I purchased the warren sectional sofa and the size, color, fabric, and style are exactly what I was looking for. Its well made, comfortable, and durable with the pets and the kiddos! The customer service and delivery were great as well. The sofa was delivered on time and they were there to help every step of the way through my order process. I also loved that I could get swatches ahead of time and really determine what would be the best for our space. It is gorgeous in our Livingroom and so comfortable! Love it & would highly recommend Maiden Home.

After much research, comparing, and shopping around I decided to go with Maiden Home and ordered the Warren sectional in Performance Velvet Midnight back at the beginning of March 2021. I wanted furniture that looked dressy but lounge worthy at the same time. I was extremely nervous considering I had never seen it in person let alone tried it out but the reviews for the Warren Sectional were exceptional and it had the look I was going for so I just decided to go for it and I am so glad I did! The only hiccup we experienced during this process is the sectional was originally supposed to be delivered in July as I was given a 12-14 week time frame, unfortunately it was delayed quite a bit and I did not receive it until September. I did receive a phone call from the founder and CEO explaining the delay and apologizing for the experience which I really appreciated. The sectional is absolutely beautiful! It is great quality and extremely comfortable- we could not be happier! We hope to enjoy this sectional for years to come. I have never ordered furniture I personally could not test out- I am SO GLAD I DID WITH THIS PIECE!

This sofa is really solid. The cushions shed feathers here and there as expected but nothing I would actually criticize. For you shorter folks out there - this sofa is deep which is awesome for naps and overnight guest but most folks under 6’ won’t have a solid foot on the ground if they are sitting without an additional pillow. 2 years in and the performance fabric in charcoal has been fine. It has shown wear on a piece that is lighter in use and not in sunlight. I’m a weirdo who vacuums my sofa at least once a week and it does keep everything in good shape but the front of the seat custom has started to show noticeable wear even with rotating the cushions. We have one kid - who is light on furniture and a non furniture dog so I won’t let them take the blame. I would not recommend the performance tweed fabric for those with busy household. I don’t think it would be for the long haul.

This company seems fine, the problems all start when your furniture arrives at their “local carrier”. Canceled deliveries and excuses will start, they never pick up the phone and blow you off.; truck is “broken”, rescheduled for two weeks later… great…This would never happen with a real company like Restoration Hardware, etc. I should have paid attention to the other comments complaining about similar situations.

Ordering a large piece of furniture that is central to your home online can be daunting. But then I received the beautiful fabric samples. Then I spoke with a design consultant who helped iron out all the details. Ordering was a breeze and being updated along the production way was a nice service. The piece arrived in perfect condition and the quality exceeds my high expectations. Like I said, I’m a very happy customer!

Our Sullivan sofa is beautiful and very comfortable.. maybe too comfortable. Favorite place for relaxing and napping 😴 Wouldn’t hesitate to order again! Service was incredible and delivered in time frame promised.

I purchased the Ludlow sofa in Navy Chevron and I absolutely love it. It's so stylish and incredibly comfortable. Plus, it's made in the USA which is important to me. The whole process was seamless--from receiving fabric samples, to experimenting with the fabric and wood combinations on the website, to placing my order and finally, the white glove delivery. I appreciated the weekly status update emails as my sofa was built, the follow up email to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and the handwritten thank you note. This was my first experience with custom built furniture and I'd gladly order from Maiden Home again.

I never leave reviews. I always tell myself I will, but never do...so the fact that I am leaving one now should speak volumes. We purchased two Ludlow sofas for our home a little over a year ago. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and felt very confident in the product I had found at Maiden Home. We were not disappointed. The couches are beautiful! They are very heavy and sturdy. I have two young boys who put them to the test on a daily basis. We chose the creme performance linen and love our choice. We've had absolutely no issues getting chocolate and yogurt and who knows what else out of the couches. Approximately 5 months ago we noticed a slight defect that occurred around one of the tufted buttons. I took pictures and emailed Maiden Home customer service. It was determined that the problem could not be fixed with a craftsman in our home so Maiden Home arranged for our couch to be picked up and a new one delivered! WOW! Find a company that stands behind their furniture like this. It doesn't exist outside of Maiden Home. I give my absolute highest recommendation and rating. I will never purchase couches from another company. They stand behind their work because they know it's quality. If you're on the fence about purchasing, take the plunge.

We researched every online furniture option available. We had just moved and we’re hoping for a sofa that we didn’t have to wait a long time to received. We almost didn’t go with Maiden Home after hearing it was a 10-12 week delivery time. However, after receiving the watches and emailing with Dana a few times, we were sold. We selected a Sullivan sectional and absolutely love it. It arrived today and our entire family loves it. Thanks to Dana for the excellent service and assistance with sizing and materials. We received our sectional sooner than expected. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and we would highly recommend Maiden Home!

I was super hype to receive my bed in all white performance linen. I contemplated for months and finally decided to buy it. It came about 2.5 mos later. 2 guys delivered it but wasn't familiar with how to put it together. They stated that they were independent contractors and had never put it together before. I DONT THINK THEY PUT IT TOGETHER INCORRECTLY. One side looks different than the other side. I purchased a California king and the board that the mattresss sits on shows towards the front and bottom underneath the mattresss. It just doesn't look like quality to me. I am unimpressed with the quality and look of the bed. For the price it's just not worth it. The headboard looks cheap like it wasn't sewn together correctly. Plus the design team is horrible and never got back to me. I wish I could return for a refund or at the least they would replace it or have someone put it together correctly. Save your hard earned money people. Don't believe the hype.

Have been looking for a leather modular sofa for a while to fit in the ever-changing space of my New York apartment. When I saw this launching I wanted something different than the Restoration hardware stuff some of my friends had. SO GLAD that I went with Maiden Home. So are the people who keep coming over to watch a game and never wanting to get up! Delivery up my apartment building was a breeze and the sofa is soooo comfortable. Looks great, feels great, and can’t wait to add on to it in the future.

We were hesitant to order a sofa online especially because both me and my husband have very different priorities when it comes to couches. He wanted something supremely comfortable (hard to assess online) and I wanted something that looked great and could withstand living with a dog and a toddler. I loved the look of the Warren and after reading through pretty much all the reviews, I convinced myself and my husband that it would be comfortable, look great and likely be a good fit for our lifestyle. We chose a performance fabric because said toddler-pet combo. Fast-forward 10 weeks of waiting and a flawless delivery, we all love this couch. It is so comfortable and give you the feeling to sit of feather. The team at Maiden was super helpful throughout the process especially Connor!

After lots of research on sofa brands, we took the chance with Maidenhome and ordered the Sullivan sectional. Our fabric is the performance chenille in Oatmeal. I was so excited to find a quality piece of furniture made in America. This piece is so well made and SO comfortable. We have only had it about a month so I will update if we encounter any issues. We have grandkids and dogs(trying to keep them off though)so it is going to be a well used piece. The ordering process was seemless and I was kept up to date on the process the whole way. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a quality piece of furniture made in USA and not China or Mexico like so many companies do.

Such a beautiful statement piece for my living room! The craftsmanship is beautiful and I love how you can see the wood graining on the table. It was difficult to pick which finish from the wood swatches I had ordered, but I ended up choosing the Driftwood finish and I could not be happier.

I’ve been shopping R&B, Crate&Barrel, etc for over 3yrs to replace a 25yr old hand-me-down leather couch. My goal: find something that appealed to my esthetic preferences and my family’s comfort expectations, as our living room and family room is one in the same! I bought The Warren (85” in oatmeal). I am so happy! My family of four loves it and we all fit comfortably. Haven’t had it long enough to speak to the long lasting integrity of the cushions, but so far they look great. This is a solid piece that won’t slide around with kids jumping! Fabric is great texture and neutral to pair well with tans or grays. Whole process was smooth, with email updates throughout the whole process. I agree with the 4star review from the customer who said it seemed weird to see a product with all 5star reviews. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I'll start by saying that we LOVE our new sofa! It's absolutely beautiful, well crafted, high quality fabric and serves as a wonderful focal piece in our living room. It quickly became my new favorite thing about coming home. Ordering process was transparent and I felt well informed throughout. When supply chain issues delayed our delivery by a few weeks, customer service was communicative, kind and responsive. The day of delivery, however, was a different story. The delivery service arrived and demanded that we pay them an additional amount, in cash, because we were having the sofa delivered to a higher floor. When we pushed back they then implied that they did not speak English and did not understand. They made it clear that they were unwilling to deliver the sofa until we gave them cash. We eventually got the delivery company on the phone - the delivery men spoke clearly in English to them, and the sofa ultimately came upstairs without the up front exchange of cash. Once it was in, the younger member of the delivery team attempted to assemble the sofa incorrectly and quite forcefully. While the elder member of the delivery team stopped him and assembled it correctly, the coupling hardware is now bent and the 2 pieces of our sofa to not line up. It's only about 1" off but it's disappointing that our sofa was damaged before we even got to sit on it due to lack of knowledge regarding the assembly process. When we came downstairs a few hours later, we found big balls of packaging tape and plastic on the sidewalk in front of our building. Easy enough to clean up but surprised by the littering. The delivery was certainly not the "white glove" experience that we were promised - could have hired guys from Craigs List that would have done the same (if not better) job.

We bought this Leroy chair (in the Performance Melange Weave Aegean) to go alongside our Crosby sectional, and it’s so gorgeous! I’m so happy we ordered it. Our experience with MH was nothing like the previous review. I was actually very nervous to order from an online retailer after my horrible experience elsewhere but MH was so reassuring every step of the way. They told me upfront how long it would take to actually receive (which is a few weeks more than the ship date). It was still so much faster than other retailers and the quality is amazing!

So happy we decided on the Warren sectional! Was our first maiden home purchase and the quality is amazing. The style is great in between of formal and casual. Will definitely be getting other pieces from maiden home!

Just got our Ludlow Sofa a couple of weeks ago and am very happy with it.The fabric I ordered is the Performance Textured Linen in the color “Mineral”. The sofa is beautiful. We live in a 1910 Craftsman so I feel like the tufted back is a nod to the age of the house. It seems very well made. Love the fabric as it's a perfect mix of “nice” but casual. It is fairly firm but still very comfortable. It was scary ordering a sofa without sitting on it but I'm so glad I took the leap.
