I purchased the Warren Sectional in Performance Linen Creme. From the choice of swatches to the final delivery, this purchase was seamless! I am so pleased with how comfortable it is, the fabric is perfect and have received so many compliments.

We ordered the Carmine sectional with a chaise lounge, ottoman, and a loveseat size Carmine sofa as well. We debated for nearly a year before purchasing and read every possible review I could find. We ordered many samples, and the pebbled leather was the perfect choice for us as we have two dogs, and they are allowed on the furniture. I thought the ordering process was very easy and I enjoyed the updates throughout the process. The delivery was earlier than anticipated and we had our new furniture right before Thanksgiving so that was a wonderful surprise. Delivery was great and the furniture was packaged very well. We absolutely LOVE our new furniture, it is gorgeous, comfortable and has a very timeless style. I highly recommend Maiden Home and will purchase from them again in the future.

I love my new Sullivan sofa. It is a solid, high-quality piece and was delivered on time as promised. The cushions and pillows are soft but firm enough to support and not lose their shape. I’m happy with my purchase!!

We ordered The Irving in Chestnut Leather and we love it! Great structure, sleek style, amazing comfort. We are also very pleased with the quality of the leather. This piece looks so much more expensive than it is too!!

I recently received my 48" Vestry Table, and I am obsessed! The design details are so elegant yet understated. The Vestry stands as a centerpiece in my foyer entryway and adds a subtle designer edge to the space. I selected a charcoal finish, which is more of a really deep and dark brown. I love that you can still see the beautiful red oak grain pattern and details. I highly recommend the set to nest together, if you have the space!

I chose a Sullivan U shaped sectional for my clients, who have teenagers and a dog. We needed something that had the dimensions that this family found most comfortable. Sullivan was perfect. At a time when sofas are taking upwards of 6 months this one came in as promised, well constructed and gorgeous. Will be specifying Maiden Home for future clients!

Recently moved to Miami and was eyeing this for sometime for our new condo and it finally arrived. Love it - only criticism is I do wish there were some built in side table options for this modular but the shape and comfort are perfect. We were going to buy a Minotti sectional for 3x the cost but so glad we got this instead!

I agree with another reviewer , the Carmine sofa is cushy-and supportive. I am 5’6” and my hips and back are starting to give me trouble. I needed the height of the cushions to be a bit higher than my current sofa and needed the firmness so I didn’t sink in too much when I sit down. I knew immediately when I sat on it the first time, that I had both. Yet it feels cushy like a high end sofa, not like you’re sitting on a square piece of foam. I was pretty sure the sofa would be well made, I was glad it was more environmentally friendly, and it was awesome that there was a great return policy. It was a little scary buying it without sitting on it first, but the price was actually so reasonable I took a chance. I’m glad I did.

This is my second couch from Maiden home. It’s very comfortable and not too deep for me (5’7) and my husband (6’1). I had performance velvet and it was easy to blot liquids. Our dog’s fur was easy to clean off. The shade of our couch was a bit darker than the swatch. Delivery was seamless!

All the pieces didn't arrive and the set-up was done incorrectly and left me not understanding what was missing from the order, but things happen and customer service has been great trying to address. As far as the unit it is definately noit what I expected from the look of it. I am a tall guy 6ft4, 210 with broad shoulders and my wife is aggravated that I use this couch to lean on while sitting on the carpet watching television or reading. "Why did we spend $8,000 dollars on a new couch for you to sit on the floor she asks? As hard as I try, I always feel like I am falling off this couch unless I remove all of the cushions which is far less comfortable. Even trying to nap laying length-wise on it doesn't work, I feel like I am going to tip over onto the floor, its just not built for anyone of any size and while we are weighing whether to return it and go without a couch for 4 month plus pay the 20% restocking fee, I figured I'd pass this review along to anyone who is on the tall side and if I was much shorter and had all the pieces I ordered I am sure I would be a happy customer. (repeat great customer service team, just not for me)

The Muir sectional is is the most unusual and beautiful sofa I've ever seen. And you can sleep on it. It's exceptionally comfortable. Lovely and solid, but somehow there's a sense of lightness to it - and space to vacuum underneath. It is really perfect.

I've bought a few couches in my life, some were cheap and some were more expensive than this one. This is the very first time that I feel good about a furniture purchase. Every other couch I've had just felt... cheap. Lightweight, the foam would break down fairly quickly, the fabric was just ok. This couch? Solidly built, the build quality that's advertised is the quality that's delivered. The cushions feel like they will hold up for a long time. The fabric is beautiful. I have confidence that this couch will be with me for a long time. If anything dreadful ever happens to the upholstery I know that this couch is built well enough that it would be worth it to reupholster if I wanted a change for whatever reason. I feel very confident that this couch will be with me for many years to come.

Beautiful and extremely comfortable sectional. We tried another similarly priced brand which was a disaster in quality and comfort. Customer service was also phenomenal throughout the ordering/delivery process.

We are very happy with our Sullivan! Very attractive and comfortable. We got it in the Creme performance linen with down alternative fill. The lines are nice, the fabric has a nice, natural look and seems very durable, and the depth is just right for us. I was hesitant about the bench seating but it is actually quite nice. I also had an excellent experience with customer service, and the sofa arrived earlier than anticipated. It wasn't my preference to buy a sofa without being able to sit on it, but this purchase thankfully worked out great. No problems with construction or issues with back cushions being limp -yet (we've had it just over a month) - that could be because we got the down alternative, which could be an option if you want something just a tad more supportive. Overall we are very pleased.

We were a little apprehensive about purchasing online and did have an issue with the couch that was delivered. Dana in customer service was so incredibly helpful and easy to work with to make it right. We ended up getting a whole new replacement couch without any run around at all. We can’t ever expect a vendor/retailer to be perfect. But how they react to fix problems says a lot. Maiden Home was so great with regards to communications, solutions, follow up, etc. We really appreciate businesses like this that are so customer centric. We would highly recommend Maiden Home to anyone looking to buy a sofa!

I may never buy furniture from another company ever again. :) The styles and fabrics are better than any I've found anywhere and I did an audible gasp/knee buckle when I opened each piece I had ordered. (And let's talk about the packaging real quick - there were NO corners cut on the packaging/delivery and it arrived in pristine condition.) I have also never experienced such amazing customer service. I was desperate to reach a deadline for a client, and they moved heaven and earth to make it happen (and it did). I'm so grateful to have found this gem of a company and their gorgeous pieces.

I’ve had the dune sectional for a little over a year now. The pros: the fabric is easy to clean, good quality material and the overall quality of the couch is great. Cons: the back pillows are over stuffed - I had hoped they would soften over time but they haven’t and honestly this tends to affect the comfort. The seats are not deep. We ordered the deep version and I’m 5’10 and they just aren’t deep like couches from other retailers. Giving this 3 stars because I do like the quality but don’t love the overall comfort for an everyday family couch

First off, the customer support at Maiden Home is unbeatable. From the swatches to post purchase care. We have had our couch for 6 months now and it is beautiful. At first it’s firm but that’s good so it doesn’t sink. We live the deep seats and how roomy it is.

This is our main tv watching, relaxing, entertaining sofa. It’s withstood a lot and still looks very good. Importantly for me it’s so comfortable and perfect for putting feet up. We purchased it in the performance linen and cleaning has been easy. I recently purchased some extra throw pillows from maiden in the same fabric to add to it which they made easy (via email was not available in website). Definitely recommend.
