This sofa is beautiful! We purchased the 100" Dune in Bone for our country home, I thought my husband was going to kill me with three kids and a dog. The fabric is incredible, you would never know how much abuse it takes on a daily basis. Cannot say enough good things!

I ordered 2 Carmine sofas, each 75x37x34, and received two sofas, each 74x33x33. I know these are made to order, and could vary slightly in dimensions, but 6 inches for each sofa seems a little excessive. I hope Maiden Home will make this right and I get the size sofas I purchased. Sofas look beautiful, but after carefully measuring to make sure I ordered the right size, based on what is advertised, it’s frustrating to receive something that is less than what I thought I was buying.

Ordering our couch online without ever seeing it or sitting it in person made us a bit nervous but the reviews and conversations with Maiden Home's excellent customer service team convinced us. Maiden Home's team helped me pick the right couch for our space and sent me progress updates until our couch arrived. The couch looks even better than in the photos and is extremely comfortable. We are so happy we went for it. I can't wait to buy a second couch from Maiden Home. Thank you!

I was SO excited about this couch and waited so long for it, and I have to be honest: I don't love it. We bought the Dune sofa in gray "performance linen" with scatter back cushions. Here is the problem: the couch is ALWAYS wrinkled. If you don't want it to look like this you have to painstakingly smooth it out. The other issue is that because the seat cushion does not have any defined sides, the scatter back cushions start to fall behind the seat cushion, and the seat cushion starts to smush down where you sit, so when you sit (especially with the scatter back cushions pushing you forward) it feels like you're going to slip forward off the couch. The slipcover looks good o the sides and back, but on the front it isn't even to the floor and looks perpetually messed up because the fabric doesn't all end at the same level. Now for the fabric: "performance linen" means heathered canvas. Because the fabric swatches are relatively small, you can't really tell the extent of the heathering. Our couch sort of looks like a fabric gray tiger. Comfort level is okay, but the seat is not very deep so if you're going for something you can hang out on, this is not the right couch. The seat would need to be a couple inches deeper. I kept it past the return date because I waited SO long for it and was just happy to have a couch, and was trying to convince myself that I liked it. I'm sad to admit it, but I regret buying this couch.

My wife and I are tall people so finding a couch that fit us with a large dog was one of the most difficult shopping experiences. We gave Maiden Home a shot without being able to sit on the couch first. This couch is literally the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. We love how is was handmade and the material is top notch! We will definitely buy another one from this company! Buy with confidence!

I absolutely love my Breuer sofa. It's comfortable, the quality is great, the Libeco Belgian linen fabric is beautiful and it looks so stylish in my living room. Very happy with this purchase.

I was so excited to receive our Carmine couch after reading all the positive reviews and seeing it in person. It looked beautiful and the cushions felt very supportive. We had no issues the first few days until we noticed the cushions wore out and sunk in within one week of receiving it. I (118 lbs) sat on it for maybe 20 minutes a day that week with a 15 lb baby next to me, and I made sure to avoid sitting in the exact same spot. Regardless of my efforts, a couch should not sink in like this after one week of light use! I'm so disappointed that I blindly trusted the reviews because now I know that I could have purchased a couch for less money and it would have lasted me longer.

Very disappointed with our purchase. My wife and I ordered The Ludlow after many days of doing our research. It arrived today and we are so underwhelmed with the looks of it. The cushions are a problem, they can’t stay in one place making the sofa look cheap. I called less than 2 hrs of receiving the sofa and they told us the cushions needed some time to settle... sorry but that’s not what I signed up for. Unfortunately the return policy is an issue for us, so we will no be buying or recommending MH (at least until that policy is in place). MH has no more than 3 photos on their website of each model which means you have to gamble and hold your breath that what you order is going to fit your taste and look good In your space. We were planning on expanding our collection and buying armchairs and potentially other sofas from MH, but unfortunately we started with the wrong foot. Sorry but not for me.

I had never ordered a couch online before - but it was so easy to review the swatches and take measurements according to the guide. Customer service was very helpful and I liked receiving the updates as the couch was being made. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous! Great quality, comfortable, and beautiful design/fabric. I did the Carmine in performance herringbone. And the Crypton treated fabric is like magic....!

thought you dont need to sit on it to test it - in some ways it can be hard to buy a table sight unseen and get a real feel for the quality of the wood / the construction. this table is just so so good - its extremely solid and heavy but the curves, and the feel of the wood all seem like a very high quality table which is what we wanted. the legs are subtle but very elegant. highly recommend this table. we are trying to use our old dining chairs for now but im sure ill be back and buying dining chairs from you guys in no time. thanks!

This sofa is simply stunning - understated, classic elegance. The fabric ( we chose the Flannel velvet) is just gorgeous. The entire experience was great. I’m just sorry I didn’t order it in 85” (instead of 80”).

I had my eye on The Sullivan Sectional (115" x 115") for quite some time. I was nervous to initially place the order because it was a big purchase without being able to see the product in person. Dana was amazing and incredibly reassuring for my concerns. My biggest concern was my cats' claws and the fabric; they previously made our former sofa their personal scratching post. The Oatmeal Performance Tweed fabric has been nothing short of amazing. Our cats do not scratch the fabric and the fabric wipes clean when our puppy runs into the house and leaps on the sofa before getting her paws wiped. The updates for each piece of the manufacturing was extremely insightful. I'm not sure if this is due to the sofa cushions being new but the edge of each bench juts out a tiny bit towards the middle sectional piece and I haven't quite figured out how to get it in line. I'm eager to purchase another piece by Maiden Home in the very near future.

I have worked for a number of high-end furniture retailers over the last 33 years and when I started in the industry the majority of the pieces came handmade from High Point. Since then most pieces available through retailers are mass produced or come from China and the quality has been greatly sacrificed. I’m also a merchandiser and because of that occupational hazard I find myself flipping furniture in my own home rather frequently.... well that and because I have 3 pups. My point is I’ve been through well over a dozen sofas in my lifetime and the Dune is a supremely welcomed addition to my home that I know will be staying put. Finding Maiden Home was like returning to my roots. I am so beyond thrilled at how well crafted the sofa is and the fact that I will likely pass it on to my kid as a result. And the slip covers are the greatest thing ever! Like I said I’ve owned a number of sofas both slipcovered and upholstered, and I’ve been through probably just as many generically fitted slipcovers in an effort to keep things clean and interesting. Not a single slipcover in my lifetime has been as easy to remove and replace as the one for the Dune! It’s a dream and it launders beautifully!! Maiden Home, thank you for crossing my path and for making beautiful heirloom quality furniture of which I will surely be investing in additional pieces!

I did this couch in the performance melange weave, shell color, and it couldn’t be more perfect. The quality is second to none and after lounging, the cushions hold their form well. Was able to order swatches before and because I have a dog I took her paws to the materials to see which would withstand, and I’m 5 months in with no wear and tear at all on the couch. So extremely pleased with every aspect of this purchase. Both of my MaidenHome purchases exceeded expectations, which is nice given it’s not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for and more. I recently moved from east village (with roommates) to Brooklyn (solo living!), and was looking for a beautiful sofa that combined function with beauty. I loved meeting Nidhi, she was so helpful and took her time to advise me. The Sullivan was the perfect choice for me, the performance linen is such a durable fabric, but still looks sleek. I also love how deep the sofa is, perfect for houseguests, and lounging with a book. It fits perfectly in the corner of my new living room, and really makes the space. I'm so glad we made our first MH purchase with the Jones! We were on the hunt for a piece that was design-forward, comfortable, and modular, so the piece could grow and change as our space changed in the future. We currently live in an NYC apartment and wanted to invest in a product that was high quality, but we didn't want to purchase something that potentially wouldn't easily transition to a new apartment layout. I'm so relieved we came across the Jones! It definitely has the stunning design aesthetic we were looking for in our new sofa that would also give us the flexibility to add pieces in the future. We also loved the samples and sorting through the fabrics, it was great to have the piece offered in a wide range of colors and materials. It made the process actually fun instead of overwhelming. Also, Maiden Home's team kept us constantly up to date on the construction and shipping of our piece which was a great touchpoint and only made us more excited to finally see our piece. Now to the Jones itself.... it is SO comfortable! We can't believe it! It is the ultimate lounging sofa and it does not look sloppy. The cushions hold their shape nicely while still having this super sink in feel overall. We haven't needed to fluff our cushions which surprised me for a piece with down cushions (our old sofa had down and the cushions were totally pancaked flat) Everything just always looks and feels great! We chose Harbor Chenille and I love the performance feature of the fabric, I've already spilled on the piece multiple times and it has always been so easy to clean up! I really cannot say enough good things about this piece and how easy MH made this process, I cannot wait to buy more furniture from them!!

Bought the Varick sofa L-shaped sofa in Performance Velvet (Cider). We love the color, and the comfiness of the sofa. It's perfect. Delivery and install was easy.

The Irving couch is beautiful, perfectly sized, and very comfortable! The process of purchasing was very easy and I appreciated the construction updates. However, two of the legs are crooked. It actually took me a while to notice, but now I can't unsee it - one of the front legs and the center support leg are both slightly crooked. So far it doesn't seem to hurt the sturdiness of the sofa, but I am concerned about long-term wear when the leg is sitting at a slight angle.

We purchased two 85” Irvings for our living room. They are stunning, and comfortable. The fabric is performance weave in shale (I think.) I have nothing bad to say about the sharp styling and comfort of the couches, but must give an extra shout out to maiden home for finding this amazing upholstery. It’s interesting, modern, no-nonsense, yet somehow still makes a statement. I love them!

We purchased the Sullivan as a sectional and had it shipped to Roatan Honduras to be used and enjoyed in our newly renovated vacation home. Even in the days of Covid the service and quality never wavered. Once we finally got to see it, sink into it, and run our hands across the fabric we knew we made the right decision. When we were looking to purchase 2 sofas from Maiden Home Dana suggested we try the Mist fabric, which is perfect in color and fabric for our tropical, warm, salty climate. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
