I wanted a high quality, beautiful couch and this piece fit the bill. I am so happy that I chose to go with the Warren. Not only is my couch super handsome, it is so comfy. I wanted something large that wouldn’t feel like it was swallowing up my living room. It’s also worth mentioning that the folks who work at Maiden Home are just the sweetest— I really felt supported when customizing my furniture. I would definitely recommend

We spent a fortune on a Carmine with Mohair upholstery only to find that it is badly sagging after less than a year. We are not heavy people (140# and 180# and only the 140# person sits on it most of the time). The Carmine is supposed to have 8-way hand-tied coiled springs, famous for their stability, but this sofa sags worse than the cheapest sinuous spring sofa. The center is so bad, you can't sit there and if you sit on the left side of the sofa, you slide to the middle. It is the pits. I would never recommend this sofa.

I had recently received 2 Mercer chairs from Maiden Home for my new house and like them very much so when I was looking for 3 counter stools I went back to Maiden Home. I really liked the style of the Delancey Stools. I wanted something modern with a shorter back so it didn’t project up above the counters (interfering with the eye line of the open plan living room/kitchen). The Delanceys looked perfect. Of course I was a bit nervous ordering them sight unseen but the Mercer chairs were great so I took the chance. I sweated the color choices and in the end went with a classic black and white: ebony wood, white (sail) Nubuck leather. Ordering was seamless and I like that I received regular email updates of my order’s construction progress. Well, the stools are absolutely gorgeous! They have a solid satisfying heft that conveys luxury. The leather is smooth and supple and very comfortable. The thick wooden back is gently rounded and surprisingly cozy. The overall quality and construction is outstanding. Every single person who visits comments on how much they like them, where did I get them, etc. I’m so pleased with my purchases and the service from Maiden Home! Highly recommend.

After months of research and shopping, I ordered two of the Dune chairs for our family room. I was extremely nervous to order a chair I had never sat in. We were also seriously considering the much more expensive RH Oliver Track Arm chair. In the end, I took the plunge with Maiden Home. These chairs are marvelous and very comfortable, and I love that they were quality-made in the US. I was concerned about a few things before I ordered, and perhaps my experience can help you: 1. I've never had slipcovered furniture before, and I was worried that the slipcovers would look sloppy and rumpled. They do not. They are well-fitted, smooth, and stay in place. They are tailored nicely. 2. I was worried that the narrow arms and the seam on the arm would be uncomfortable. They are not. The inside edge of the arm is well padded (a little less so on the outside edge, but not noticeable), and the seam is pliable and soft. We use the arms all the time, including sinking in and slinging our legs over them while watching TV. 3. I was concerned that the Dune cloud-like pillows would need constant fluffing and tending. They don't. I fluff or flip mine maybe twice a month. I'm not into products that make me work for them. 4. I was apprehensive about cream upholstery (Oyster). This has not been a problem at all. After six months of daily use with teens and cats in the house, they don't look grungy. We have not needed to wash them yet, but it was essential to have that option. 5. I dreaded our cats scratching the chairs. They are slightly but not overly interested in the texture (Oyster linen). We also moved their sisal scratching post into the corner when we got the chairs - and reward them for using it - which helped divert their attention. My only quibbles, if I had any: 1. The exterior back could be sloped slightly inward toward the floor to keep them from looking quite as boxy from the side. But the sloped arm saves them from this fate. The overall look is polished but inviting. 2. The seat cushion slightly overhangs the front face of the chair, which can start to look a little droopy. But when I flip the cushion and nudge it toward the back, it's fine. We have had the chairs for over six months, and I am 1000% delighted with the comfort and quality. I was also extremely impressed with Maiden Home's customer service, order updates, and delivery. I would definitely order from MH again.

Everyone in our house gives this sectional 5 stars (including 4 kids and 3 dogs!). I purchased the Sullivan Chaise Sectional (left chaise) in Flax Performance Textured Linen in the largest size (130" width) with the bench cushion (so no one gets stuck in the crack!). We have a large great room and the sectional is perfect in the space. The fabric is so beautiful and the perfect neutral color and the sofa itself is SO comfortable and roomy enough for our entire family! Throughout the build process, Maiden Home sent e-mails with updates. Delivery was smooth and the sectional was well protected (blanket wrapped and then wrapped in plastic). I have been waiting to make a decision about chairs for our great room until after this sectional arrived and now that I see the quality firsthand I will not hesitate to order again from Maiden Home. In fact, I might order one of the beds as well. By far this is the best furniture purchase I've made!!! You will not regret ordering from this fantastic company!

I spent so so much time searching for counter stools - probably the hardest to shop for category of our new home. Many options were uninspired, or cheap materials despite high prices (RH!) weren’t comfortable or customizable. These are absolutely gorgeous and incredibly detailed and solid construction! The nubuck leather is a dream. The way the back is carved is a thing of beauty. I can not recommend these enough.

Love it, it is just as expected. Comfortable but with a firm back. Love the look. I splurged on fabric and the mohair velvet is definitely worth it. The delivery was great. I highly recommend Maiden Home.

This is easily the best thing I have every purchased for my home. I got an embarrassingly large sectional and ottoman in the light leather color. The leather is butter soft, the cushions are heaven and the pillows are the perfect amount of soft to firm ratio. I was anxious at spending this much on a couch (and I have 2 toddlers) but now that it’s here I’m SO glad I did. It can easily fit my entire family, even as my boys get bigger than me. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

We were a little bit skeptical ordering a couch online without actually sitting on it first. We are super happy with the comfort, the material is beautiful and matches our decor perfectly. We appreciated being able to see swatches before we ordered. The ONLY thing we are sorry for is that we didn't do a better job of measuring our space before we ordered. We ordered an 80" couch and now wish we'd ordered bigger. That's ALL on us!! The quality seems exceptional and the communication along the way and the delivery service was perfect. Thank you Maiden Home!

After a long (2+ months) wait, our couch arrived both stained and with frayed and damaged fabric on one of the corners. Customer service has been entirely unhelpful and has done very little to rectify the issue. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Stunning counter stools for our main kitchen island. These are very solid and heavy. The curve on the back and the legs are all well done and it’s clearly very high quality. Held up well to 3 boys climbing all over them and pushing them around. Recommend them

We ordered the Warren in a sectional configuration. The couch is generally well constructed and attractive, but we feel that it fails to satisfy on two primary points. We selected the performance weave fabric in silver and have found that it does still relatively easily spot. The mistake was somewhat ours in going with such a light fabric, but we've been frustrated with this aspect of the sofa. This is an adult-only household, so the frequency of accidents is quite light. Second, the comfort and support. Back support is probably not adequate on this model if you're an average sized or taller adult. This is not helped by the fact that the back cushions do not stay put and generally move and shift out of place quite easily with ever movement of the sitter. This is by no means a poor or cheap product, but we have found over time that we are not satisfied with the purchase and would not make it again.

We bought a couch last year from Maiden Home. It is soft and comfortable, YET the cushions did have some issues with unraveling. This is where their service department, Ashley in particular, stepped up and was AMAZING. They sent us new cushions, had someone come out to sew up the other small issue on the frame, and continually followed up to make sure we were happy. What company does that anymore?? Well...Maiden Home does!

this bed is absolutely gorgeous in person just like the pictures. the material is incredible and the curve, details, the legs are all perfect. my main concern with this bed is that my sister and best friend have already ordered their own after seeing mine!

We love our Sullivan sectional sofa. I chose the oatmeal fabric and pecan legs and it is absolutely stunning. We searched high and low for a sectional that was stylish, comfortable, and well-constructed with multiple fabric options. It was a bit of a risk to go with one that we hadn't been able to sit on, but after reading reviews I felt convinced enough to give Maiden Home a shot and I'm SO glad I did. The sofa has very high quality construction. I love that all of the cushions are reversible. We have a dog and a cat and looked for a LONG time for fabric options that would stand up to claws and this seems to be IT! Easy to vacuum up pet hair with a dust buster as well. The cushions are a bit firm at first but have gotten "worn in" after a month or so. It holds its shape well. I was slightly worried about the bench seat holding up but it seems to be doing great so far. Overall, 10/10 and I would definitely recommend and purchase again!

We got the Jones in September and absolutely love it. It was a long wait (4-5 months), but well worth it! The sofa is buttery soft and perfect for entertaining, we got it in the performance velvet olive and the color is gorgeous. Very earthy, pairs well with browns/beiges. We have a little one, so we wanted something that wouldn't show wear and tear easily. We ended up building our own in a modular L shape about 148"x106" with a backless ottoman on the longer/back facing side, so people could hop in and out of the sofa area. It makes the sofa look modern, but is also super practical and welcoming. We also ordered a sofa from Sixpenny, which was also nice, if you want a more "lived in"/boho look, but the Jones takes the cake in my opinion! Super comfy and elegant. Highly recommend!

From thinking about a purchase, working with Dana Bonda to make sure I was ordering exactly what I wanted, to frequent updates from the production to shipping, and finally the delivery and set-up of my beautiful sofa, I could not be more thrilled. I ordered the Ludlow in heather grey and it is a stunningly beautiful piece of furniture. Upon delivery there was one very minor issue with the sofa and within 30 minutes of delivery-I notified Dana Bonda at Maidenhome and she took immediate responsibility to have someone come to my home and take care of a very minor problem. I have never had such prompt and professional service from any company.
