The Delancey counter stool is amazing, Maiden Home knocked it out of the park with design, comfort, durability and customer service. The Delancey stools are now a key design element in my great room. Friends and family consistently comment on their striking beauty and comfort. Finding counter stools that delivered both beautiful design and comfort was a challenge until I took the plunge and purchased the Delancey counter stools. I'm so glad I made the decision to invest in additional Maiden Home products. Customer service was exceptional. I can't recommend the Delancey stool and Maiden Home enough!

We have gone through many sofas. We needed something durable (2 kids.. ha) as well as wanting something in a beautiful design. The dune is both. It looks better and better as time goes on. Very comfy while keeping its form. Thx MH for designing an amazing piece.

the pair of these form a perfect coffee table setup and the the finishing of the legs and the edges is very well done. my husband is an architect with too many opinions on my furniture choices for the home but he's very impressed with the quality of the construction and the design. wasn't quite sure what we wanted for our den space but came across these, thought they were different and they really fit well. also really happy with the pecan finish. delivery was very easy --- was 2 delivery guys but one could have easily done it. in and out.

I ordered the Warren sectional in June. After getting many swatches I decided on the Performance Tweed in Oatmeal which is beautiful and very durable.So far I've gotten one spot of something on it and it came right out with just a wet cloth. I went with the bench cushion which I really like. However, I was very hesitant to order this big of a purchase online since I wasn't able to sit on it.But, all the great reviews I took a chance. I ordered it in June and it shipped first part of August did not get here until first part of September. Delivery said it would be here between 5-9pm did not get here until 10:30 pm. I loved it, it was beautiful, construction was well made, material durable. My only problem with it is the back cushions. They are so soft give no support when sitting.They need to be taller as well. Very low. I would have returned before my 30 days was up. with the crazy of things at the time i didn't get around to it. I did contact customer support and they were very nice and sent out new inserts for the cushions. they are some better but still too short and soft. Need to be taller and firmer. Even though the sofa is very beautiful the back cushions make it very hard to just sit on it. Purchasing was very easy and customer service was very nice. I am regretful for making this big of a purchase online. My husband complaining about it every night doesn't help.That's my true experience.

We love this couch - we chose the taupe performance velvet. It's very sleek and sophisticated looking. We've had it for a month or so now and it vacuums and cleans up super easily. I had a spot on the ottoman and used a wet washcloth with a tiny dot of dawn on it and rubbed lightly - came right off and looks perfect again. This fabric seems like it will wear really well, even with two crazy kids jumping on it all the time. The cushions are firm but not hard and it's a very soft and comfortable fabric against your skin. Only time will tell how it holds up but I think with regular professional cleanings we should have it for many years.

I have nothing bad to say about this couch. I got the couch in the salt color, and my daughter already decided to wipe her chocolate hands on it. It wipes up with a wet rag with no effort. It’s comfy, gorgeous, and made extremely well. if you are having any doubts, don’t. Just get it!:)

Everyone should purchase a couch from Maiden Home! We recently purchased the Sullivan couch and everything from the ordering process to delivery has been a truly wonderful experience. What makes Maiden Home stand apart is the transparency and customer service, not to mention the quality product. After submitting our order, we were told the exact week the couch would be ready (lots of companies just give you an estimate, Maiden Home actually gives you more detailed timing and lived up to it). We were also updated on the status of the couch throughout the process and then contacted once the couch was ready for delivery. How great is that! The couch is honestly one of the most comfortable couches I have sat on, not to mention the quality -- the 8-way hand tied springs is something you usually get at higher price points. We even received a hand written thank you note from the owner after purchasing -- even though Maiden Home is an "online store" it feels very much like a mom and pop store that truly cares about its customers and wants to deliver a top quality product.

Love my warren sofa. It’s really well made, super comfortable and they communicated really well during the process. I was nervous to order a sofa I’d never seen in person but I’d order it again for sure!

I ordered two Leonard Slipcovered Sofas in Performance Linen Oyster. Upon delivery, the skirts on both sofas did not have the "beautiful drape" as advertised. Instead, the covers tightly hug the base of both sofas. After reaching out to customer service, we were told that the slipcover was "too tight due to how the piece was packaged and arrived." We were told to give it time to let the slipcover settle, as well as adjust and steam the covers. Hours of steaming and three months later, the slipcovers have not budged. Customer service has now "determined the slipcover is fitting within our expectations." I have been very pleased with the comfort and functionality of the sofas, but hugely disappointed in the false advertising for the slipcover and unwillingness of customer service to do anything about it.

Great quality - I expect the Sullivan to hold up well. The cushions were pretty stiff after delivery, but relaxed after 1 month of use. It’s a versatile couch - perfect for lounging, but also acceptable for hosting.

I bought this site unseen for our home in Montana but it’s stunning and well constructed. The cushion is very heavy and doesn’t slide and it fits with the modern ranch aesthetic of our home so beautifully. So glad I discovered this piece.

I first ordered swatches over a year ago and was hesitant to make a sofa purchase online, but i am so glad i finally made the decision to purchase from Maiden Home. Our Sullivan sectional arrived a few weeks ago and it exceeds our expectations in both looks and comfort. Roomy enough for our family and friends too, and the deep seats are so comfy ( I am partial to the corner). My only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner.

Dana could not have been more helpful or lovely during our selection of our Carmine in Performance Creme. She indulged my indecision about fabrics, my questions, photos, and links to chairs, rugs, and tables. She never made me feel like like I was asking too much. Our sofa is beautiful, well-designed, and so sturdy. It’s definitely my favorite piece of furniture in our home. I’ll order from Maiden Home again and recommend it to everyone. Thanks Dana!

We've had our s\Sulllivan for 8 months now and its been a pleasure. the bench cushion is comfortable, gives it a relaxed look and has kept a nice shape. it also makes for a very comfortable bed in a pinch! The construction/quality seem excellent to me and very happy with al l details on the arms/seams. I ordered thinking I'd get a luxury piece and feel like I got what I paid for. I saw someone write an essay about back cushions or wrinkles - i'm not a fussy person - but per my take the cushions have held in great and are very comfortable for us. We're a family of 4 -- avg to slightly tall and average weights. delivery team showed up a bit early which was annoying as I was coming back from work and hadnt arrived yet but they did wait for me.

I absolutely love the Carmine couch. Exactly what I wanted from the style to the luxurious fabric. The quality of the build guarantees several lifetimes.

a portion of my bed arrived slightly damage (probably happens en route). It was cosmetic so I took the shipment and noted it in the delivery form. i called maiden home and spoke to a kinda intelligent person in their New York office who diagnosed and addressed the issue immediately. A replacement part was sent and in two weeks they had scheduled someone to come in and install it. The bed is beautiful but this company provided an experience that’s even more beautiful. I get that things can break in transit - comforting to work with a company that’s fair, classy and honest to deal with when stuff happen. Will definitely shop with MH again!
