While I really want to give this sectional a 5 star review, I just can't and want to share my experience with others. Overall, the sectional is beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the fabric that we chose was horrible and has not held up at all. We chose a chenille and it has pilled and worn terribly. Within less than a year I could tell that we had made a mistake in terms of the fabric. I contacted customer service and they were helpful and offered to replace the bottom cushion covers which was very generous but it really won't help with the upholstered portion of the sofa. They also suggested a fabric shaver but who wants to have to shave a $4k+ couch. Now a couple years old and the cushion covers are coming apart at the seams and I have had to resew them! Sorry, but for the price we paid for this couch I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this couch. And let me add that we are gentle with this couch. No one is allowed to eat, jump or rough house on the sofa. So very disappointed! Definitely not performance fabric like they claimed!

It's take me almost a month to write this review. I think I have been sleeping/napping on my new Sullivan chaise the whole time!!! I absolutely love it! The comfort, the color, the material, excellent all the way around. It also came a month and a half early, can't beat that. The delivery was very smooth and the men were completely competent. I waited a year before making a decision on a sofa, searching box stores and online. I must have sat on a number of sofas and still came back to Maiden Home. I took a leap of faith and have not regretted it at all!! Thank you Maiden Home

We received our Sullivan sectional in January and have been completely happy with it. Like most every other review we have never bought furniture we haven’t been able to see in person, however the design team helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The entire process was awesome, except the third party delivery team that was difficult to get ahold of. However, after letting Maiden Home know, they helped us get ahold of them for our delivery. The only minor inconvenience with the Sullivan is having to fluff the back cushions frequently, but I was made aware of this before purchasing. Once fluffed they look brand new again, which I love. I would buy through Maiden Home again and have recommended them to friends.

I’m in love with my Jones sofa. I already placed an order for a matching ottoman and I am absolutely planning future purchases from Maiden Home. Eyeing the coffee table! The whole experience was easy, furniture was delivered ahead of schedule and it’s stunning in my living room!

Bought the 90” in salt tweed. Beautiful, well crafted, still white after watermelon and chocolate cake, and deep enough for movie night. In this case you don’t get what you pay for, you get much much more.

While the shape and color looks nice, the fabric and quality does not meet their self described luxury claim. My performance fabric is pilling. I was told by their design team that it gives it a more “cotton feel” and I could shave it if I didn’t like it. So, the fact that my 6 month old couch is already slubbing isn’t a quality issue, it’s because it’s transforming into cotton. Give me a break! My problem is that this is not a high end piece and it’s not finished like a high quality piece. I will say, their customer service is very good.

This bed beautifully made. I love how the natural wood and leather come together to make a modern silhouette feel organic.  It’s my bedroom's statement piece.

We received our Sullivan sofa 2 months ago and love it! The denim fabric is perfect for our household with young kids. The sofa itself is so much more comfortable and the finish superior to another sofa that we just purchased from a well-known furniture store. What's really amazing about Maiden Home is the service. I noticed a small gap in the stitching of one of the sofa seams about 10 days after we got it. Maiden Home immediately initiated a repair without hesitancy. I look forward to filling our home with more beautiful Maiden Home pieces!

I've wanted an upholstered headboard for a very long time with the matching side finished but nothing I saw on retail was satisfactory. It wasn't until we discovered Maiden Home that we felt the Thompson Bed would look just right in our new home. After months of ordering fabric and wood samples we came up with the exact right combination and we are thrilled and delighted with our purchase. The bed is gorgeous and comfortable and makes our bedroom warm and inviting. And an added bonus was it came earlier than expected. We are so happy and the people at Maiden Home were beyond easy to work with. No issues at all. If you are considering ordering, go ahead and take the plunge. You won't regret it.

I was unable to find what I wanted in any of the local furniture stores and outlets. I wanted something that was going to last a long time and store quality was too ornate with low quality manufacturing. I found exactly what I wanted on Maiden Home’s website. I had several concerns though, buying something sight unseen, not testing the comfort before purchase, and is the quality worth the price or will it be comparable to the quality at the local furniture stores for less money? I took a chance. I ordered a couch, loveseat and ottoman. Immediately upon ordering and paying for the items I received an approximate delivery date and order number. My delivery date was 6-8 weeks out (I think actually closer to 6); however, I was prepared for the wait time as the website explains that the furniture is made to order, thus the wait time. A few weeks into my wait time I started to get paranoid that I was scammed because I never heard a word from the company after my delivery date email; I called the phone number provided on the website and got a voicemail so my anxiety grew. I didn’t leave a message. On a Sunday after my call I received a phone message from someone at the company asking if I had any questions about my order, they noticed that I had called and they wanted to help with any questions I may have. My anxiety immediately abated. Within a week or two if my delivery date they notified me via email and then phone to arrange delivery of my furniture. The delivery was on time and professionally completed. The final product is beautiful (exactly as shown on the website) sturdy and well made. I am very pleased with this entire experience via Maiden Homes website.

Gorgeous couch.

We purchased 2 warren sofas for our family room (Bourbon Leather and Performance Linen Putty). The product and fabric and service exceeded our expectations. We searched for a long time and will be ordering the Crosby in the coming months for our formal living room. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service team. Flawless from beginning to end.

We are so happy we purchased this couch. I have had it for almost a month now and it sits extremely well and is SO comfortable. I previously had a design within reach couch I loved, but wanted a larger sectional and didn’t want to spend $12k+. This couch was literally a third of the price and is comparable if not better quality. I’m so impressed with it! After ordering swatches and placing the order I had a bit of buyers remorse that perhaps I ordered the wrong color but as soon as it arrived I knew it was perfect and exactly what we had been wanting. Only feedback is that the fabric could have been a little softer, we find it a bit scratchy. (We got performance linen in Creme). Not sure how it will hold up but love how you can flip the cushions so they wear evenly - wish the chaise could be flipped as well but that is the one part that only goes one way. Thank you Maiden Home for making such an excellent product! And even better that we’ve bought American made.

Based on reviews I thought it would be way more comfortable and one you can sink into but it’s quite stiff and sounds like it’s stuffed with newspaper or something. Hoping it begins to soften up with time. It’s in a room we don’t sit in often so will take a while. It looks really good though. Love the look.

Ordering our couch online without ever seeing it or sitting it in person made us a bit nervous but the reviews and conversations with Maiden Home's excellent customer service team convinced us. Maiden Home's team helped me pick the right couch for our space and sent me progress updates until our couch arrived. The couch looks even better than in the photos and is extremely comfortable. We are so happy we went for it. I can't wait to buy a second couch from Maiden Home.

Buying without seeing it in person was a leap of faith but so glad we did. We bought the very large Varick sectional. It is gorgeous and comfortable. Large enough to sit at least 8 adults comfortably. Fabric is lovely and construction is top notch. I am hopeful the fabric holds up to heavy use.

I specifically bought the warren sofa in performance fabric due to having a child and dog, and overall just wanted a sofa that I did not have to worry about stains. This is the absolutely worst sofa purchase I have ever made. My daughter spit up/threw up on the sofa and the stains were impossible to get out and cleaning the stains made them even worse by leaving water rings. I contacted the company and they told me to get it professionally cleaned. I didn’t purchase a performance fabric sofa for $4K to get it professionally cleaned every time we got a stain from living everyday life. Since we have gotten juice on the sofa and ice cream unfortunately. The stains of course will not come off again and now the sofa is becoming yellow/dingy after just two months of owning. We are only a family of three with a small dog and this sofa doesn’t even get extreme use. So so so disappointed for spending the money on a sofa that claimed to be stain resistance or at least easy to clean. Please do not waste your money like I did.

We have the warren and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! Not only is it gorgeous to look at but it is also super comfy! The customer service has been incredible. Unfortunately the first sofa delivered had a minor issue and they REPLACED the entire couch. They truly have remarkable customer service!

While the Warren is a nice sofa design, if your Warren (in leather) is not placed against a wall disappointedly, you can see the black backing....it looks tacky. Not what I would expect for what I paid. I think my expectations were just too high. I searched for over a year to find the perfect sofa and thought I had with all the excellent reviews, but it just isn’t for me nor does it fit our lifestyle. Now that I’m stuck with it, I can only suggest...keep your expectations within reason, thoroughly read measurements and research. And I hope my review helps someone from making the same mistake. As I said previously, the leather is beautiful and seems that it would resist scratches; however, I absolutely hate the color. It is not well illustrated and now the thought of decorating around a sofa I hate, makes me cringe. Any decorating disguise ideas?
