I ordered the small Sullivan loveseat and square footstool in performance melange weave, color flint. I had read the reviews, everything from too hard to too soft. I must be mama bear because for me the loveseat is "just right." The sofa is elegant and tasteful, I love the color, it's very comfortable and I'm so happy with it. The footstool is like a big pillow and it's actually nicer than I anticipated. Maiden Home got the items to me a couple weeks earlier than originally planned, which was nice. Delivery was great, too. Ordering furniture online could go either way, so I'm happy to say that this was an experience that had no disappointments.

I love, love, this sofa! We were worried about ordering on line but I took a chance against my husbands wishes. I was prepared to lie and say I loved it even if I didn’t. No need…the bench seat is firm enough for my bad back and I love the design!Its still new enough that I cover with a sheet at night because my dog also finds it comfortable Customer service very helpful and nice. Very happy with my purchase!

Ours Jones Modular sofa is everything we expected and more! After looking at dozens of sofas in furniture stores and not finding the quality we wanted, we started looking online. The sofa looks terrific and the size/scale are perfect. We're somewhat disappointed in the stuffing used for the cushions. After only a month the cushions on the couch where we sit most often are looking a little flattened so we are already rotating them around. Customer service has been great. We initially ordered a different sofa and had to return for the one we have now. They made it very easy

I mistakenly ordered the scatter back and didn’t mean to so that was my fault. Otherwise this is a lovely sofa and repels stains well. Very comfy and came quickly compared to others I considered. I have photos on my Instagram @pinterestingplans

We are very, very happy with our Sullivan sectional, Dune sectional, Dune swivels, Dune and Sullivan ottomans, and our Morro side tables. Everything looks and feels fabulous! And with three labradors, two cats, and three kids I was very conscientious of what we were purchasing. So far everything is great for a full home of living in style, function, and comfort!

The colors are completely inaccurately depicted on the website. If anything shows up differently than expected they will literally do nothing to fix the situation other than offer to charge you more money. They do not care AT ALL about the customer experience and clearly are not worried about people making repeat purchases. Severely disappointed and sick to my stomach that i ever chose to work with them. Save yourself the heartache and order from any of the other fabulous furniture makers out there instead.

bought 2 wythe beds after disaster experiences with pottery barn and arhaus. these beds are the real thing, beuatiful and the materials are actually of high quality not just marketing mumbo jumbo. its a beautiful construction and a very comfortable headboard (i'm a big before sleep reader). I'd highly recommend these beds and the company to anyone who will listen! assembly took probably 20 mins per bed, the first one much longer but they had it much faster on the second. ill also note my entire street was blocked for parking by a film production but these guys parked a block away and carried in the bed without any complaint and didnt even hint at a tip (though i of course gave them one).

My wife and I purchased a Thompson king sized bed from Maiden in the height of COVID. Once delivered the specialist set the bed up for us in less than 30 minutes. It is an extremely high quality bed that looks great. The materials are extremely high quality. After nearly 2 years of use we started to hear a creak. After reaching out to customer service they quickly identified the issue and set us new parts and a specialist to set it all up. They are a company that truly cares about their products and their customers.

Also, our TV room is longer than it is deep, so I needed a piece that could accommodate the long, narrow room and seat as many people as possible. The easy customization of The Jones allowed me to maximize seating despite the room's tricky dimensions, without compromising style and comfort. The deep seat, down-filled cushions, and pillowy arms have made it a favorite in our home.

Excellent quality. Phenomenal value for the price. We have a coffee table in our formal seating area that’s 4x the price and I genuinely like this more. Leather quality in particular is just the best I’ve seen. Highly Recommend! Have had piece for almost a year now and it’s holding up great under heavy Netflix and chill heavy use.

I ordered the dune sofa and chair and a half , it is by far the most comfortable sofa we have ever owned! It’s so comfy I know that if I sit down , I’m not getting back up! Super well made , heavy and love that it is slipcover! Already planning to order a new slipcover … because choices!! Awesome customer service as well! I am so glad I took a chance and ordered this furniture sight unseen. It’s absolutely worth every penny!

We have been using our new Irving sofa for approximately a month now and absolutely love it. It is a great combination of style and comfort. The delivery men commented that it was one of the nicest sofas they ever delivered (!) and it even won over my husband who thought we didn't need a new couch. The fabric is soft and has the perfect amount of texture (we have the performance tweed) and it is just overall very comfortable and excellent quality. Highly recommend!
