As soon as the Carmine was unwrapped in my living room, I literally had an "ooooh, aaaah" moment because it was so beautiful. The lagoon fabric was so gorgeous and soft. The couch is super comfy but not squishy. You can see the craftsmanship that has been put into making this piece of furniture. I am already looking forward to buying some accent chairs from Maiden Home!

The sofa is beautiful as well as comfortable. Easy to clean, esp. with a small dog who loves to jump on it to nap. I like that it came in a number of sizes as I needed a smaller sofa.

We love our Sullivan sectional with chaise. We have the mist performance fabric. It’s very soft and so far durable. We have not had to clean any major spills yet but we have seen water bead up on the surface so we can easily wipe it away. The couch is very comfortable for sitting and working or for relaxing and watching TV. Depending on my position, sometimes I wish the back pillows went a bit higher but I just put a throw pillow behind my head and it’s perfect. We refluff the pillows occasionally but even then I think they look comfy and inviting, not sloppy. 3 weeks in and no regrets; hopefully the quality continues for many years!

We received our Essex bed about a month ago and it is beautiful. It is very sturdy and well made and we are very happy we made this purchase.

It's going on 11 weeks and we have yet to receive our Dune couch. We were promised 8-10 weeks shipping delay due to Covid, which my husband and I totally understand. But now after speaking with 3 different service reps, and each telling us a million different things saying it's been shipped, not shipped, and shipped again. And now another rep is telling us we will receive our Dune couch after thanksgiving. That's 13 weeks! 13 weeks of my family sitting on the floor. We were waiting patiently for 10 weeks. What is so different about us and the other people receiving their couches at 8 weeks? So I can't give you a review of the couch but I can tell you they have the worst shipping and customer service I've ever had to deal with. So disappointed, and I don't think we'll ever order from this company again. Especially after the different lies the customer reps has told us about the status of our Dune.

The entire process from start to finish was unbelievably easy and headache free! Super easy online ordering process, the site easily changes out the fabrics and finishes digitally so you can see the combination you are thinking of. Once I placed the order, I received regular updates on the production process...not too many emails, just enough to keep me in the loop and most importantly, the order was ON TIME. The delivery service called a day in advance to give me a heads up and they showed up at the exact time they said they would. The men were super nice, unpacked each piece and put it in place. The product itself is GORGEOUS, incredibly well made, solid, and fabrics/finishes are beautiful. Super happy, especially since this is my first custom furniture order!

Maiden Home is great. We LOVE our new Sullivan! The fabric is soft yet durable. The couch is lush, plush and ready for a night of binge watching. The care is easy; just a fluff or two and it's back to looking classic and fashionable. Delivery services were excellent. Maiden Home was there every step of the way. My family is enjoying the Sullivan, and we are planning on adding another piece in the near future.

I moved into my first home and was looking for a sofa for the main room. I wanted something beautiful, simple, cozy and functional (I have young nieces and nephews). The Sullivan did not disappoint and really exceeded my expectations! I was nervous to purchase without seeing or sitting on the sofa but I have to say the feel is very accurately described and even better in person. The simple look of the Sullivan translates so well in person. The fabric quality is excellent. Dana was very helpful as I peppered her with questions and sent her pictures of my room to ask her opinion. The delivery was great as well. I hope to get the dune next! And am disappointed I bought a bed before they had launched their line.

Love the sofa's look and it's more comfortable than I would have thought it to be. However, the cushion does not stay in place and it gets bothersome. Purchasing a slipmat is helpful but for the cost it's a frustrating functionality issue. Purchased the denim chambray with pecan wood. It is very easy to clean.

Ordered end of September and was delivered by December (a week or two late but that was no problem!). Ordering process, swatches, customer service was wonderful. Delivery was perfect and seamless. The quality of the couches is top notch and is SO COMFORTABLE! Longevity is to be seen but so far it’s awesome. My 4 and 6 yo, 2 pugs and husband are thoroughly enjoying it. Now I need one for my own room! I will absolutely purchase thru this company again.

Absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. We've only had it for a few weeks but I can tell that it will last a very long time. Just a note on PERFORMANCE velvet...it is not AS soft as you may think, otherwise it would probably not perform very well with pets and children. Still, it is plenty soft and I cannot wait to enjoy many, many movie nights with the family on this sofa :)

I was introduced to Maiden Home three years ago and immediately ordered two Dune loveseats in white linen which I totally adored but I have a little poodle named Paris that also loves the sofas so I recently ordered new slip covers in natural linen along with an ottoman. The new slipcovers fit like a glove and as always the Maiden Home design team was so very helpful. It took awhile to receive my sofas because that is our life now -- things do not travel fast. The team kept me informed throughout the process but to be quite frank I was kind of disappointed when I received my slip covers and ottoman as in this time of isolation I enjoyed their always friendly emails and occasional phone call...I felt like I not only received well built and extraordinary furniture but also had friends that reached out during the alone time. Thank you Maiden Home!

True to the photos, and it’s a beautiful couch, but just OK overall. Our Lounge 2 couch from Crate and Barrel was more affordable and much more durable. We’ve had our Carmine couch for one year and can already see wear in the fabric, and we know it just wont last very long. We don’t have kids or dogs on our furniture, so there’s no reason it should show signs of wear so early.

Our bed is gorgeous. Absolutely luxurious. The fabric and shape are modern. The in home setup was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

My biggest trepidation going into purchasing this sofa was of course not being able to see/try it in person prior to ordering. I've stalked this sofa for roughly 2 years carefully combing through the internet looking for any reviews or folks willing to chat regarding its quality, comfort and real life color (for certain colorways). Eventually I mustered the courage to click that purchase button. Remorseful thoughts swirled in and out of my mind but I stayed true to my decision and just hoped for the best outcome. Lead Time: This sofa was ordered on 4/5/22 and arrived in my home on 5/24/22. Maiden Home had sent an email on 5/17 notifying me that the sofa passed inspections + shipped and was to be in the hands of the delivery company around mid June. Talk about a pleasant surprise to already be scheduling for delivery on 5/23! That's a total of 7 weeks from purchase to delivery! Now keep in mind, with the current supply shortages this lead time may not be the case for others purchasing later on. But this is what happened for me during the time frame I ordered. Quite lucky. Comfort: This is one comfortable sofa. Currently, it's like a slightly firm cloud. Strange way to describe a cloud, no? But that's how I would describe the current condition of the cushion. You don't sink deep into it and disappear into the dark depths of the sofa. You perch on the cushion but your derriere feels perfectly cradled by the plush down filling below. No sore butts here! **Though this is the initial comfort of the cushion, I do expect it to break in a little more (soften up) as we continue to use it daily. Material: The fabric I chose was the Performance Textured Linen in the color Flax. I am guilty of ordering multiple swatches of the same fabrics to get a better understanding of how the colors looks on a bigger field. But I highly recommend it. The colors look different from viewing just one small fabric square to multiple squares placed side by side! I generally am suspicious of most images posted on blogs reviewing this sofa. Chances are, a lot of them are edited to be over exposed so the home looks bright light and airy. Thus losing the real depiction of the colors. This is where ordering multiple swatches helped me personally. Flax, is a lovely off white color. It reminds me of plain hummus. Not the red pepper/cilantro/eggplant flavor variations. I'm talking about that creamy warm toned original hummus. I would say it is a great choice for those who want a lighter ("white") sofa but still want some forgiveness in terms of the eventual dirtiness that accumulates from daily use. The linen fabric is a little stiff, but I expect it to break in more over time. The important thing is that it isn't scratchy on your face when you just want that midday siesta or if you have a guest crashing overnight on your sofa. Quality: I can't say much (yet) in this area as my Dune sofa is just days old in my home. But I expect to report back on this later on. For now the quality seems great. Stitching is secure. Solid build. No unusual scents. Cushions don't look frumpy from lounging. TLDR; This sofa is better than I could have imagined. I absolutely love it. All my worries and hesitations immediately disappeared when it arrived in my home. No regrets! I hope this review will help anyone else out there who is in the same boat as I was when it comes to large online furniture purchases. It's terrifying to buy without trying, I get it! But let me tell you that this is a real review from a real customer who did a lot of research on this sofa and brand and came out with a great experience.

The stonewashed linen is a beautiful linen and we looked at a lot of very high end linens in our search for the perfect slip cover. Construction, quality is perfect. This is a big, super comfy luxurious sofa - great for tv watching and putting feet up. Haven’t washed slipcover yet but so far very impressed

Updating my previous review because I was skeptical about all the great reviews when I was deciding if this was the couch. Well, 6 months in and it’s even better than when we first got it! Our Sullivan in the frost performance basketweave is a dream. It gets comfier everyday, the bench cushion isn’t quite as firm with regular everyday wear I’d I’m glad. I only fluff the bench and rotate twice a month and it looks amazing. Fluff the back cushions more regularly, once a week and they look great. Spilled so much coffee on the arm today and it disappeared with just a dry, white cloth. Cannot speak more highly of the quality and aesthetic value, this couch is worth every penny and then some. Already plotting my next purchase of a bed. Don’t hesitate!

I was so nervous buying a sectional online and did a ton of research for weeks and came across Maiden Home on a Facebook ad. Soooo glad I did! We just received it today and it is so much better than I ever imagined it would be! The quality is top notch! It’s so soft and comfortable! I am extremely happy! The customer service was amazing. They provided updates each step! If you are questioning it, don’t, just get it!! We got the Warren sectional!

My two Perry chairs are just beautiful. It was worth the wait. It took forever to get them, but I was kept informed about the delay. The shearling is so soft and such a unique look. The chair itself is rather firm.

Absolutely love our Wythe bed! I purchased the king size with a 50 inch headboard in the lagoon color. I couldn’t be happier! The color is so rich and looks even better in person. Maiden home also kept me updated on the entire build process and the delivery went smoothly! Highly recommend.
