality is great as expected but the beauty of the design is easier appreciated in person. Boucle has proven easy to clean which was my one concern. Thank you!

We ordered a pair of Ludlow couches and are thrilled with them! We love the color, craftsmanship, and style! Also, the performance fabric is dynamite. We have two dogs who occasionally jump on couches with imperfect paws 🐾 A damp cloth cleans it perfectly. Super big deal to us. Firm feel but comfortable.

We have all three sizes of the Morro tables nested together as our coffee table in our living room. They are more stunning in person than they are in the promo photos. The minimal yet uniqueness of the design makes exactly the kind of understated statement we were hoping for. They are also solid and sturdy—I am not worried about them holding up over the long haul. Our living room has two sections across from each other and having the three in the living room allows us to pull them apart and bring different pieces closer to guests for easier access to a place to put down a drink or serve a snack. No one has to get up to get popcorn, there's a table within arm's length of everyone. We couldn't be happier.

Ok - where to start...2 years ago I purchased a couch online for my family that looked beautiful and met my basic spec requirements. We weren't able to sit on it before purchasing and we immediately hated it. We swore that we wouldn't ever make the mistake again of not plopping on a purchase so large. As I started looking for a replacement, I stumbled on Maiden Home. We also looked at Bloomingdales s and large big box furniture stores including crate & barrel, west elm, burrow, interior define, and mitchell gold. We wanted something that fit our space, would be low maintenance and stay tidy with small kids, be extra comfy for the grownups, and provide enough seating for our whole family - this would be our main piece of furniture in our small NYC apartment. We were determined not to make another mistake, but every couch we sat on was either too expensive, or sloppy, or just not quite right. After continuing to come back to the Maiden Home website, we decided to trust my gut and just go with it, though I knew my family would kill me if I made another mistake. I ordered our swatches and we chose wisteria, a beautiful sunbrella fabric with a beige-y plushy look. Our warren sectional just arrived and it is PERFECT. Comfy and gorgeous, well-made, delivery was easy, and it fits our space like a real custom piece. I really couldn't be happier. If you are like me, go ahead and pull the trigger - you won't be sorry. It totally fits the needs of a very picky family with specific ideas and high expectations.

We are absolutely in love with our custom sofa set! We purchased an L sectional and additional sofa and we are more than thrilled with the outcome. The oatmeal in performance tweed is nicer than what I was expecting and the pieces really elevated the look of our living room. I am 100% in love with our warren sectional. Choosing a color was more difficult than naming my children but, maiden home was very helpful with all the samples and I am in the end super happy with the color we chose (harbor). The sofa actually arrived a whole month sooner than they said so, that was a nice surprise. It is incredibly comfortable, durable and stylish. Will order from them again for sure, but I think this piece will last decades.
