After months of research and lots of help from Maiden Home's design advisors, I chose the Warren Sofa in Performance Tweed Char for my apartment, and couldn't be happier with it! When I host my family and friends, they always comment on how comfortable it is to sit in, and how sleek it looks in our space. The cushions are soft but supportive, and I think it's got just the right seat depth and recline. I love that since it's a Performance fabric, I don't need to worry about the occasional spill, and Char is such a great color for hiding everyday wear. We watch a lot of movies with big bowls of popcorn - and crumbs brush right off :) Couldn't be happier with my choice or the whole Maiden Home experience!

How do you possibly meld two completely different styles into beautiful and cohesive decor? With Maiden home…that’s how. My husband and I have such different tastes and we had taken over a year to agree last time we bought a sofa (20 years ago). It was no surprise to find ourselves befuddled again. However, after finding Maiden Home, we knew this was our answer. The Varick sofa is classic, well made and timeless. It works to blend our tastes and is probably the best made piece of furniture we will ever own. It’s comfortable and roomy and stays fresh looking even after sitting on it. A little patting on the bench seat and it looks perfect. We ordered in velvet and it elevates our space. Thank you Maiden Home for making such great well built and beautiful furniture.

Like others, I've never bought a sofa online before, but I was impressed with details like the 8-way hand-tied suspension and the quality fabrics on offer on the Warren, and decided to risk it. The sofa is lovely - it's as shown in the video (low back, deep but not too-deep seat, and the firmness of the cushions is just right for lounging around) and it's very well-constructed. I appreciate the constant communication from Maiden Home during the build, and it was overall a wonderful experience, except for the delivery. I also like The third party delivery company was pretty unprofessional, but that's Florida for you. Honestly, the delivery issues were not Maiden Home's fault, but they ended up dealing with it in a satisfactory manner after some back and forth. If you're on the fence about buying a sofa from Maiden Home, just do it! No regrets.

I was very nervous about purchasing a sofa online, but during Covid we didn't want to be shopping in person and we were spending a lot of time at home, so it seemed like a good time to get a new place to sit/hangout. We did tons of research, I wanted a sofa that looked good, wasn't too traditional, was comfortable and cozy, but wouldn't end up as a wrinkled mess. We were impressed by the return policy, the reviews and the design of the Ludlow sofa. After looking at swatches and asking Ashley for her advice, we settled on the 85" wide in the Sage Performance Weave (which I don't think they carry anymore, but is really nice). I wanted something in a midtone and "Mist" felt too light. With all of the glowing reviews on how comfortable it was, you can imagine our surprise when our sofa arrived and was really firm...like a drum. We tried it for a week or so and finally wrote Ashley back, they had some questions and we sent some pix and videos and we were super impressed because they decided to remake the sofa - that it didn't meet their standards. We waited again, I didn't know what to expect - but when the new sofa arrived it was amazing. Really comfortable and cozy, it doesn't show cat hair and, so far, it doesn't seem to snag at all when I hear those cat claws landing a bit hard on it. We had a tiny spill that cleaned up like a dream. So, this is a lovely sofa, it's my new favorite place to read (there's been a lot of reading this year!) and relax. Very happy with it and would order again from them.

It was hard to spend this much money on a sofa but we just were never happy with the quality of other brands. I am absolutely pleased that we went ahead with this purchase, the sofa is exceptional quality and luxurious to lounge on, we are so happy with it. It is also aesthetically stunning. The customer service from Maiden home has been absolutely professional and helpful. I will be saving up and buying more from them!

I looked at a million sofas in my search and requested fabrics from so many different companies. The fabrics I received from Maiden Home were my favorite of the lot, and the company was recommended to me numerous times. Unfortunately however, we weren't in love with any of the styles, which we found to be rather limited. I did find. myself on the Maiden Home website weekly hoping to make one of the sofas work. So, I'll be keeping my eye out for new offerings. We decided to go with a different company for now but I look forward to being a customer down the road. I would love to buy from a company that seems so great. So... 5 stars :)

We love our new sofa. The lines are beautiful — it mirrors a sofa we purchased for more than twice the price — and is a new favorite spot in our home for napping and tv watching. My only suggestion would be the option to order a throw pillow or two in the same fabric to style with my patterned ones. Thank you!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Sullivan Sectional! I work in the interior design business and have been on the hunt for the perfect sofa for my own home, as well as something that I could whole heartedly recommend to my clients. I design for the average family, where the furniture needs to not only be beautiful, but also durable enough to handle the daily wear of kids and pets. Usually, the cost of this combination is more than double of what Maiden Home costs. I love that MH has cut out the middle man, and caters specifically to the client. I got an email along every production step of my particular piece and I was so excited to know that I as receiving such personal attention and care. I have already been sharing this product with my clients and having them sit on it- as I rave about the production process. Not only, is it super comfy and beautiful, but it is WORTH the price and more. That is saying everything in the furniture business, believe me! I recently added this nightstand to my bedroom, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship and quality really stand out. It's making me wonder if I should get the dresser too.

The chair is great. I was worried about buying online without being able to sit in it first but it more than met my expectations in comfort and style.

Writing about my Sullivan Chaise Lounge Sectional in Charcoal Performance Tweed, which I received in mid-December 2021. And sharing my experience, as I relied on all of these reviews to make my decision to purchase from Maiden Home, and then this specific piece. Leaving a more detailed review at Houzz thread on Maiden Home couches. About the sectional: I love it. The seats are on the firmer side, but I expect they will continue to soften some (I really like the firmness now). The back cushions are down feathered filled and super sink-in comfortable. This size (106 in + 63in + 35 in) is large, but perfect for hosting the family (kids r 10 and 13). The fabric – I mulled this over and researched the heck out of it. It is not scratchy at all, on the soft size. I did the pour-test like everyone else (liquids bead up easily – easy to clean). I have two (clawed) active cats. I’m still working on some behavior modification (spray bottle), but when they have clawed it – so far they have not left a mark. My experience with Maiden Home was great – one of the best I’ve had with a company. There were many email and text exchanges, and they at one point really surprised with unexpected extension of a courtesy regarding the price (in short, I had bought this 8 months earlier, sought refund because of constant delays, then returned to buy again - then realized they had made a significant price increase on all pieces). Although Maiden Home is on the higher end of my price point, I am motivated to save and buy from them again because their style is awesome, pieces are of great quality (so far), customer service is awesome, and love they are made here in NC (where I live).

We love absolutely everything from Maiden Home (our first couch, our current bed) so it came as no surprise that we would love our new sectional. Despite the supply chain shortages, we received the item on time and it is perfect. I can't recommend this company enough!

I was so excited about buying this bed for my father last year in the Summer. It looked really nice. Unfortunately, it takes forever to make, and they outsource their delivery to a company called Pilot. The first time they delivered, Pilot refused white glove delivery. Because the personnel didn't wear masked in a pandemic in LA, my father quickly excused them and put it together himself. Some hardware was missing too! Since he couldn't wait he bought a replacement piece so he could sleep on a bed. Then the mattress would not fit the bed frame. The mattress is standard from Tuft & Needle. It overhung the edge of the bedframe, clearly their specs were defective. The customer service was nice and worked with us, and eventually we decided to give them an opportunity to make a new bed with longer bed frame. After a few more months, delivery day is here. The delivery service won't take away the old bed, the new bed appears to be exactly the same, no change in manufacturing, so we just wasted everyone's time. Now we are fighting with delivery people to take the old bed back. Very frustrating experience and I simply cannot recommend Maiden Home. My last comment was screened, and if this one is screened again, then I will be reporting Maiden Home. I really wanted to love this company and their products, but my experience was not good. I'll stick with Crate & Barrel for more reliable service, products, and care.

Have been looking for a leather modular sofa for a while to fit in the ever-changing space of my New York apartment. When I saw this launching I wanted something different than the Restoration hardware stuff some of my friends had. SO GLAD that I went with Maiden Home. So are the people who keep coming over to watch a game and never wanting to get up! Delivery up my apartment building was a breeze and the sofa is soooo comfortable. Looks great, feels great, and can’t wait to add on to it in the future.

I’ve had the ludlow sectional in lagoon for about two months now, and it is simply perfect. I was looking for a comfortable sectional for our living room that would also look beautiful enough to stand up to the beautiful Victorian history & character we’re lucky to have in our living room. The back is pitched back to make this super loungeable. My husband (6’2”) can comfortably lay on the chaise without his feet dangling off, and I (5’3”) love to sit cross legged in the deep seats. The cushions stay in place, and the back is a nice mix between firm (so it always looks very neat) but just cushy enough to be very comfortable. The velvet is soft, and thus far our two cats haven’t been too interested in clawing it.

I stumbled upon Maiden Home shortly before purchasing our first home. Coming from a tiny one bedroom apartment we had a lot of space to fill and furniture to buy...it was overwhelming to say the least! My experience with Maiden Home was by far the easiest and my husband and I are thrilled with our pieces. After searching for sofas at store after store, we were excited about the uniqueness, quality, and price of Maiden Home. We selected the Irving couch and Minetta chair for our living room and they are both stunning! We have received so many compliments! Customer service throughout the process was fantastic, and it was a major plus to get our Maiden Home pieces so much quicker than other furniture we had ordered. Thank you, Maiden Home!

I ordered the Carmine sofa in late October and it was delivered about a week to 10 days outside the initial delivery time 3rd week of January. This was communicated to me via email. The sofa is of high quality, comfortable and the Olive velvet is beautiful! Worth the wait :)

We bought this couch after doing a bunch of research and have been super happy with our purchase. It is amazingly comfortable, and sits bigger than you would guess from the dimensions. Also the value is great for the craftsmanship.
