We ordered the jones modular sofa, and later ordered an additional ottoman from the same collection. We waited over 10 weeks to receive this item and finally 12 weeks later, we get a call to schedule delivery the next day. The driver called us and mentioned he'd arrive in 10-15 min. My husband cancelled his meeting to be ready for the delivery and had to juggle a few things to make that happen. An hour went by and no sign of driver. So I called the driver and he said, oh sorry your item isn't even on our truck. It didn't occur to him to give us a call to let us us know they had no plans to arrive. Sooo ridiculously unprofessional. I then call Maiden Home and the Rep apologizes and says she can't do anything until the following week. Mind you, this is Friday afternoon (2pm) and they can't do anything at all!? I've yet to receive a call from the delivery service or a call from Maiden Home. I am completely upset with this company and will make it a point never to recommend this company and to let others know what to expect. Completely unacceptable.

More important for me than the look of a couch, is comfort. From the recommendations of other people, I decided to take a chance on ordering a couch that I never sat on or saw in person. A bit scary. The couch has exceeded all expectations. It is one of the most comfortable couches I have ever owned and the quality of the couch is fantastic. The material is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the swatch I received before I ordered. It arrived exactly during the window I was given and I received updates along the way. You will not be disappointed.

I have never liked the loop of slipcovered sofas, although admittedly, with two young kids and two dogs, the idea of being able to wash every piece of fabric on my couch was a huge bonus. I came across the Dune when shopping for my new home, and fell in love with the clean lines, and comfortable appearing design. I originally ordered the Dune sofa in Creme, based on the pictures on the website, and was dismayed to find when it arrived that the color was in fact much more brown than advertised. It was very muddy looking, and not at all the "creamy white" appearance seen in their online photos. I highly recommend ordering all the swatches before placing your order. I had actually ordered the Creme swatch, but for some reason, it had gotten lost in the mail, and not wanting to delay my order, I decided to take the plunge and get it based off of the website pictures. That being said, I raised my issue with customer service, and their CS is above and beyond. You always reach a real human (thanks, Connor), who is willing to help resolve your issue, and there is no hoop jumping to get there. Maiden Home sent me an exchange for the slipcover in Oyster, and I am much happier with the color. I have some ongoing issues with the new slipcover, but my concerns are all being addressed promptly and attentively! The other thing I will say is that I did not realize before I ordered that this particular sofa is filled with down feathers. The feathers often poke out of the cushions, making the sofa scratchy to sit on. I wish I had known it was down, because I would have requested down alternative. That being said, it is still a beautiful sofa, I just wish the colors were true to life as advertised online, and they need to figure out a way to prevent their down material from being scratchy. Perhaps using finer feathers like that which is used in comforters and pillows would solve the problem.

I purchased the Warren in Ash leather, and it is fabulous. I also purchased the Hudson daybed in Ash Leather and Pebble fabric (and put it in my living room). I LOVE THE HUDSON DAYBED! Then, I figured if Maiden Homes likes the Ash Leather with the Pebble fabric well enough to pair them together in the Daybed, then the Pebble would be a right choice for my side chairs (I got the Mercer Chair's). I topped off with the blue leather Hayes Chair. I could not be happier! The quality is exceptional; the process so simple (no hick-ups) and having a Maiden Home designer was very beneficial! I called several times for design advice, and it was vital in me making my decision's.

I LOVE the Dune and a Half chair. It is the go to chair in our living room now. It’s a race to see who can sit in it first. The great thing is, it’s definitely large enough for 2 people and a great way to cuddle up with your loved one (or a great book!). Would definitely recommend. The only issue we had was with the shipping process. Our chair was much later than originally scheduled and when I inquired as to the status (you do get emails to follow along on the production of your product, which is great) after my chair had been completed and just waiting on shipping for 2 weeks, I received the runaround of Maiden Home blaming their own shipping contractor and then when they allegedly couldn’t figure out where our chair was, I googled and reached out to the shipping company, who let me know they had had my chair for a week, but had been waiting on Maiden Home to send them the address of where it was to be delivered (aka my address) and it was then delivered 2 days later. The whole time Maiden Home had long since had my money for the chair, while I was doing the legwork to try and figure out where something I had paid for months before was. I had ordered another piece (a large leather sectional, which I also love) that came without any issues at the height of the lockdown pandemic, so there was no excuse for the shipping issues with my Dune chair except for gross incompetence on whoever is in charge of the shipping process for Maiden Home. I gave this chair 5 stars, because the chair is definitely worth 5 stars, and we did have a great experience the first time we purchased from Maiden Home, but if this had been my first encounter with the company, I doubt I would ever purchase from them again, despite the quality of their products.

This Italian boucle fabric is truly stunning in person - has a real texture and depth to it. Worth the premium. Very happy with this bed!

Got my Warren sofa in Tuscan leather (camel) and I absolutely love it. The sofa is so well made, the leather is gorgeous and the whole feel of it is just amazing. I was very reluctant in buying such an important piece of furniture online, but Maiden Home quality surpassed all my expectations. I'm sure this sofa will age beautifully in my home and will last a very long time!

We purchased the Ludlow (95" - chenille Alabaster with bench cushion upgrade) and Sullivan (90" Velvet taupe) sofas for our formal living room and we absolutely love them! Both sofas are extremely comfortable and great quality. We took the back cushions off our Sullivan and are using them in other places around the house because we felt the cushions (while they are very well made) took up a lot of valuable real estate. We wanted the couch to feel as deep and lounge-y as possible and that did the trick! The sofa is still incredibly comfortable even without the back cushions and lovely for napping or cuddling up with hubby :) Would highly recommend upgrading to the bench cushion option as well. We are easily able to fit 4-5 people on the Ludlow comfortably because no cracks in the cushions! We shopped around A LOT before deciding on Maiden Home and were willing to spend twice the price for good quality furniture but are so so happy with our decision. The couches are hands down the best purchase we have made for our new home! And the ordering and delivery experience could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you Maiden Home for offering such amazing quality furniture for a reasonable price, all from the comfort of our homes!

the swatches were quickly shipped making the decision process quick and easy. I chose champagne and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. The fabric is so thick and strong. I have a toddler and a big dog, though i don’t allow my dog on the couch. It is sturdy and well made. The hooks that keep the cushions in place are sooo helpful. Overall, beautiful piece added to our new home. Thank you!

Buyer beware. I have owned the Warren sectional in performance melange weave in Shell for less than a year and have had three rips in the fabric in two different cushions already. We are a family of three (no small children) and a 10 yr old 20 lb dog and I would consider us a very light use family. These rips were in areas of the cushions that would not experience heavy usage. Almost as irritating is the dismissive way in which customer service handled these problems, assuring me there is no way there is a flaw in their fabric, it must have happened in "the home or in transit" or the second time it happened that the fabric must have been cut by someone in my home. As though I regularly sit on my sofa with a pocket knife or a pair of scissors and slash up the pillows. This is absolutely, categorically false and either their fabric is shoddy in general or I bought a lemon. They have agreed to replace the cushion covers but continue to deny there is any flaw in their "performance" fabric. I am beyond disappointed and am fully expecting to have to replace a sofa in the next year or two that I thought would last ten. As a side note, the chaise is much too short to be useful (everyone's legs hang off) and the fabric is looking dingy already.

It’s as beautiful in person as it looks online. Every person that visits my house compliments it , and I love that you can use the arm to show off a personality piece - such as a vase, coffee table books, a small hide, etc. I was concerned it wouldn’t be comfortable and that the seat pillow might slide, but there was nothing to worry about it. It’s super comfortable to lounge on, and the pillow has a tie-down so there’s no concerns there.

Initially this sofa looked great. No more fluffing down cushions and backs, but almost immediately I noticed how everything stuck to the fabric…not just sticking but almost pulling out the hair of people who sat on it. I used a suit roller on it daily to pick up hair.(I have NO pets) Unfortunately, in no time, it looked sloppy. The filling felt nonexistent,. I would say darn near flat as sitting on the floor, but actually much worse- fannies sink in a hole! The rocking our guests did to get to a stand up position was laughable. My husband I take challenges now on how many rocks it takes us to get out of this sofa hole- no joke. Tomorrow I plan to place 1” wood planks under the cushions to see if we can get the support we need. I wish we’d kept our beautiful down Kreiss. This was a joke of a buy. One of the worst purchases I’ve made in my life.

I am absolutely in love with my new Warren Chaise Sectional in white washed linen! I was skeptical ordering a sofa online that I had never sat on and uncertain of the quality. I am so grateful that I listened to a friend, who is an interior designer, who highly recommended Maiden Home!! The entire process from ordering swatches, customizing the sectional for exactly what worked for the space, the ordering process, updates on the sofa, scheduling delivery and the actual delivery was absolute perfection. My order was also ready weeks earlier than I expected! I couldn't be happier with how beautiful, stylish and comfortable my new sectional sofa is. I've told everyone about my experience how much I recommend Maiden Home for upholstered furniture. Amazing company and I can't wait for my next purchase!!

I was nervous about buying a couch sight unseen, but the Ludlow delivered! It's a stunning piece, and clearly well-made. Buying a couch made in North Carolina was high on my list when shopping for a couch. I'm pleased that Maiden Home utilizes talented craftspeople in my home state! I selected a Performance Tweed, which has done well with my dog, who spends 80% of her day on the couch! Also, Maiden Home's customer service is great!

The Dune couch is tremendous and scores high in my book on every aspect of what a slipcover couch should be all about. The Hayes Chair is beautiful and well made but not comfortable at all given the fact that the framing of the chair digs into your under leg based on how your weight is dispersed while sitting in the suspended hide seat.

I purchased the Warren Sofa, after much debating on ordering online without being able to sit on it etc . I was so anxious to receive it for the Holidays, and they came through. They were so nice and available to speak with. it is made well, and the fabric is beautiful. Classic in style which can go with any style modern or traditional. Everyone has asked me where I got it from. And I am pleased to say Maiden Home. And I recommend them , from ordering, follow up, to delivery and afterwards. Because I ordered it in a white color I was afraid it would get soiled during delivery , but it was wrapped sooo well. Thank you Maiden Home .

These little cubes are so cute! We wanted some alternative side tables that could also double as seating if necessary, and the Franklin ottoman has been the perfect option for us. We have trays we keep on top of them when we’re entertaining for a stable surface, but can easily be removed when we need seats. The stonewashed linen is gorgeous. Thinking about getting a couple for our bedroom next!
