I'm writing this in the hope that it helps other who were in my position before I ordered the Warren. I was in a total agony of indecision. I did crazy amounts of research and visited every store I could think of that sold sofas. I'd seen the Warren and read about it but I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on something that I'd never seen in real life or sat on. I am very, very picky but I absolutely love this sofa. It is super comfortable, looks really "clean" and stylish and the fabric is very high quality. The service from Maiden Home is like the four seasons of the furniture world. All in all I have found the sofa itself and the service to be impeccable. Plus the price is pretty amazing.I would furnish my entire house in Maiden Home things if I could. Do yourself a favor - save the time and anxiety of searching and just order!

I bought a sofa and two chair and a halfs and I am LIVING for this furniture . I have to fight my family for the chair and a halfs . They are easily what we sit in the most . The sofa still needs to be broken in a bit. I wish their was a sofa bed to purchase , had to go with another company for that. I had a friend over who instantly needed the name of the chair and a half. They are truly wonderful. I mistakenly ordered a near white.... I have Georgia red clay for a yard and two spoiled dogs. A wet rag easily cleans the dirt and I’ve even spilled a bit of red wine and it cleans easily if rescued quickly!

I love my new Carmine sofa! It is EXACTLY what I thought it would be. Comfy, yet firm. Elegant details, top quality fabric. It looks lovely in my living room. I need to spend as much time sitting on it as I do gazing adoringly at it....:-). I will definitely order more furniture from Maiden Home. The delivery team was excellent and the whole customer service process was easy and streamlined. It was delivered within the time frame they promised, even in a pandemic. So happy with my purchase!

Great chair - for a guest room, so small and neat enough not to take up too much space, expertly made and the feet are adjustable so if the chair is half on /half off a rug, it's easy to adjust so it doesn't wobble. Great service!

I was committed to a sustainable selection, so was confident in my choice. The design and comfort was an unexpected joy. It is a lovely, class, yet comfortable couch. It is deeper than my 5'4" frame sits on comfortably in an upright position, but 1) pillows fix that and 2) that's not how we use it. We lounge on it: sitting sideways to look at each other, or one of us lying comfortably to watch TV or read, with room for the cat. It is a classy piece that lets be relaxed. And best of all, the cat has never once considered it a scratching ost because of the lovely blue velvet covering. This is not the velvet you've always avoided. This is a comfortable, inviting fabric that holds up beautifully.

I love the look of this sofa and it's very comfy to sit on, however I've had it for 6 months and have already experienced issues that will probably worsen with time. There's another review here that mentions how the cushions crease and move around a lot, making it look sloppy. Well that's accurate because mine does that too and they sent me the same generic message. Maiden home doesn't really care. What bothers me more than the wonky cushion covers is that the performance boucle is looking terribly worn and it has only been 6 months! Isn't performance fabric supposed to be durable? Well theirs is not. It's fine if you never sit on it, but that defeats the purpose of a performance fabric. Certain areas looks like a wool sweater that is pilling badly smd fraying. Anyway, not worth the price. I have a Kardiel sofa and a Crate & Barrel sofa, both of which sturdier and look much better with use. They were both half the price of this one. I'd be willing to let this slide more if they had better customer service, but they give pat answers so you'll go away. Anyway, the sofa is ok at best, but buyer beware.

We are in love with our deep blue velvet Carmine sectional. It is better than I ever imagined from the pictures. It feels so much more substantial and well made than items at the major brick and mortars. My husband is a design snob and he thinks it’s just perfect! It plays fine in our eclectic living room with a Barcelona Chair and mid century credenza.

We bought this while renovating our home and absolutely love the way it fits into our space. It's super versatile for family dinners as well as large holiday gatherings - the oval shape allows us to squeeze in extra chairs when needed but also looks so elegant on a day to day basis. The legs are beautiful and unique and never get in the way! Highly recommend!

We ordered this table for our new home believing it will look similar to the website pictures and sample wood pieces they sent us to look at. We knew it won't be exactly the same since each table is supposely hand-made. After many weeks, it finally arrived and the two leg pieces are as advertised in color and grain and pattern but the table top is completely different color, shade with ugly dark brown lines all the way across the top. It looks nothing like the website or the sample pieces they sent us. This top is very different looking than the legs so much that it looks like two different tables parts put together cheaply. The table costs over $6000 and yet looks like $200 tables from Walmart. When we reported to Maiden company, their response was that's how it is supposed to be and that if we don't like it we must pay 10% penalty and buy a different one from them. They are the one selling different product than advertised and we are the one penalized. Stay far away from this shady company. We had far better experience, products and customer service at much better price at Arhaus.

We purchased the Ludlow (95" - chenille Alabaster with bench cushion upgrade) and Sullivan (90" Velvet taupe) sofas for our formal living room and we absolutely love them! Both sofas are extremely comfortable and great quality. We took the back cushions off our Sullivan and are using them in other places around the house because we felt the cushions (while they are very well made) took up a lot of valuable real estate. We wanted the couch to feel as deep and lounge-y as possible and that did the trick! The sofa is still incredibly comfortable even without the back cushions and lovely for napping or cuddling up with hubby :) Would highly recommend upgrading to the bench cushion option as well. We are easily able to fit 4-5 people on the Ludlow comfortably because no cracks in the cushions! We shopped around A LOT before deciding on Maiden Home and were willing to spend twice the price for good quality furniture but are so so happy with our decision. The couches are hands down the best purchase we have made for our new home! And the ordering and delivery experience could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you Maiden Home for offering such amazing quality furniture for a reasonable price, all from the comfort of our homes!

Based on the great reviews and size and fabric options, I decided to go with Maidenhome for my new sectional. Even though I never saw or sat in the sectional until I received it, I knew it would be just what I wanted as the size would fit my space perfectly and from the description and reviews, I knew that it would be the right depth and not too soft or too firm. I loved that I could pick the stain resistant fabric and color. I spoke with Maidenhome’s representatives on the phone and they assured me after measuring that there would be no problems delivering it to our 2nd floor study. Sure enough on delivery day there were no surprises and everything went smoothly, as expected. My bone white Warren sectional is casual yet elegant and very comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with my sofa and the entire experience. Thank you!!!

I was so excited about this couch and over the last 6 weeks I have become so disappointed in my purchase. The puckering in the cushion they described as normal but looks very sloppy even when fluffed. The word of it is the back cushions when sat on sink down to 1/2-3/4 the height they should be. Seems they did not stuff them enough or just a poor design because as you sit your head starts to rest on frame as the pillows creep downward, which is not comfortable. Unfortunately now that I’ve owned it for 6 weeks I am unable to return. I gladly pay the 10% to return this couch. I bought other products from maiden home that I love but this couch was not one of them.

I had done a ton of research and (like everyone else) was a bit nervous about purchasing a sofa online - but felt reassured by their return policy. The big goal was to find one that was comfortable without looking like a wrinkled mess or needed a second career fluffing pillows. The Ludlow seemed perfect, I loved the structure of the tufted back with the sloping arms and the full cushions. Customer service was very good, Ashley helped me decide on the color/fabric (Sage/Performance Weave) which ended up being perfect. We received the sofa in August - and were shocked that the cushions were extremely firm. After trying it for a week, we contacted Ashley and send some videos and photos. After some research, she replied to us that the sofa didn't meet their standards and they were going to send us a new one. We didn't know what to expect - but when it arrived...it was great and we are thrilled. This is such a comfortable sofa and has become my favorite place to hangout and read. The fabric is great and is very forgiving with our cat. Plus, I had a small spill, which cleaned up very easily. Overall, I look forward to enjoying our Ludlow for ages.

We received our Sullivan sectional in January and have been completely happy with it. Like most every other review we have never bought furniture we haven’t been able to see in person, however the design team helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The entire process was awesome, except the third party delivery team that was difficult to get ahold of. However, after letting Maiden Home know, they helped us get ahold of them for our delivery. The only minor inconvenience with the Sullivan is having to fluff the back cushions frequently, but I was made aware of this before purchasing. Once fluffed they look brand new again, which I love. I would buy through Maiden Home again and have recommended them to friends.

My friend recommended Maiden Home and I had not heard of them before. I spent so much time researching and we're so happy with Maiden Home. We got our Warren 90" couch in smoke performance tweed last month and it is so perfect for our casual family room. I'm so glad we didn't go with another retailer to save money because the quality of maiden home is so much better. The smoke color is a perfect medium gray, the fabric is soft but durable, and I love not having to worry about my children staining the couch! I'm glad I went with the 90" instead of smaller because our family of 4 all fit together, it's great for tall nappers, and the proportions look great. We debated over getting a chaise but thought a couch was more versatile, fit our space better and was less expensive. The couch is just the right amount of deepness and it has a low profile that we were looking for. Good support and comfort for TV watching. I love that the bottom cushions tie down with hooks so the cushions always look perfect and don't tempt the kids to pull off. The back cushions are so comfortable and don't need fluffing! My only complaint is the performance tweed is not as soft as I'd like (a tiny bit itchy for super sensitive skin) but it was the best choice for us for durability and stain protection. I recommend getting swatches since the color that looked best in my space surprised me and I'm so glad I waited for them to arrive before buying. Customer service was amazing (answered all my emails right away), with white glove delivery included! I'm looking forward to replacing my living room couch with a more formal maiden home couch someday!

I am extremely happy with the way the furniture looks. The sofa and chairs are beautiful, the quality is easy to see and feel. I felt that the price point for quality was appropriate. I have already recommended Maiden Home to friends.
