I was hesitant to buy a sofa online. My parents and friends told me I was crazy but I fell in love with the clean lines of the Warren. I searched for the perfect sofa for over a year but kept coming back to Maiden Home. The American made and high quality craftsmanship is something that is very hard to find. I have had the sofa for a few months now and absolutely love it. It is the perfect depth and softness for my needs and it looks amazing in my living room. Am already looking at other Maiden Home products to add to my home. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was a breeze. I recommend Maiden Home to everyone I know.

I bought two of the Warren couches in Pearl They are excellent quality very comfortable We had the Dream couch from restoration hardware for 8 years the Warren couch is close to the Dream but the Dream couch edges it out by a little bit. But the new couch is half the price!! I highly recommend this couch

We love our new sectional so much. My husband and I think it's the most comfortable sofa we've ever had, and guests always comment and say the same. The fabric is Performance Chevron Powder and feels really nice and soft and we have had no wrinkling issues with the cushions. We were very satisfied with the whole process.

Purchased this sectional 2.5 years ago. Delivery service was poor and it started out really hard. I spoke with customer service and they reported a break in period and it has gotten more comfort with time. Rotating the cushions help break them all in. I was very disappointed with the fabric of this sofa. I purchased the performance weave because it was supposed to be great at resisting stains and that is very far from true. We are not overly hard on the sofa; we don’t eat or drink on it, no pets on it etc. This fabric is incredibly difficult to clean. I’ve had professional cleaners try and they tell me this is terrible fabric to clean. I just feel like I’ve been duped. A $6k sofa that I’ve spent $500 professionally cleaning and I’m going to have to replace :(

I purchased a the Sullivan sofa and have had it in my home for close to a year. I love the look of it, it is heavy and seems well constructed, and the performance linen fabric has held up well so far, but especially for what I paid I am not impressed with the seat cushion. It arrived quite lumpy from the start, and has not evened out with use, and "regulating" and flipping the seat cushion periodically has not helped. One side has a disproportionate amount of feathers lumped together while the opposite side feels like only foam cushion. I contacted Maiden Home customer service about this early on, and while they were polite and offered the advice to "regulate" the cushion by taking it off, unzipping it, and firmly shaking and patting the cushion, doing this several times did nothing to redistribute the fill... and was time consuming and exhausting. The bench-style cushion is enormous and heavy, so it's not easy for a 118 pound female to do. I am a little disappointed in the quality and performance of the cushion, and would advise caution if you are considering the Sullivan and you think this might bother you.

Long debate and we returned a set of nightstands we got from Cassina. Extremely happy our designer recommended these. Beautiful design and quality!!

I cannot believe I spent thousands of dollars on a bed I never even received and waited months for, for nothing! Maiden Home promises white glove delivery service, but that is quite frankly a lie! I was not given any options to choose the day or time that worked best for me. I randomly received a voicemail by a man named Ben who informed me that my order was going to be delivered the next day between 1pm-5pm. That did not work for me because I would be at work at that time. When I returned the call, no one answered. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day because no one told me the name of this company nor what their office hours were. On the day of, I was so frantic because I knew I would not be present during the delivery time and I couldn't get a hold of ANYONE, and no one returned my calls. Then I received an email from this unknown delivery service company stating that I could not change or modify the time or day because of COVID-19, and that if I did request to change it would take another month, maybe longer, for my order to be delivered and it would still be a random time and day that I would not know about until the day before. Using COVID-19 as an excuse is a bag of excremental waste because any other place I have ordered furniture from gives me the option of days and times to choose from so that I pick what works best for me. Not the other way around! I am a working woman that lives on my own, therefore I am the only one who can receive my order. I decided to then contact Maiden Home directly. I was given a number to contact the delivery team directly to cancel my appointment and reschedule. This time someone did answer and asked for their company name - Deliveright. The person I spoked to informed me that she could do nothing on her end because they actually use ANOTHER third party delivery company for the area I live in. This person then gave me the number to contact the other company. When I called this number, it was then that I recognized the automated voice machine, and this was the number that I had received the voicemail from a man named Ben. Not surprisingly, no one answered. Once again I called Maiden Home and this time I was angry because, as a customer, paying for luxury furniture, I should NOT be responsible for contacting all these different delivery service companies. If there is a problem with my order, Maiden Home should be the one to fix it! All the while I am having to get ready for work, and still dealing with the situation. I was informed by a Maiden Home representative that they would flag the situation and get the team together to fix the problem and get back to me promptly since this was a time sensitive issue. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME!!!! I had to be the one to call them, again, right before heading to work. When I got off of work that night, I looked at my phone and saw 4 missed phone calls from the delivery company and a text message that was delivered AFTER 5pm, which was AFTER their own stated ETA, saying that they were 15 minutes away to deliver my order. Then I checked my emails and saw that they sent an email stating that my order had been delivered. How the hell was my order delivered when I was not there to receive it?! I live in a private apartment complex where you have to be buzzed by me to enter, and I live on the 4th floor. White glove delivery service means you have your order delivered to you IN YOUR HOME, with all of the mess cleared away, and placed wherever you want it to be. Suddenly I was afraid they had dumped my bed on the streets of LA. When I got home, no order, nothing. So literally, they said they delivered my order, when they did not! So where the hell is my bed now?! What did I pay for?! Maiden Home is unprofessional, unorganized, and does business with people that are liars, don't answer their phones, and don't provide the best customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! I will contacting my bank to file a claim against this company to get my money back.

I ordered this couch as we were moving during the lockdown for covid. I didn't really love the thought of going out and trying out some new couches at a big box store because I mean it's a pandemic. I also needed to make sure this fabric would hold up to my dogs crusty little nails and not pill a month after we got it. So I googled pet proof couches and this one came up! I was sooooo skeptical of ordering a couch online because it's a big commitment and really I worried until the day I got it. I ordered the Warren in the sage color in performance weave (I wanted a lighter color really but see my previous comment about the dog) and I could not be happier. I was worried the fabric would be itchy but it's not and the couch is beyond comfortable but also doesn't look messy. I really didn't believe all these 5 stars but if you have any doubts (or 500 like I did) don't. I would 1000% order again from them !!

After months of deliberating over a new sofa for our retirement "forever" home, I found Maiden Home online. We've downsized in this new home, and needed new furnishings that would fit the smaller scale of the living room. I wanted a quality sofa that would withstand daily use by us, and weekend use by our extended family, including pets and an active 4 y.o. grandchild. Our aesthetic is contemporary/Scandinavian with a few "Southwest" touches (if you can imagine, but it works for us). From the very beginning, the Maiden Home customer service team was exemplary; sent detailed answers to all my questions about construction, size, and performance fabric qualities. I was kept updated regarding delays in shipping r/t Covid, While the wait was longer than expected, our sofa arrived earlier this week, with white-glove delivery. The Warren is everything we wanted and more; we ordered the 80" version and it fits perfectly in our new, smaller living room. We chose "Denim Tweed" a Sunbrella performance fabric......gorgeous and soft-to-the touch. It's casual and classy at the same time.......and a "grabber".......I find myself falling asleep during late-night movie marathons. It's that comfortable! I hope our Warren sofa lasts forever, we love it that much! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Maiden Home again; our experience went above and beyond other online vendors we've used recently to furnish our home.

We purchased two Dune sofas for our living room and they are hands down the BEST sofas ever. Most comfortable, versatile sofa that looks STUNNING. My FIL threw his back out and slept a week on these sofas saying they were the only place he could get comfortable. Customer service is incredible!

I ordered the Carmine sofa in Wisteria performance basketweave and it is stunning! I have had it for over a year now and it has held up very well. I am a designer and have ordered sofas in much higher price ranges that have not performed this well. I get compliments on this sofa often! Maiden Home customer service was also exceptional during the order process. 5 stars!

This sofa is simply stunning - understated, classic elegance. The fabric ( we chose the Flannel velvet) is just gorgeous. The entire experience was great. I’m just sorry I didn’t order it in 85” (instead of 80”).

Our new home has a proper formal dining room and we searched high and low for a a high quality dining table that we could dress up and down and host big family get together like Thanksgiving as we all as use more casually when our breakfast nook wasn't appropriate. The Reade is the perfect fit and I agree with another review that the pictures dont do it justice. The wood is really solid and the sheer heft/weight of the table in person is really stunning. Our Perry Chair surpassed our expectations! Honestly, my husband wasn't on board when I first ordered it, but it's my chair, and he figured he just wouldn't use it. But now, anytime I'm not in it, he's sitting in it! We both love it. It's firm and designed so well ergonomically, we find it incredibly comfortable. We use it with a 19" high pouf and could just sit in it all day. It's a beautiful, high quality chair, too. Delivery experience was perfect. Super pleased all around!

So happy to have found the Sullivan sectional. I wanted a sectional with specific dimensions, clean lines and beautiful fabric, but it also had to be family and pet friendly. I had a big list of “wants” and the Sullivan met every one plus some! The cushions are the perfect firmness and the oatmeal fabric is soft and beautiful! It’s everyone’s favorite place to curl up for family movie nights!

I did a lot of research on American made furniture before deciding on Maiden Home. We had to wait about 18 weeks for our Warren, but it was worth the wait. It sits lower than I was expecting, but it is a very comfortable couch and the depth of the cushions is great. The material seems like it is going to hold up very well, I plan on ordering the matching ottoman too!
