Our new sofa is wonderful. The leather is thick and substantial, feels so good. The couch is soft and supportive. It looks amazing. We could not be happier.

Exceptional service and quality. I bought two new couches for my home in Southampton, NY and love the look, comfort and quality. Timing took less than expected and all went off effortlessly. Email updates on production status were also helpful and reassuring that I had made the right decision purchasing from Maiden Home. Highly recommended.

We determined we wanted a perfect L sectional and began our search nearly 6 months ago. One thing we noticed is that very few companies offered a perfectly symmetrical L sectional outside of MH - most would have a 2 piece sectional where one piece was long then the other to form an L - as a result there was no symmetry if you're designing into a corner and the cushion sizes end up being varied to make the L work. Our designer showed us a number of very expensive trade brands but was shocked when she saw MH had a proper L sectional that consisted of a 3 pieces one being a proper corner. she said this type design is more expensive to execute and not found in mass brands. We ended up going with MH in the Tuscan Leather - the sample quality was thick and excellent and the sectional in person has lived upto the billing. Delivery was easy and courteous - maiden home said no tips were required but I gave the two gentlemen $20 each. I know my designer has gone and purchased from Maiden again for other clients after we introduced her to the brand. She literally wanted us to spend 3x what we ended up spending but even she has remarked at how great the quality is.

After visiting several furniture stores, decided to purchase from Maiden Home due to quality, value, and selection. Loved the ability to customize size and the leather choices were just want we envisioned. We were so excited when it arrived and already placed another order for more pieces.

I purchased a 85" Warren leather sofa. Pros: Manufacturing was quick for custom made furniture. Delivery and packaging were superb. The sofa was very well wrapped. The white glove service provider was on time, professional, and courteous. The sofa comfort and styling, both are great. The low back and cushy seats provide a laid back feel. The leather has a soft, luxurious feel. ( But it does show scratches) The styling is casual but sophisticated. Price? Depends on what's important to you... I shopped online and no one offers the same sophisticated styling with 8 way hand tied springs for even twice the price of this sofa. Cons: Quality control missed 4 things. The initial issue is a ripple of unevenly trimmed leather that telescopes through on the outside of the arm. Maiden Home has agreed with this flaw and has offered to fix it, 4 months after we took delivery of the sofa. To this date, the flaw is not corrected. Because Maiden Home has not fixed the initial issue in a timely manner, we're taking a closer look at the quality of workmanship and found the next three issues. One, the seat height is 16" not 18" as the tear sheet states. Two, the leather is cut too short and shows a raw edge where the bench seat and inside arm meet. Three, the center seam on the front of the sofa, below the cushions, is not centered nor vertical. Its a 1/2" off center and a 1/2" off vertical from top to bottom of the bench below the cushions. The last 3 flaws, I list, have not been addressed by Maiden Home yet, as I just emailed them to customer service before writing this review. The most disappointing point is how this company has handled/ not handled the initial issue in a timely manner.

I was so excited for this sofa when we purchased it in the fall of 2023. The pictures online were stunning and most reviews were great. When we received our sofa in late October, it was gorgeous. Sadly within a couple of days I realized how impractical the slip cover is. It NEVER stays in place. We have to readjust it at the end of every single day. With kids, I thought a slipcover was the perfect thing for us…but the overall design is just horrible and causes more work for us. I must also mention how uncomfortable the sofa is. The description mentions the sofa has a supportive but “luxurious comfort”… I find that to be completely misleading. The sofa is hard as a rock. There is absolutely no comfort to it, and not something you can sink into to watch a movie. Lastly, after about 6 weeks of use, the linen began to pill and stretch. This has made the couch look much older and more worn than it actually is. We have now had the sofa for about 3 months and I am so upset we wasted nearly $5,000. We saved our money over the last year to purchase a very nice sofa, and I’m so disappointed in what we got. I reached out to customer service back in December, but have yet to hear anything back. In the end, I would say spend your money elsewhere. Especially if this is a sofa you plan to spend a lot of time on.

We were SO thrilled with our TWO Ludlow sofas! Dana can vouch for how many samples we ordered, and how nervous we were to commit! I was nervous until the second I saw them! But wow! what a huge surprise!!! The quality and comfort, the fabric is PERFECT, and we are soooo happy with them. I have to add it was really customer reviews that sold me on moving forward. So I hope you will also trust me when I say how beautiful our sofas turned out. This was a giant leap of faith for me. And, I found Maiden Home on instagram, which is all the more a leap of faith.Thank you!

We have the warren and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! Not only is it gorgeous to look at but it is also super comfy! The customer service has been incredible. Unfortunately the first sofa delivered had a minor issue and they REPLACED the entire couch. They truly have remarkable customer service!

We have the Essex bed frame and it was worth every penny. This will be a bed that we will have forever. It’s well made - and we loved that Maiden home kept us in the loop of each stage our bed went through including when material was being sourced, who was making the frame and sewing the headboard. We loved that! Thank you maiden form for the bed of our dreams!

I spent a long time searching for the perfect L shaped sectional. I found most sectionals on the market to be clunky, or the more modern appearing "cloud" type cushions were eventually too flimsy/would not hold up well over time. I finally found the Warren and decided to take the plunge and could not be happier that I did! The Warren is an amazing sectional with a perfect balance of clean lines, structure, depth and comfort. The performance chenille fabric we chose is soft but durable, liquids bead up on it, and stains spot clean easily. The cushions are full and hold their shape well, while also being very comfortable to lounge on. We have had zero issues with it so far! It is honestly perfect. SO happy with this purchase! As a side note, the delivery was a bit of an issue, and was NOT white glove, but that's not directly the fault of Maiden Home. I do hope they will stop partnering with this particular local furniture delivery company, however, as they scuffed my couch and dinged my walls.

I absolutely ADORE AND AM THRILLED with the sofa and chair I purchased. They are PERFECT AND so incredibly comfortable!!!!

I must have ordered every fabric color swatch before settling on the flannel velvet. Dana was so gracious, and just kept sending them to me over a two year period! As a senior citizen I am not as savvy about ordering furniture unseen or sat on. Our Carmine is gorgeous, comfortable and fits perfectly in our 1910 bungalow. My previous sofa was 25 years old and great quality. I looked at every furniture store in town. Pottery barn, Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, Room and Board, Arhaus. But kept coming back to Maiden Home. I am pleased to say there furniture is made the way all furniture used to be made. No cut corners. It’s true quality. I keep my furniture a long time, because I buy quality and what I love. This sofa is made to last. It’s heavy, and the seating is just the right firmness for us. I wish I would have ordered it sooner. I can honestly say it’s worth the price. Maiden Homes service is outstanding. Delivery was perfect. I have only good things to say about this company. I've had my custom Dune sectional for 3 months and absolutely love it. I was nervous about buying online without seeing or feeling it first especially at the high price point. I got a very large sectional in the blue stonewashed linen and so far it's held up great. It's so soft and cushiony (many people have slept on it already). Great for move nights and the fabric seems to get better over time. I love the fabric choice I was going for a denim look and it has a grey-blue look to it. I've received so many compliments on this piece already it really is the highlight of my home. I've yet to have the slipcover dry cleaned/washed yet so that will be the true test if it's easy to get back on.

really not sure why this product is only 2350. my designer showed us 5 different console options and this was half the price of the others - i was convinced this was going to be a cheap import or veneer only to find out this was the only domestic made one. its a perfect entry way table, great quality and extremely well priced.

I ordered the chaise sectional Warren and I could not be happier with my purchase. Dana was a tremendous help guiding me through the ordering process and helping me decide on the best material & color to choose from. I ended up getting the Performance Chevron in Cloud and it came out better than I could have expected. I was nervous that the couch would look like it had defined striped because of the material, but once upholstered it was great and I love the chevron detail up close. Plus, the material is super soft! My Warren sectional (101") is the perfect size for my apartment and has plenty of room to fit 3-4 people on it comfortably. I'd recommend Maiden Home to anyone looking for a high-quality, durable product. It's definitely a piece of furniture I will keep for a long time!

My husband and I are very careful and intentional with the furniture we purchase. We were nervous to make an investment without being able to actually see and sit on the couch we were wanting to buy, but looking into Maiden Home anyway. We took our time, ordered swatches, exchanged a fair number of emails with their staff asking questions and getting design help and were incredibly impressed with that process. We finally decided on the Warren Sectional with Performance Chevron Cloud because we have a 1 year old and a dog and this is going to be our family couch. The wait during production definitely took awhile, but after delivery and having the couch in our home for a few weeks and using it often, we are so impressed and glad with our decision. The couch is comfortable, the craftsmanship is fantastic, the fabric is already doing amazing with a couple of spills, and you can't tell that it's become our 1 yr old's newest play gym. I have recommended the company to several friends and highly recommend taking the time on the front end to get your questions asked and use their design service to help figure out the best option for your home and life.

A month ago, I ordered the Irving Irving in Performance Linen Oyster. Simply put, it's georgous. I've spent months looking for high quality furniture at much higher price-points and this piece puts all others to shame. I've been able to pair it with a beautiful rug, and two custom chairs I bought locally. I have been working on this room in my house myself (not with a designer) and I really appreciate the ability to find quality and unique items for a good price.

I could not be happier with the 5-Drawer dresser! I ordered this piece in driftwood with Pebbled Leather Stone top and not only is it stunning but extremely functional - the drawers are deep but the dresser is not bulky. The delivery team was efficient and careful while carrying the piece through my apartment. This is truly a beautiful piece of furniture and I plan to complete my bedroom with additional pieces from the Clinton collection!

This is my second Dune sofa, and my third MH purchase. The quality of each piece is excellent. I replaced my Restoration Hardware sofa that had not aged well with this second Dune. I’m quite pleased. If you are hesitant about buying a piece without having sat on it, don’t be. Their furniture is a comfortable as it is beautiful.

have two of these under our entrance console table, the mohair is so luscious and adds a badly needed pop of color in our foyer. arrived in less than week via ups and were well packaged. very happy with this purchase.
